Awesome experience! My sister and I go here for the great selections of hoka footwear. The two owners were very helpful and, continue to help us find the perfect shoes. They are patient and insightful on our specific foot needs and give multiple adjustments and/or alternatives to suit best what we are looking for. If you are looking for some great service and great selection, this is the place to go.

This store is fantastic! If you are looking for a personal shopping experience with knowledgeable, AND friendly staff, than this is the place! It reminded me of why you actually would travel to a store, rather than buy online! Personal and quality service, which is so rare today! Ahmed (sp?) spent over an hour helping both myself and my Mom; he was extremely patient, and provided lots of great suggestions. If you are needing quality footwear for any season, and want some guidance with your choice, please pay them a visit.you won't regret it! We will definitely be back!

Yesterday was my first time into Sole Experience and it was an exceptional experience, to say the least. The brothers who own and operate this family legacy were kind, patient and super helpful in assisting me with options to fit my new AFOs. They provided outstanding customer service (which is something that many retailers have forgotten how to do). I would highly recommend Sole Experience and sincerely wish them continued generations of continued success.

Came to Sole Experience today looking for some Extra-Wide-fit runners from Hoka and was extremely impressed to see the 2 owners, Matt & Mario (brothers) actually working at their own store! Hope I got the names right! Lol. Matt was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The guy knows his stuff! I walked out today with the most comfortable pair of runners I've ever had in 35 years of buying shoes! I had been to 4 other shoe stores before stopping at this great shop and none of the previous shops carried any of the wider size. Just an FYI. I highly recommend the Hoka Bondi 8 in the 4E size if you have really wide feet. Mega comfy!

Great selection. Matt was awesome as he helped my mom and I find specialty shoes for neuropathy and fascists.

The store was recommended to me by my podiatrist, from Strathcona Foot and Ankle clinic, for my plantar fasciitis.
The staff here were incredibly knowledgeable and offered me great advice. I went with a Hoka Bondi 8.

This was our first time shopping at Sole Experience, and dealing with Matt & Mario was an absolute pleasure. Attentive, helpful and patient, Mario was able to suggest the most comfortable orthopedic shoes for my mom who is wheelchair bound and has complex footwear needs. Leonard (foot specialist) was also present at the shop and did a quick assessment to ensure that the shoes we selected were up to speed with our needs. Overall, Sole Experience is a family run business that takes the time to give its clients the proper care and service they require. I will definitely be returning for future footwear and appreciate their effort in making our footwear search a success.
