My child has been going to this Daycare for 3 years! I highly recommend Somerset:) Great teachers, fantastic food options for kids and very flexible!

My children have been attending Somerset Child Care for the last 5 years, from infancy to kindergarten age.
I can't say enough glowing things regarding our experience with the Centre and the staff who work there. They are professional, committed to adhering to the many policies and procedures required for accreditation, but most of all, they are so loving to our boys!
When my sensitive eldest son was struggling with the change in transitioning from the Baby room to the Toddler room, every teacher in the Centre was rooting for his success and helped to make the transition as easy as possible. Even those teachers not involved with the rooms in question would let us know "he's doing so much better" and "he's doing great". It made such a difference for us to know that everyone was on his side and watching out for him. With the care and encouragement of the preschool teachers, he has blossomed from a shy boy who would not participate in organized activities/arts & crafts to an outgoing participant in all things - I give them so much credit for this transition.
The staff genuinely care about the kids in the Centre - they get to know each child's little personality quirks, interests and skills and enjoy drawing them out and celebrating them. They also understand each child's individual challenges and help to support them through these.
When we drop our children off each day, I am confident they are in a safe, caring environment where they will be supported, loved and have lots of fun - there is always something new going on!

When I was going back to work, I started looking for a day care for my daughter. I couldn’t be happier with the choice I’ve made. The daycare is clean and the kids are happy there. The staff is amazing, very caring, attentive and great with children. My daughter is a very picky eater and her caregivers have been very patient with her. Jennifer, the director is just a wonderful person and a great director. She is a professional and has always been there for us whenever we needed something. I’m very happy to have found a place that I know takes care of my kid and does it with love, while I’m at work. Thank you!

My kids have been going to Somerset child care for years now. The teachers are incredible and my kids come home every day with story of a new adventure. I can’t say enough great things about this place

Incredible child care centre! The staff are passionate and dedicated, and the care is top-notch. Friendly, comfortable and educational environment for children to be in. Would recommend to anyone.

This is my kid's first daycare. Staffs are wonderful and nice. The transition period went so well that my kid began to longing for school within a few weeks.

The long term professional staff (most are Early Childhood Educators at Level 2 & 3, holding diplomas or degrees) are amazing here, and Jen the director is passionate about children and families. They are up to date with current practices and have a clean, organized and beautiful centre! The children are very happy and busy.

I am a picky, protective mom. I wanted a daycare for my daughter where she could be herself and they could understand her sensory/sensitive needs. This is the place. Jennifer is an amazing director that follows the rules and does not play favourites. I am truly grateful for this daycare, I know my babe is safe, loved and free to grow and learn

Not impressed with staff at all.our 9 months old kid always had bruises on his face and when asked what happened.feedback that we got was he woke up from his sleep and had it on his face.one more thing that made us leave the day care was.we were not informed for a week that our son didnt have his lunch until we inquired about his weight loss. The Director or manager is really sweet but the staff really dosent care at all which is sad: (
