It is a very welcoming and clean place. Got called on time and Dr. Nick is so friendly and he explained the details of the check up, concerns, medications and medical condition. All test were properly done and explained beforehand so the expectations of blurry eyesight because of the drops is really expected and the sensitivity to the light after that. Overall I am highly satisfied and fully recommend the Doctors and staffs in the clinic.

Fantastic! I don’t think I have had an experience at an optometrist like this! Everyone was so friendly. The optometrist was very informative and helpful. Even explaining why things are healthy and what they are looking for. Best experience I have had.

The staff are excellent! We fist met Alana who was so friendly, welcoming and professional! My husband and I were then introduced to Brittany who did our initial testing. She was also as welcoming, friendly and professional as Alanna! Next we both met Dr. Tze. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain, refer for further treatment and did not rush us through our appointment. It’s been a long time since I have felt so comfortable and taken care of at a medical appointment!

The receptionist is nice. They accept direct billing. All stuffs and eye doctor are really kind. They answer any questions, very knowledgeable.

Very thorough! Explained details I had not heard before. Retested to ensure no further damage was apparent. Provides follow up reminders. Very impressed. No wait time, was efficiently scheduled and my time was respected. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pascal Gagne was a temporary fill in doctor however he was very thorough and took lots of time to ensure my prescription was correct. He showed me the images of my eyes and talked to me about everything he seen. Overall the entire staff was very friendly and courteous, they even brought me a water while I waited. I was very pleased with the service provided and highly recommended this clinic.

My regular eye appointment was very thorough and helpful. I enjoyed learning about the small things I could do to improve my eye health. Appointment was on time and was only about 20 minutes.

Dr. Nick Continisio and the team at Solar Eye Care are so friendly! It was our first time there, everything was a breeze even for our 3 year old. He is really knowledgeable and gave us some great tips for our eye care.

Would have been great if they told me that my insurance doesn’t cover anything before they do my eye exam. I even asked her and she said I have not checked it yet and in the mean while doctor called me in
otherwise everything was good

The most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Tze took the time to actually talk to me, explain what he was doing and what is going on with my eye health. He also talked to me about ways to increase my eye health beyond just updating my prescription. I highly recommend this clinic.

Doctor Solar Tze is very good at what he does, he is also very patient and knowledgeable. The price of things are much cheaper than most eye care center but the service is just as good or even better. I recommend friends and family to go there for examination, contacts, and glasses purchase.

Best optometrist experience I’ve had in a long time. Dr. Tze’s diagnosis for treatment I need was quick and efficient. He took the time to explain thoroughly my condition and what needs to be done. I’m grateful I’ve been able to finally found an optometrist I can trust, years after my long time optometrist who I had seen since I was a child had retired.

Went for a new patient exam and was really impressed by how soon I could get in for an appointment. The office was very clean, modern, and the receptionist was absolutely wonderful to deal with. My optometrist was really helpful and friendly. The entire process was great. Highly recommend Solar Eye Care, plus they direct bill your insurance! Love it!

First eye exam here. Great place, in Buffalo Run Costco in Calgary. Front staff were friendly and efficient, no wait. Dr Tze did my test. I had lots of dumb questions but he was very patient and explanatory with me. I had a few options, and I feel confident (with his input) that I made the right decisions. I’ll be back there.

Dr. Tze and his assistant were both very attentive and listened to my concerns. Exam was very thorough and professional. All necessary precautions are being taken to keep their patients and themselves safe from Covid-19. I appreciated the extra time and care they took. Highly recommend this optometrist.

I am impressed with the thoroughness of the eye exam I received, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I felt welcome from the moment I walked into the office. Dr. Tse uses the latest technology and takes time to listen to concerns and he explains his findings well. Also, the assistance I received in choosing glasses was greatly appreciated. Very impressed that the appointment time was honored and I didn't have to sit around and wait because the office was over-booked. Check in was well organized, efficient and friendly. The Dr.was thorough and the test comprehensive. I left feeling that I had all parts of the exam explained in detail and that Solar took the time to do a great job and not just rush me though.

Both Dr. Tze and his assistant were friendly and professional, as well as thorough in their explanation of the reason for and the results of each test given. The clinic is clean, bright, and modern with state-of-the-art equipment, and Dr. Tze took the time to offer professional advice on management of a chronic skin condition that also affects my eyes. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed by my whole experience with Solar Eye care, and will definitely be coming back.

Friendly staff, clean facility, good open space. Everything was spoken to me In layman's terms. When l mentioned my symptoms and concerns l was taken seriously. Extra eye exams were suggest and then performed during the visit at no extra cost. I was given several directions for treatment depending on my preference and lifestyle. It was recommended to have follow up appointments every six months, again at no addition charge. To watch for any further deterioration of my vision issues. Enjoyable, insightful examinations as the staff worked efficiently as a team. Passing me back to each other between the different exams, in a calm and friendly manner. Great experience and l will return!

Very thorough eye examination. The doctor is very knowledgeable and professional but most importantly he carried out the entire exam patiently explaining and showing the results. I though I did not have this thorough eye exam in so many years. Front office staff is very helpful. We had two appointments back to back and we ran a little late but she accommodated us. Overall a very good experience.

10/10! Amazing experience. Very thorough exam. My 6yo asked a LOT of questions, as kids do, and Dr. Tze answered them all patiently. 100% would recommend.
