I seldom give 5 stars. That being said, Evan and Cameron are STELLAR! We are return customers, having bought our last sectional at Sofaland.
Our last sectional was awesome, and in excellent shape as it is retired to dads house. Our new sofas are even more awesome, they have air massage, heating, wireless charging and lighting. I absolutely love them. Sofa Land has excellent, helpful sales people and the best pricing in the city. 10/10 will be back.

If you are looking for a sofa, look no further. They are the sofa experts. We bought 2 sets and love the selection and options there. Our sales rep Jake was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended store.

They have really nice collection and model of Sofa I purchased one Recliner set, one sectional and an accent chair. Anna was amazing, she was not tired of walking with us for almost the whole day showing options and helping us choose out colors.and a couple of times when we randomly dropped by just to see other sales rep also helped us with our question. They didn't hesitate since we werent der customers. There was this one gentlemen I forgot his name he helped with a very key input.i almost forgot my room dimensions. He suggested the 3 seater in Chainey would be huge and when we thought about it he was perfectly right and we actually went for a 2 seater instead and later we compared all sofas to out dimensions and the spacing.

Our experience with Sofa Land has been outstanding. We were provided service by Suzie Ouellet, who guided us through their selection with her knowledge of their inventory that matched our design aesthetics. It took us about 3-4 visits to settle our decision. The staff were all helpful and patient toward helping us arrange a sofa for our new home.

The best Sofa shop we have been to in Calgary and we have been EVERYWHERE. Anna is the best to deal with, she made the experience so much better.

Anna was a delight to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and there was no sales pressure. I felt like she went out of her way to make my purchase stress free.

I would have never go to this place if it was not recommended by its competitor!
Strange circumstance, I was looking for comfort and elegant solution.
"Sofa Land" is not appealing name for what I wanted.
How incorrect my judgment was and how happy I am now with the purchase.
From the beginning to an end of choosing, decision making and purchase,
dealing with Suzie, my helper, to other people that accommodated my "odd" needs and curiosities, it was the best experience.
I hope that the next leg of this journey will be as positive, delivery time, assembly, and finally, enjoyment of my new purchases.

Honestly almost bought here, they have awesome options, all the sections are modular and you can build your own couch basically. High quality stuff. Just ended up being slightly out of our price range but it was close. Friendly service too. Def worth the look

Dropped into Sofa land to look at couches for new house. Worked with Anna as my sales associates and she was friendly, helpful and quick to respond once order was placed.
I had them do a delivery out to an acreage out of the city and the staff were always fast with responding to inquiries during coordination.
The 3 movers were incredibly friendly and professional and great to deal with.
Pricing was reasonable and quality seems very good so far. Sofaland even called me immediately when the manufacturer lowered the price before delivery and offered me a true return back to my credit card for the extra amount paid (now that it’s discounted) or about 1500$. I opted to purchase a coffee table from Sofa Land with the extra money since they seem to be so great to work with and I wanted to continue to support them.
I’d recommend Sofaland from my experience with them.

Great experience with Jake and Sofa Land. We shopped around at a few places and saw a lot of couches before deciding on Sofa Land and the overall experience there contributed to our decision. Never any pressure and Jake answered the million questions we had. It was a large purchase for us so I really appreciate the time taken. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was so helpful to be able to take home some fabric samples to make sure that we were choosing the right one! Suzie was so helpful and patient with us.

Sofaland - Heritage Meadows location is one of the best furniture store in Calgary. Anna was so accomodating and super nice to deal with.

Visited Sofa Land last week to buy a Sofa set. Anna Nguyen greeted us as soon as we entered and she understood our exact requirement. She helped us to get a customized product at a very affordable price compared to the other similar stores. She was professional and had in depth knowledge in the products offered by Sofa Land. I would surely recommend it to anyone who are looking to get standard or customized sofa sets.

We purchased a new leather sectional on the weekend and Suzie was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This will definitely not be our last purchase from Sofa Land!

We went in to look at chesterfields and spent about 2 hours with Suzie She was very thorough and showed us various options. We ended buying a sofa, loveseat and chair. She was very accommodating and very patient with us as we made our decision on the style.color and fabric. We are pleased with our choices as she showed us many different styles, colors and materials. We would definitely recommend Suzie and
Sofa Land for home furnishings.

We received some great help and information from the staff at Sofa Land when trying to select fabric and make a selection on the sofa we decided to purchase. We also found the quality there to be better than other stores we had visited. Also appreciated that there was a large selection of Canadian made furniture.

