While looking for furniture, we have been to many different stores. The fact that we spent the most amount of time at Sofa Land speaks volumes in my opinion. Our sales associate (Shawn) was very knowledgeable and personable. The furniture appears to be well built and well priced. It is my understanding that they don't have sales or cash discounts.

We didn't make a purchase yet but I feel when we do buy, it will be at Sofa Land.

Sofa Land has been above and beyond right from selection to delivery to after purchase service. Professional crew and super nice people. We love the quality and functionality of our recliner chairs that don’t look like recliner chairs.

We bought a new couch from this location and the service was excellent. Super happy with the product and ability to choose from many custom fabrics for the couch and accent pillows too. Appreciated that there was a no pressure sales atmosphere and they wanted to help us get exactly what we wanted in our price range.

Exceptionally unique accessories, quality furniture. Corey was a great sales rep, non-invasive and knowledable with sales which made my husband and I feel comfortable with our purchase.

From shortly after we entered Sofa Land and were greeted by Shawn, until we left the premises about an hour later having purchased a Sofa and Recliner, Shawn was incredibly easy to deal with. He answered all of our questions either immediately because he knew the answers, or he would check their computer system for stock and delivery confirmation, etc.to answer those types of questions rather than guess. As far as his product knowledge of not only Sofa Land merchandise, but also their competitors, he was impressive. A true professional. He also asked questions of us to help him help us find the right items for our home and lifestyle. He asked some questions that had us considering things we had not thought of which we really appreciated. At no time did we think he was simply trying to make a sale. He was focused on helping us find the right furniture for us. We never felt pressured or rushed and he left us at times to help others so we could talk and just enjoy a relaxing experience trying numerous pieces of furniture. Definitely the place to go!

I had more fun at this furniture store then I would have thought! Shawn helped my mother and I around the store, and I've never met ANY ONE in ANY sales (retail, car, house, etc) where I've had such a great experience. He was REAL! Wasn't THAT sales guy that follows around being HELLA ANNOYING. And when he WAS around, we could joke around, have fun, and even have different options and NOT BE OFFENDED! So glad to see that still exists!

Great experience buying our new sectional couch here! Through the whole process of looking and selecting what we wanted, we felt no pressure at all from the salesperson. Never tried to up-sell us or push us towards more expensive choices. They were very honest about the time frame that it would take for the couch to be made and be delivered, due to supply chain shortages. When the couch did arrive, it was exactly what we wanted and the quality was superb.
