I shop here whenever possible for shoes, socks, etc, because I always have a fantastic experience at this location of softmoc, all employees I’ve interacted with have been more than helpful and friendly!

Won’t be going ever again.two ladies one a bit older and another young didn’t even care to ask if I needed any assistance… then when I asked a question they seemed pretty annoyed

Wont be back to spend money since there are other options in the shopping Centre. I found lack of interest in helping the customers, and found that they were disconnected from the fact that there were customers waiting in the store to be helped. They lost my sale as I ended up spending over few hundred dollars in a different store. A lit bit of willingness on part of a staff member could have helped me buying a new pair of boots. Unfortunately, it did not work out that way.

Store associate assumed I couldn’t afford the shoes I was looking at based on my looks/race. Asked to confirm with me if I saw the price on the shoes I was looking at.