The staff were very knowledgeable and listened to us without trying to sell us something. Anna took great care to understand what we were trying to accomplish with our purchase and ensured that we were satisfied before placing our order. The store has been good with good customer care to me in the past, couches are quality, I have purchased two. Providing a buy beware today- I had my sectional delivered today by appointment. I live in a apartment tower, and had called a few weeks prior to update my delivery to include in house setup knowing it would be hard to manage this massive couch on my own. Day of delivery, they arrived and stated it is curbside and they will only leave it on the steps (-20 below today). When I stated there must be a mistake and I had requested setup and help they then called dispatch. He returned stating that only curbside will be available, they have no record of this request and I cannot pay for the setup service, promptly leaving. Moving this unprepared, with no equipment and through elevators/lobby/hallways alone was a nightmare. Will not be shopping with them in the future with so little attempt for customer care when it was truly needed.

I normally don't write bad reviews but, this store rightfully deserve it. A week before Christmas, we wanted to buy a sofa from the store for our new home. They were unwilling to hold the sofa for us till we were able to take possession. They told us "oh don't worry, we have this sofa in stock and we can get it from California if we need it. " Ok cool. We got our house we go back to the store and a whole different situation. They told us they sold out and they weren't ordering anymore. Then have the nerve to blame us for not buying it the 1st time. So if we got it, where were we going to put it? They were so disrespectful and lied to our face multiple times. Don't waste your time there unless you have somewhere to put it and don't believe what they tell you either.

Anna has been great. Professional, friendly and helpful. I purchased a couch that didn't fit, received a refund and found another couch. Provided the best measurements possible and we're going to try again!
If this one doesn't work, I'll find another couch to buy from her.

After going to many places looking for a sofa we came to Sofa Land where the salesperson gave us the best possible service. Nobody else had taken the time to ask about the dimensions of the room there the sofa would be and if it would fit down the basement stairs. We were also surprised by the store selection and quality and number of items in stock.

My amazing man decided to buy me a new sectional for Christmas. We went into Sofaland today, second furniture store of the day, planning on visiting more. But then we sat on this sectional and it was perfect. The sales staff, Suzie, was available after greeting us at the door and explaining the system and flexibility in their products. She stayed near but I didn’t feel like we were being stalked or circled, like I’ve felt at other furniture stores. She had impeccable timing in approaching us after our initial introduction. And she tossed out a detail about the sectional that we didn’t know- and that was all we needed. We bought it then and there. Suzie is personable, professional and helpful. Our couch will be here next week, which is incredible! How lucky are we that there happens to be one on hand. Fate? Anyway, the prices are great and the experience was quick and easy. I should also mention that the selection is insane! There are no shortage of options at this store.

Anna showed us some nice couches and had a great depth of technical knowledge and awareness of our needs. Would recommend for sure.

We needed a lift chair that was in stock for an early morning pickup. Julie came through for us and my dad is so happy to be able to get up with ease. Thank you Julie and team you are amazing.

Excellent staff. They don't pressure to buy but when you have questions they have all the answers that are needed.

My past experiences were great but recently the store manager was really rude, he went back on his words. He committed for a discount and just because I was following up, he went back on commitment. I had so many phone calls but no one ever mentioned the price is changing. They make you waste time, fuel and money for nothing. The manager was really rude and I'm definitely not going back there. I have a major renovation going on and had hoped to give a good business but unfortunately I would rather but online and not deal with rude people. So much for buying local, and you get treated this way.

The sales associate Pravin Gore was informative with no pressure. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Recently bought a leather reclining couch from Sofaland. Both sales people we dealt with were very knowledgeable and gave us lots of time on our own to sit and test out the different sofas. The quality and price of the one we choose are both excellent. We are extremely pleased with it. Delivery was even more amazing. We were able to get this particular couch delivered in a couple of weeks rather than the months we are waiting for other furniture. The delivery tracking app they use is excellent and gives you live updates on arrival. The delivery people were very friendly and efficient with the set up. They made sure we checked that it was all working, were very careful moving it in and removing all the packaging. We would definitely recommend this store for both their products and their professional staff.

