We bought a cube of washed rock but was short on our project. We went back with bins to get what we need and they were super accommodating and gave us the amount we needed. They are truly rock stars.

I ordered 10 yards of soil to complete a landscaping backyard project, i instructed them to deliver exclusively between 3 and 5pm, they called me at 7am to tell me that they will be delivering in the morning, so i had to leave work to accommodate them believe it or not, not only that, when the driver arrived, he just backed up into my driveway and dumped 10 yards of soil like he would do in the landfill, he did not bother getting out of the truck, ask me where i want the soil dumped, i tried to back him up so he gets in position, he just released the cables and dumped everything right against my garage and my garbage bins blocking me for 3 days then took off. I couldn’t believe my eyes.
The way to go soil “Kings” not sure what part of kings this type of bad costumer service is!

Very easy to work with, great people with great customer service.
Paid great attention to my instructions and made sure it was on time!

Soil Kings are absolutely amazing and informative. Went in today to look for some sand/gravel for a small project at home and they helped point us in the right direction! The yard is very well organized and easy to get around! Thank you so much for your kindness and information!

Ordered 12 cubic yards and I do not think it was that much. As per my knowledge 12 cubic yards would mean 12x3x3 foot of soil and even quality not as per expectation. 2 stars for delivery, was pretty smooth.

His dedication to service was second to none, polite, professional, caring and clearly knows his trade. Soil Kings also went above and beyond to accommodate our special load requests and treated us like we were one of their top paying customers. Can't say enough about this company. They won't disappoint!

Friendly people in the office and quick and easy to load up some bulk soil myself. I did some calculations on how much volume my Rubbermaid containers from home had to make it easy.

Soil had a nice texture and is peat-free, so we're not digging up and releasing the carbon captured in the bogs in the Canadian Shield and tundra.

So easy to deal with! I booked my order online and it went flawlessly except I entered the wrong date for delivery. They were able to get it delivered to me on the day I actually needed it. It was successfully delivered by their driver in 2 hours! Every staff member I dealt with was polite and professional. You CAN'T beat their prices. We recently ordered 3yds Kings Mix for our raised beds and had some initial issues with the quality - clay chunks and large stones. We talked to Terry and he explained it was a problem that would have occurred during loading, and was very quick to refund our order and also send us extra soil to make up for the lost volume. They even delivered the replacement soil after hours on on the Friday of a long weekend to ensure I could get my seeds planted in time. Thanks so much to Terry and Nicole and the rest of the team for being so helpful! The new soil is great!

Awesome price, service, and quick delivery 45km out of town. Ordered 8 yards of loam and received 8 yards.

Ordered 3 cubic yards of screened loam on Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday around 1pm. Talked to Terry in dispatch to ensure delivery was pushed to later in the day and he was pleasant to talk to, though I'm not sure the delivery ended up much later than it would have if I hadn't called. The driver was also very friendly and accommodating. Buying bulk soil this way is much cheaper than the big bag guys, at least if you need more than 1 yard. For me, it was $120 for the delivery and $12 for each cubic yard of material ($168 tax-in) - much cheaper than the $450 it would have cost for three big bags. The only downside to the dump truck delivery is you need somewhere to dump it, and you need your own way of keeping it dry (could buy several large tarps with what I saved, but I already had a bunch!). Would absolutely use again, and recommend.

If I could give Soil Kings more than 5 stars I would. Every step of our transaction with Soil Kings was pleasant. Their prices are excellent so after viewing their website we decided to go in person to view the product just to make sure the quality was up to par. Every single employee was courteous and helpful. My husband has mobility issues and they went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a wonderful purchasing experience with all employees. Even the delivery driver was helpful and wonderful to deal with. My advice? Run, don't walk to Soil Kings for their high quality products and very good prices. You will not be disappointed.

Read the reviews online and thought the soil would be better due to the supposed screening being smaller than other companies.
Delivery came and the driver couldn’t figure out how to get to our back alley with the vehicle trap - not sure why he didn’t go through as most vehicles that size can/do.
Asked for it to be put as close to the fence as possible and it was more on the road. We had to block it so neighbors didn’t drive over it.
Upon started to use it found more rocks, pebbles and even straw in the soil.
Definitely not the quality we expected based on the claims on the website and very disappointing that it was mostly dumped on the road.
Filled the smaller bed and have not touched it since as it has so many rocks we don’t want it in the other beds it was intended for.
So now we have a rocky pile of dirt in our back alley we don’t know what to do with and feel like we wasted our money.

My Garden is blooming!
I literally couldn’t be happier with with the Soil Products and the out come of my garden! I planted about 2 weeks ago and I have my Veggies blossoming!
I have the Kings Mix in my garden and added the compost to last years soil, even added in the worm castings while planting the seeds! I’m extremely happy with the outcome!

A big thanks to Terry and his team. Just took out our lawn and added rock and two above ground garden bins. Needed 2 yards of garden soil for the bins and about 2 yards of aggregate. He was more than fair with his pricing and had great advice. Thanks again.
