Beautiful accommodations with underground parking. Unfortunately the parking stalls are quite small.

Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Was nice place but dirty hallways and beat up walls and underground parking is nice but a gong show. First day at room was no water or elevators had to carry a car load up to 3rd floor. There's noisy neighbors everywhere and people above us were moving furniture around above us constantly at every hour. 3 am. 5 am 11 pm constantly. The remotes were shared for l rooms and neighbors remote kept turning the TV on at 2 or 3 in the morning. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never go back. They have a tiny pool and tiny hot tub for like 500 people to share. This place was worth half what I payed I got scammed. What a joke of a place. A beautiful setting and a nice room but everything else is trash.

My room was very spacious and at one time, trendy, all tv's were dated fire stick would not work. As well no room service of any kind

Our room was a bit of a mess. Washer dryer issues. Kitchen faucet leaks. Phone didn't work. No TV in master although the hook up was there. Living room furniture had holes taped up and was extremely worn out. Very little to cook with but advertised with Kitchen. People upstairs stomped around the whole time

Great location and very nicely furnished two bedroom apartment airbnb. Everything is in the text sent to you. Just follow the text that leads you to the parking garage, what section to park. You will have a code for everything. You may have to search the internet on how to operate a stove top because there is no humans on premises, and that was why I gave it four stars on services. You have to check out in same spotless condition that you stared with. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, can't beat the view. The hotel had amazing amenities, and the rooms were very spacious and cozy.
Few minor issues. One of the bathtub drains was clogged, leaving the water to slowly drain, and the kettle was broken. But would definetly rebook and stay again

My cousins and I rented two units. Not all units are created equal our had a few issues. But all in all it was great; we could cook what we wanted and we could go walking right from our front or back door. It was a great women's weekend

You were given the opportunity to change something about the situation. However, nothing had happened. I hope you take action now. We will be back around September 8th. On the expensive side of things, but have always gotten clean, well stocked rooms, easy to cook in and great as a base in Canmore

Very comfortable, luxurious and well equipped apartment; with 2 large bedrooms, each with private bathroom; underground parking included; excellent price/quality

Very unhappy this time. We paid double the price we normally pay and got the worst view of the 4 times we’ve been here. And I really dislike this suite’s layout when compared to the others. We tried to change the room but were told that the hotel is fully booked. We are checking in late but this doesn’t mean getting the worst suite! We are extremely disappointed. My suggestion is to confirm the layout and view before paying!

Great spacious room but extremely dirty, we booked 2 rooms, the one room had a horrible smell, like a stale cigar smell, I complained and they brought up glade which was putting a bad smell over a bad bad smell. We all noticed between the 2 rooms that our feet were dirty on the first night, I complained.
They said someone would come up but why wasn’t this done before hand and was an inconvenience.
I think going forward I would go with the units that are Airbnb because they live by their reviews and would address it right away.
Very disappointed.

Air conditioning didn't work.no one to fix it. Also, staff had no idea what was going on.

Most units are rentals. Covered parking. Indoor hot tub - can be very noisey with children.

Great place to stay while visiting Banff, a very short walk to downtown Cammore. You can see the three sisters mountain outside your window. The resort was clean, and the service was friendly. The resort was fully stocked with everything you needed. Would highly recommend this place for anyone to stay in while visiting Banff or Canmore.