Great store. I purchased a couch from them last year and then another couch last month as a gift for my child who has just moved out. Would not hesitate to buy all future couches from Sofa Land. By far the best customer service and a "no pressure" sales team. After test driving a lot of couches at quite a few stores, they are easily the most relaxed and knowledgeable about their products. Other stores made me feel like I had to buy now or miss out while at Sofa Land they were content to let me wander the store and were available when I asked for help. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

So to say im disappointed is an understatement. My experience is so consistent with all the bad reviews. Store Manager very unhelpful, or so i thought until i spoke with a Gary - a more senior manager. This is a VERY ARROGANT company to deal with. Long delivery times, Expensive prices, and NOT SOLUTION FOCUSED at all! The sales person Annah never told us there were two types of delivery. Im even too weak to talk, the level of arrogance talking to all the managers is what really beats me. This company is indeed run like a One man, mum and pop business. Lacks professionalism. Will never do business with them again! NEVER! Safe yourself some head ache and go elsewhere please.i wish i read reviews before heading there

After being referred to Sofa Land by my best friend, my son and I went to check out the SE Calgary Store. We were welcomed by Suzie, who asked relevant questions, and quickly found what I was looking for. After getting some information and seeing a few different sofas, Suzie gave me her business card and took my contact information before we left the store. I went back by myself the following day and was warmly greeted by Suzie, once again. She was very patient in helping me find fabric I loved for the sofa and the cushions and made sure I understood everything about my purchase. I have to wait a few months to get my sofa but it will be exactly what I want and I am so excited for delivery day!

Anna, the sales rep, really knew her stuff, she was very kind and upbeat, plus she made sure to provide us with a comfortable and informative visit.

My husband and I visited Sofaland 3 days after purchasing a sofa from a competitor. We hated the sofa and there was a final sale policy that we were not made aware of. Julie at Sofaland was amazing, knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. We purchased the Sofa that we had been looking for and we are excited to get it tomorrow. No final sale, no charge to pick it up if we want to return it. My only complaint is the steep delivery fee. Other than that, fantastic service!

After visiting many showrooms today we walked into Sofaland and immediately felt the no pressure and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to Pravin for excellent service and product knowledge. Truly a great shopping experience.

We had a great experience with Sofa Land. Pravin was very helpful, always there when you had a question but never hovering (quite remarkable really). The show room was easy to navigate and there was a wide variety of furniture selection. Delivery as expected with great delivery guys - an overall excellent experience!

If you want that ''special'' sofa or chair, that's the place to go. You won't be limited to what's on the floor! There are multiple options: material or leather, the arms shape, the front in material or wood that matches the legs. Suzie took the time to listen to me and helped me selecting samples to my taste. We also found the perfect rug and cushions to complement my selections for my sofa and chair. If you are looking for something different from the lot, that's certainly the place to go to get what you want! The only downside is that there are too many options

Shelby was wonderful to work with. The store is full of great products with lots of choice. I found the perfect sofa, in a low pressure environment. I would have given 5/5 starts but the "in stock" sofa I ordered will not be expected/available/delivered until Nov 2021. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time buying furniture at Sofa Land and again, it’s been a wonderful experience! Our first item was a beautiful sectional for our basement, and now we’re purchasing a new couch, love seat and chair for the main living area. The quality of furniture is amazing and the people there are absolutely wonderful! There’s no pushy sales pitches. There are no “tricks” with pricing. There’s no smoke and mirrors, -which we found with other furniture places. Everything is straight forward and transparent.

Chris is our sales representative for our newest purchase. He has been so helpful, kind and patient even when I changed my mind about different styles and colours several times. He’s been so great! I highly recommend seeing him or any one of the fantastic people that work there. Gary the manager is an amazing resource if you have any questions about repairs for old items. We have a seam that came loose on an old couch in our bonus room purchased from on of the big box stores and Gary gave me info on a person who can fix it, as we are not quite ready to swap that one out (one purchase at a time). But I can tell you, when we are ready to replace that item as well, we’ll definitely be purchasing from Sofa Land! I can’t say enough great things! You won’t go wrong! I highly recommend!

Trying to steal Tim hortons coffee and you balme it on the delivery Guy or either that lady at the front door stole it some one there is a thief anyway I took a photo!

We had the privilege to work with Suzie, our sales agent, and she made the experience a fantastic one. She took the time to listen to our needs and make suggestions that ensure our decision was the right one. They might not be the cheapest, but based on the quality of the product and the service, I would say its well worth it.

Today we ordered our furniture from SofaLand. The delivery has been set for the end of the month so I can’t comment on that yet. But, as for the purchasing experience I have nothing but good things to say. I had the pleasure of working with sales staff member Mr. Pravin Gore. He is extremely knowledgeable. Very professional, patient, and honest. I did not ever feel rushed or pushed into buying anything. I will not hesitate to recommend SofaLand to family and friends. And if you’re looking to buy furniture in Calgary I suggest you ask for Mr. Pravin Gore at SofaLand.

Marcel was amazing, super nice and very helpful, but the store is very expensive and waiting time for the couches is just too much.
