Went in looking to buy a pool cue, currently have one, but I wanted something "nicer". First one I looked at, around $250, I rolled on their table only to discover it was warped.

Looked at a 2nd cue to find out it looked more like a hockey stick.

3rd one was warped as well, though it wasn't as bad as #2.

If you're looking for quality.this isn't the place to go. I'd recommend Canadian Tire before SML; My first cue was from here, cost me $49 and it's straight as a laser beam.

Edit: in response to "I assure you cues leaving our store ARE (not OUR) straight. " Yeah, that's why it never left the store in my hands. And if it wasn't the cue, then your table is garbage.

My hubby and I went into SML to check out hot tubs for our new house and were blown away by the experience. Brett was friendly, welcoming and had all the info we needed to make an informed decision on our purchase. We came back and ordered up the tub and decided to get a video game and pool table as well. The pool table was delivered by a couple of great guys who were respectful of our new house and took great care with bringing it in and putting it together. Same goes for when we had the tub delivered.they sent a crew of six guys to wheel it into our backyard and it was set up by Brian. Brian is amazing! He told the care and time to explain everything about the tub and the salt water system. He stuck around to make sure everything was up and running well for us and even came back a couple times to check on us and make sure we were happy with everything and that the tub was running at its best. Brett has even been keeping in touch with details about the WiFi switch we are waiting on from the tub supplier. I would 100% recommend SML and will be back for other items in the future I am sure. Brett I need a good deal on that Infrared ;).

I've had service now a couple times with SML. They are a great company to work with. Their service tech Brian is great. He's genuinely interested in providing the best service he can. Offering helping tips for the customer to enjoy and prolong the life of your hot tub. Five stars from me and my family and happy to refer customers to SML entertainment

I purchased two pool cues today from a very nice salesperson named Jan. I appreciated her helpful, friendly attitude and I certainly recommend this store for billiard supplies.
