My wife was trying to find shoes and the staff took their time to try to find the right shoe. I believe their focus is on helping the customer and not just on sales.
By far, the best customer service experience from any retail store I have had in my 57 years of living in Calgary.

I recently had the privilege of taking an elderly lady for orthotics. Tarik and his father were both exceedingly helpful. It’s so rare to find a store with such great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were respectful, kind and considerate … such a rare thing in the world today. I highly recommend them.

This store is great! I had specially ordered this orthopedic runner. I had to wait about 3 weeks. It was well worth it! The people who work at the north hill location are excellent! They help you get a shoe that is for you! There are so many choices for whatever you need. I highly recommend checking this store out.

My favorite shoe store in the city, by far. I dropped in tonite after work and had the good fortune to meet Megan, who kindly and knowledgeably assisted me in finding a good pair of shoes and insoles to help with my plantar fasciitis. Stellar customer service and I look forward to wearing my new Danskos!

Came in with my father today as he ordered the wrong size and wanted an exchange. This was not your typical exchange as he initially ordered the wrong size, returned them a week later and by that time the price had gone up. Abdhull, the owner, was extremely personable and helpful throughout the whole process and price matched the original shoes. Id have to say this was hands down the best experience I have had buying shoes. Will definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Sole to Soul. Tuliy helped me find the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever tried on. I was initially interested in Dansko shoes for my 12 hour nursing shifts at the hospital, but those shoes did not seem to fit properly. Tuliy introduced me to Hoka sneakers. They are leather/waterproof and felt like walking on a cloud. His customer service was exceptional. He was incredibly pleasant and made great conversation. He also genuinely wants the customer to have the best shoe possible and not just make a quick sale. Highly recommended! Thanks Tuliy!

Mary was so helpful! I have many foot issues and went in on a weekend just to look and see what options they have available for me. Thanks to Mary I found four options that fit my hammer toe and bunion, and also helped with my neuropathy! Mary is so considerate of the specific needs of each customer she deals with. I go to this particular store for specific shoes that are not sold anywhere else. This day I went was a Friday afternoon and a bit quieter in the store. I was welcomed by the two younger men working there. I told them what I was looking for. Tully went straight to work. He was gracious and respectful and so helpful. The first pair of shoes he brought out for me he helped me putting them on and even laced and tied them. I haven't been looked after that well before. Even though everyone I've had in this store are completely professional and know their shoes. Something about Tully made me smile. Such an interesting and polite young man. He chatted about himself all through helping me. Always interested in how my shoes felt. Noticing my heels are very narrow, told me he could fix that for me by tying up my shoes a bit different. Confessed he was a runner and that's how runners tie their shoes. It worked perfectly for me. I bought the one and only pair of shoes he brought to me. The fit was so perfect.

When I got there for my appointment as I had the Dr prescription as myself is deaf/Hard of hearing and Abdullah told me that Dr.note, Aish/AADL isn't coverage of my special shoe / custome insole and told me I must get special government form! I already email to Health Ministry and they told me that they should have check on the list (Blue Cross) exempt of payment of who I'm. I'm quite disappointed they way they handle it and wasting my time for that! AS I left the store! I will never come back to this store as I will go to different store! Poor Job for checking on the computer etc!

Excellent service! I came here to get shoes to deal with diabetic neuropathy through the Alberta Aids to Daily Living Program. Abdul definitely knows his stuff!

I went there to get a specific shoe. Matteo was extremely helpful. It was a few minutes to closing time on a Saturday before long weekend. He helped me out and processed my payment. He went further and called all their other branches to get me the right colour and type. He stayed late and helped my friend too.

We have dealt with the staff at both the Market Mall and North Hill locations and were impressed by the high level of quality service that we received. We purchased shoes, and orthotics, from both locations and the prices were good considering the quality of what we purchased. In particular Abdullah the owner of the North Hill location, and Moe at the Market Mall location, went out of their way to spend time with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. As well, Stanley, who made our orthotics was very thorough and professional. We would highly recommend Sole to Soul to anyone.

My 91 year old Gramma had wonderful experience with the sales people here. One gentleman was incredibly kind and patient with her when she made the purchase. When she got home she had an injury to her leg that made it necessary to return the sandals and she was nervous about coming back, but Lilly was so very kind and unquestioning when she went to return it. I know after this experience she (and me-the items look great!) will be back for more purchases. Thank you

I went in looking for orthopaedics. The gentleman at the till pointed me in the right direction. He was friendly, helpful, and offered help with my insurance should they give me a hard time. My shoes fit very well, are very comfortable, and solve my problem. In addition, the price was right. I was in and out of the North Hill location in about 5 minutes flat.

I had a truly enjoyable experience yesterday morning, at the Soul to Sole store in Market Mall.im sorry I failed to get the clerk's name. But he was truly wonderful! Friendly, personable, humorous, full of fun AND very attentive to my feet and their peculiar needs. He also knows his product! Service like that is worth its weight in gold!

Amazing store, great staff and the owner Abdullah is fantastic. He spend a long time with me to make sure that I got the right shoes. I needed to get a lift in one of my shoes and they do great work and the shoes fit perfect. I would recommend going here to anyone that needs specialty shoes or just a good pair of shoes. I will be making this my go too for footwear.

So disappointed with the service. Sole to Soul HAD a reputation of being a great place to buy shoes
for customers with foot problems and hard to fit feet, especially for the disabled. Today there were two clerks in the store, neither were particularly interested in helping me even though they were not busy and at times I was
the only person in the store. Initially one asked what needed, brought one pair of the wrong size shoes
and disappeared. I tried to find shoes that fit but without success. Gave up and went home.

Great service, kind, attentive and patient. Found a product that works for my plantar fasciitis and bone spur. Wonderful selection, a neat and organized business. Thanks

Was recommended this place by a podiatrist and was not disappointed, it's the only place I've found that has a variety of 6E width shoes. Abdul was very helpful and knowledgeable. For the first time I was able to get shoes that didn't pinch the sides of my feet! They were however very pricey, though for a pair of boots that should last me a long time, and actually fit for once, it was worth it.

Soul To Soul in Airdrie had the shoes that I needed, put them on hold till I could get there, and made sure all was good before I made my purchase. Great customer service!

I have always had a great experience here, but not this time. I was served by a short salesman who should not be in c/s. He was cranky from the beginning and would not sell me a pair of sandals for the marked price. So I returned them and ordered online from Soft Moc. I won't return.

I can't say enough about Abdul at Sole to Soul. He spent the better part of two hours with my mom trying on different shoes to help fit her new orthotic. This was no easy task, yet at the end my mom found exactly what she needed. Thanks Abdul and Sole to Soul!

I have flat feet. I walk a lot so many times my feet are sore. I went here, they got correct fitting for my new shoes and even had wide shoes to provide me with comfort. Prices are comparible with other shoe companies in Calgary. I have now had my shoes for a few months now, and my feet are never sore anymore! Excellent and superb customer service. It is not often when employees and owners care about their customers and their needs. I will return when I wear these shoes out.
