Sobeys - Forest Lawn

I have a 3 year old who, as many know sometimes can be difficult in stores. So I used one of those carts that look like a car, makes the kid happy, makes me happy yaknow? I brought the cart outside because I grabbed some bigger items, got the items in my car and brought the cart that looks like a car back inside. Just to be bombarded by 3 different employees making me feel like I’m some criminal for letting my son enjoy the cart a little more before we leave. If those carts can’t be brought outside then why have them? People use bigger carts for bigger items, if you guys are going to police those carts to a point where people are scared to even use them why have them? Great shopping experience for sure don’t get me wrong, but the lady that treated me like a criminal for bringing the cart outside wrecked it for y’all. I will be expecting one of the 80 year old cashiers to carry my water out for me next time. Good day.

A nice grocery store, clean and they always have what you need. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Your typical grocery fare expected from a upper tier quality chain. Fairly well sized and generally stocked will with what one would require, plus a pharmacy section as well. Courteous staff and clean store, seemed well managed.

The store are well stocks, and everything looks fresh however since the housing crisis is so bad there's seem to be encampment in the washroom

Aftab Mahmood, Pharmacy Manager is extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and most importantly, a caring person! He went beyond his job in helping me out when I didn't have my medication. Prices are high and the security guard followed me around the store. Guess i look like a criminal lol.

Purchased shortbread cookies not too sweet light but definitely not fresh, their bran are very pricey that's why I avoid going to Sobeys is their pricing can get cheaper else where
