I always have a great experience at this location - but would like to extend my gratitude to Pam who works in the Deli.

Every. Single. Time my fiancé and I have an interaction with Pam it's so wonderful. She's just the kindest person and genuinely cares about how we're doing. Her customer service is outstanding and we always look forward to making conversation with her when we see her in.

They should move from here and something Else open instead, to Expansive and they raised the prices just now.wow i dont know why people even go there

It's convenient, but higher priced than where I usually go. It's otherwise fine - clean, friendly staff, usually has what you're looking for.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, however prices are higher than some other grocery stores.

I love Sobeys, especially this branch. When every grocery stores' service dwindled, Sobeys remained giving great customer service satisfaction! They don't charge for their carts. They still bag your groceries for you, compared to ALL other grocery stores that stopped doing that. All staff here are very helpful, polite, and honest, too! One time, I left my phone in the cart, and someone called my husband right away and told him they had my phone. Great store! Great staff!

I TRIED TO cash in a western 2 dollar scratch ticket was told had to sign but theres no pencils or pens so i scratched an x on it with my keys was told would not accept it ridiculous all he had to do was scan and then rip it like they always do so i will not buy lottery here again and i dont even think they should sell lottery if they wont cash in the tickets about done with this stupudity they stock the shelves no mask no gloves and then act stupidly towards public done like dinner.im not really sure what is going on in this meat department the selections are old some expired meat is old and molded not appropriate for the prices, cuts are rough making them tuff, is the staff untrained or is seconds the way this store is going

I love this Sobeys. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I am always impressed with the different selections of foods they offer. Every time I'm in the store I always find a new product that I haven't seen before! Variety is the spice of life, and Sobeys definitely has a great variety!

The store is immaculate especially the deli meats section. The gentleman who served me was friendly and professional. Kudos to all the friendly staff. It's an excellent Sobeys

Good place until you get to till withoit a bag.
Hate paying 25 cents for an awkward paper bag. I know I should bring the bags but sometimes your out for a walk and realize you need something.

Looks good after the construction. I noticed the parking lot a lot busier. Now that the Safeway is shut down across the street everybody's going to be going here, the parking lot could be crazy.

This Sobey's has been updated and is a much better place than it use to be. Nice open layout. Very good.

After renovations this Sobeys is just lovely! The staff are awesome. Clean location and the attention to detail is charming.

Poor/small produce section. High prices. Sometimes leave expired products out. Convenient location. Hope renovations improve this store.

Parking lot is always cramped and full carts in the way the store seems understaffed during the busiest times of the day I honestly prefer going to Safeway ‍️

Currently a nightmare due to the construction inside. Everything all over the place. I'm sure this will vastly improve after construction is complete

Not only under construction, the hot and fresh stuff was neither hot nor fresh, and it was lunch time. Would not recommend.

The best Sobeys there is. The deli ladies are so kind and welcoming. The cashiers are fast and efficient. I'm never waiting in line too long either. Honestly I love coming in to pick up a quick hot lunch for work. Hands down the best Sobeys!

I'm so glad this is my local grocery store. Great selection and decent prices. What really gets me is the staff. I always have lovely conversation with the cashiers and tonight was so exception. Alix was patient and lovely as she rang through my pre-Christmas shop of literally everything and it just made my night.

I have been a client for over 30 years. After the experience on Nov 24th with a cashier it is very likely I won't be back. Coop has pleasent people who don't call clients liers.

Clean, well laid out, friendly staff, competitive pricing. Best of all, small carts as well as regular sized.

I love visiting this location. The staff is always friendly and do their best to help. Good selection of vegan food. Lots of parking and easy to find what you need. Shame it feels like no one knows about this spot.

Beef prices are good sometimes. Talk to your local sobeys butcher.might actually help you for your next pit master grill off.

It's always lovely shopping at this location. Cashiers are always nice. And, the preventive measures against the spread of covid is excellent.

I was feeling nostalgic because I used to work at this location so I decided to drop by. I was happy with the the selection and was able to find what I needed. Will definitely come by again.

I've been shopping here for the better part of two years.and today when I went in to pick up firewood I decided to pay for it first so I didn't have to haul it all the way to the to the till.when I picked up both of the bags of firewood to leave and take them to my car I pulled my car a little bit and started to load them into the car, my girlfriend decided to run in to grab something really quick because she forgot to get something. When she was paying for her groceries two people (sales associate and maybe manager) were talking about how the guy with "the hair" (I have an afro) stole two things of firewood. When my girlfriend told me that Immediately went back in the store to show my receipt and when I did the seemed disappointed that they were incorrect. What the heck is up with that Sobeys.

Very nice staff and clean place. Find sobeys doesn't have the best selection for anything really. Will do for a small grocery trip. Still meats, bread, and produce are a little more expensive than co-op or super store.

I go in there quite often when my favourite cashier Chance is working, always asks how my day is going and gives me a smile, great customer service Chance!

Clean store, friendly staff and fresh food, so a good combination of desirable traits. I did bring a box of bad oranges to custom service to get the bad stock off the floor, but other than that, this is a good store.

Expensive. The meat department appear to deceive prices of labels. So beware of the price on the label. They had 3pcs sausages displayed with a big "99c" sticker on the product but when you read the fine print this was the price per sausage and not for the 3 on the packaged tray. Deceiving.

The cranky old lady who works in the bakery left a terrible taste in my mouth. While looking for a Birthday cake she didn't acknowledge that we were even looking for service. When we finally had her attention and was asking questions she was curt then proceeded to slam the sliding door on the display while making a sound of what I can only describe as annoyed and some how put out for requesting she do her job and answer questions about the cakes! We left and are currently on our way to CoOp to give them our business. Wish I could've given 0 stars because that's what she deserved.

The Asian lady in the deli touched a sausage roll with her hand and proceeded to put it in the bag. So gross. Will not be back because of this.

Just returned some rib eyes that were completely dark brown on the under side while the top looked fresh red 3 days before the best before date. Took them back and grabbed a couple more steaks packed that day and brought them home to find the start of the same thing on the underside while the up side looked fresh. Ended up going to Co-op down the street and won't be buying meat here again.

A clean and well layout Sobey store with lots of various fruits and vegetables to select. Surprisingly, the price of fruit at this store is cheaper than what I know Sobey prices to be.

Staffs are also well courteous and friendly. Love it.

Sobeys is always a let down since they were bought by Vons/Safeway. But sadly the only place that sells french onion soup

Sobeys has gone done the hill since merging with Safeway. Hey you produce people... Stop buying quantity over quality. Your produce is disgusting. While I was there tonight (Nov 28), I watched some young produce kid literally throwing product into the cases. As I was taking a picture I said to him "that's why all the fruit are over bruised" His reply? "My bad" If it wasn't for the lottery counter, I'd be shopping somewhere else. Fruits and vegetables are a main staple in most people's home and you can't even do that right. Milk is another issue. Either you have too much on a short expiry date or you plane just run out. As well, there is unfriendly, unhappy staff tonight. Not one person thanked me for my business, barely looked in my eye and their faces were unfriendly and unhappy. I'm sure their are many young people who would like a job there!

I am very impressed with Raine and the deli staff who prepared the dinner for our staff Christmas dinner. A great selection at a great price and served hot. Thank you very much for your hard work and for being so helpful and reliable. Very happy and will definitely be back!

Best Sobeys that I have ever been too! The staff are all really friendly especially Pam in the deli who is always a pleasure to deal with.
