I’ve been coming here for years for all of my essential oil needs. The staff are so helpful - one staff member actually gave me two plants last time I was there. Their prices are better than anywhere else for essential oils and seem to be just as good. Will always support Soap and More!

My recent experience with this online store was nothing short of disappointing. I urgently needed aluminum bottles to fulfill a few important orders for my business, and I thought I was supporting a Canadian business. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a decision I regretted.
The package they sent me contained bottles with loose caps that failed to close tightly despite their claims that it should work. This design flaw poses significant risks during shipping and storage, and my business has never sent nor will ever send products of such poor quality to our customers.

When I brought the issue to their attention, they asked for a return, and I did, everything was in the same condition that I received in. However, the way they handled the situation was appalling. Despite their faulty product, they refunded me less than half of the original payment. It's hard to believe that they expected me to bear the cost of their mistake.

My payment was made via e-transfer, If I had paid using a credit card, I would have disputed the transaction as the product quality and design were both terrible. This situation honestly caused a financial loss for my business, as I urgently needed those bottles for expedited orders. As it stands, I cannot recommend this store to any business.

Don’t buy the BTMS-50 if it come in flakes! I always received pellets and never ever had a problem. Flakes are definitely not BTMS-50

Went in to find Madder dye for a class project. Ended up buying Black Oxide as well. The store smells yummy and service was kind!

I bought "manuka" oil and they sent me tea tree oil. They are trying to tell me it is manuka, but that it smells different from different suppliers, but I have bought many brands of manuka and I know what it smells like. I also know what tea tree smells like.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and, if they don't know about something, they will find an answer. They have supplies for soap, candles, lotions, etc. Highly recommend this store as a go to.

Got walked past by 3 different employees as if I didn’t even exist today. Not one person acknowledged I was in the store, if I had any questions or what I might be in for. Have never felt so unwanted as a consumer in a shop, was really hoping for a different response as I am looking for many things they carry but will be doing so elsewhere after the way I was left to feel today. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you’re looking to be treated like a human being and may have questions
