We recently had Solaris install both man and overhead door screens in our brand new Edmonton facility. Solaris was very professional from the initial quoting stages to the installation. The product quality looks great and although we have only had these installed a short time the screens look robust enough for industrial use. Solaris was able to work with all our requests with no issues. Their installers were pros, very friendly, fast and they completed the install with zero impact to production in a busy plant.

Phil has been awesome to work with. My awning was installed on an very cold day and they even shoveled part of my deck. I look forward to spring to use my awning as I face west and get the afternoon sun. Just had the executive sun shade installed and it is fantastic

I had two Phantom screens installed today; the service was excellent and I’m very pleased with the product. Office staff were helpful, professional and communicated timelines perfectly. The installer, James, was personable and very efficient.

Had our screen installed this year and the process was so easy. We had Earvin (I hope I am spelling that correct) who came in to install the screen who was friendly, helpful, polite and professional. We have also had to have the screen repaired (no fault of the company or the product). The company had the repair scheduled quickly and Earvin came out again and got it fixed quickly. He also gave us some tips to keep it running smoothly both upon installation and repair. I can not recommend this company enough.

Earvin did a fine job and was efficient and a good communicator. He was even cheerful despite the rainy conditions! We look forward to hearing from Solaris on possible further work. Our only concern is that we need the stickers for the phantom screens (Earvin wasn't able to supply them) - the screens are truly invisible.
