Sobeys Pharmacy Country Hills

The pharmacy manager Rick and his team are absolutely fantastic! They are so patient with my elderly mom, are always taking the time to go through her medications with us and just go above and beyond. I highly recommend this pharmacy if you are in Coventry/panorama area.

Always have a good experience. The staff actually seem to care and are nice. The manager is very sweet and personable every time I see him.

A little young fellow named Deklan who works in produce helped me choose my delicious and juicy fruits with his delicate mind and his great fruit sense. I ended up going home with some nice and crisp apples and some other sweet and juicy fruits. I would come back again just to be served by this guy. If all the service is like that I would come again.

What's the point in online prescription refills if you don't actually refill it? Even called to make sure the name brand was in and was told it was, upon arrival for pickup the next day I was they would need to order it. Apparently their inventory is wrong and they had a fill in pharmacist provide info? Should have been ready yesterday, now I have to wait 2 more days for a prescription I am unable to refill even 1 day sooner than authorized. Very disappointed & felt like they didn't care at all. Only 2nd time here and I can tell they do not have good internal procedures at all. Pretty sure if inventory is missing, you should be auditing everything and inquiring your staff.

Inquired about a medication and was pretty much told that they weren't interested in assisting patients with this type of need. All about the money.obviously no patient care there. Take your business elsewhere folks!

The staff are great and always friendly and helpful but every time I come to the Sobey's which is literally five minutes from my house the carts do you not have child straps. I have been shopping at the Sobey's more than a year and still no straps it makes it very difficult when I have a 19-month-old trying to do jump out of the cart like a ninja. Makes my shopping experience 10 times harder. And is a bit of a liability issue.

Manager was extreamely unhelpful would say she couldnt do anything over and over before I could even finish a sentence.

Friendly staff who take the time to explain your prescriptions and answer any questions you may have.
