Great service from the tall blond guy in the mask. The other staff member working with him I assume must be in-training because I asked her about the Blundstone winter inserts and she told me they didn’t have them in stock in my size.
This was because she didn’t know about the UK vs US sizing, my size inserts were hanging right on the wall. She was pleasant though so I can overlook it. After all we all train at some point in our lives.
The Blunnies in my size were not in stock at this store so he called another location and put them on hold for me.
I didn’t get their names but he is always knowledgeable and helpful every time I come in to shop here.

This is my go to store for Winter boots. Awesome staff, and prices what more can you ask for. Thank you so much Chase for an amazing customer experience.

I had the worst experience on Christmas Eve
She kept acting foolishly to me, as she didn't want to work
I will never visit again, and I will throw away all the points of softmoc Because of her

Went in to find some shoes we saw online and they were super cute. The guys there were very nice to deal with & very helpful & fun to chat with. Since there weren’t many other people there, they found us the shoes in our sizes very quickly and they were on sale for boxing week so that’s a bonus!

Good selection. Associates are a bit passive (they just grab you a box from the back and then leave you) but otherwise friendly.

4th time buying shoes for my kid here, each time lineup for the till is 30+ mins. Its not the length of the lineup causing the long waits. 3rd in line for 30 mins currently.

Not bad but VERY understaffed - poor guy couldnt keep up: (not his fault tho - he was the only person working!

Poor customer service. We went in and waiting for help getting a pair of shoes. Two employees at the counter helping one customer. No one said hello, no one came to help. Finally a girl came from the back, spoke in a barely audible whisper after we approached her. She walked slowly to th back, comes back out after an impossibly long time saying they did not have my son's size. She did not offer another option, just started to walk away. My son follows her and and for a different shoe. She bring them to us, passes them to my son and walks away. There are now a couple of other customers in the store and 5 employees. Our girl never comes back even when we are holding another pair of shoes for me to try on. Give me a break! We address a different employee, get the size quickly. They also hand us the shoes and walk away. My son needed the shoes, so we got them. I hated to give them our business but he really needed the shoes and we didn't have time to go elsewhere. Though the shoes I tri d on were great, I just couldn't buy them there. I will drive to another store to get them. Sorry Softmoc @ Southgate. You won't see my family of five again. Poor customer service - you need to train your staff much netter. So disappointed!

Staff are one of the best I've ever experienced; everyone is very welcoming and patient and approachable. Shoutout to everyone: D Shoes are always very clean and aligned, store is very clean. Points system is very generous and fun to use.

Lazy and rude male worker as without checking the response is no we dont have, walked around and went in 15 mins the new worker took time and found the shoes from back room right away.

WLked in & out. Was looking for some Timberlands. Staff were gabbing at the counter. I wandered around the store. Not even a hello. Bought them elsewhere

Person working there was rude to my daughter while we were shopping for her. If you don't like children dont work in a place where kids will be there. Better off to go to DSW. Worth the drive and better customer service.

Softmoc has an excellent selection of brands including Lacoste, Ugg and Timberland. These brands are supported by a polite and helpful staff. Never wait long and you can count on good advice to compliment their prompt and courteous service.

Very busy place. I waited 20 minutes to have someone help me but I left since no one has even acknowledge me. Poor customer service
