It’s been a while since I’ve gone to this place and every time the ladies are so welcoming and sweet spoken and meet my expectations. They make me feel comfortable and homey. Would always recommend them to my close ones.

I have gone to this place many times and have always had a good experience. They are very welcoming and sweet, and have better prices than Koh-I-Noor. My wife ordered a custom piece that was a pendant of our daughter’s name in Punjabi and it turned out perfect - heavy and solid 22k gold. We now again ordered another custom ring this time in solid 24k with an infinity symbol on it. This is now our go-to place for buying high karat gold pieces.

I had an amazing experience with Sonali Jewellers. Their customer service was outstanding and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Mou’s went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. Me and my Husband were so pleased with the service we received from this Gold Store.

As I walked in I was greeted by a tall pretty girl named Preet who was very patient with me and very personable as was the elegant Rupinder who closed the deal with her overt friendliness and kind eyes. Together they were smashing and pretty much made my day after running into the opposite of them in a nearby shop. I looked a little bit funky that afternoon but these 2 women did not judge a book by its cover. Why do I pretend to shop around when buying gold? Sonalis Sonalis Sonalis that will be my mantra when I buy gold from now on

Worst service and staff. Staff is also rude, would recommend to go to other jewellers. Hide a lot of stuff from you when you buy something.

This shop is such an expensive seller. I do not recommend them at all! The staff and manager are so rude.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE: 8 * 5G coin for $430 each was sold to me for $490 total of $3920! I returned them in less than an hour when I realized it was expensive. They refused to return them and told me we could buy them for $400 each! $90 less, $720 less! Can you believe it? !

Would not recommend going in to sell or buy jewelry from this store. Took in some gold to get a quote for the worth of the gold shown. This store told us the gold we showed them was about $1,100 less than what the other 2 gold stores in their area quoted us. Their reasoning was that the "labour" charge of 25% to 30% comes off of the value of the gold being sold - understandable. The other gold stores said the same thing but quoted us the worth of the gold shown to be a little over $1,100 more. I understand if there's a couple hundred dollars difference in the quotation, but a whole $1,000 plus is quite shocking.

I always shoping here its very good place for nice jewelry. All employees are nice but rupinder is very professional she knows what i exactly need.she deserve for five stars

Bad quality jewellery and plus bad customer service too I bought anklet from here and broken in 2 days when I took it back they said they can’t do anything

My wife bought bracelet 2 days ago, Wanted to exchange for different style. This lady i believe is the owner, Wanted to charge us labor for both styles separately, why should I pay labor for returning bracelet. I would not recommend this store. Very dishonest people.

The worst and most expensive jewelry in the world, I purchased two bangles for $3000. And after two years I went to sell them back to them they offered me $1300 hundred, so you can guess how much they rip the people, please try the same thing and you will know the reality of them

Around gold rate for the day and don't overly too high charge, good range, wish the space was bigger, overall a good experience
