Great service from THI today, definitely will be back!
Lots of parking, friendly environment, fast nail technicians and very understanding!

I’ve been multiple times now and keep recommending them to people because I always have a great experience. Their gel polish and regular polish are both great quality. Thi, the owner, takes his time with pedicures which is very relaxing and worth the money. Would recommend!

I had shown my nail tech what I wanted and they started doing my nails. When asked if I like them I had expressed that I just didn't like how one of the nails on my hand just didn't look right. The owner explained to me that they don't have glitter they can put on nails and I understand that but if they couldn't do what I had asked they should have been more upfront about how different it would look. I had asked if they could put another coat of glitter polish or something because it still was just really patchy but they didn't really care and just finished up my appointment. Also when I had arrived for my appointment none of the workers were there and they had their previous customer watching the store for them. I had wanted to give this salon a try as it's close to my house and I had come here previously to get a set from another salon taken off after I had them on gor a while. Will definitely be making the commute to my regular salon next time or anywhere else.
The next morning and I just took a shower and they're already chipping. They were falling apart within 24 hours.
I went in and asked for a refund because gel should not fall off like that and the owner asked me to remove this review. Well if you want a good review you need to put out quality work that lasts how it should.

Visiting Edmonton and needed a gel fill very badly! Thi restored my nails with a French tip very quickly and gently, as my nails get hot very quickly! The salon staff was friendly and the salon itself was very tidy! My experience was great, and I’ll be returning on my next visit to Edmonton!

I always receive excellent service and professional results. Manicure or pedicure- always look amazing. I have been coming for a few years and service is the same: Lovely!

This is the best Sophie’s Nails in Edmonton! Very genuinely friendly and caring and really listen to what I ask for. Excellent pedicure and manicure and eyebrow waxing!

I recently moved into the area and decided to get my acrylic fill at this salon.

The lady was very patient with me as I was indecisive about which colours to choose. Which I appreciated.

Got a very nice and clean service from my nail tech. I got my nails done poorly at a nail salon, and Thi the male nail tech fixed it for me and now I love it and I would be coming back

Thi fit me in last minute within a 15 minute time frame on Sunday. He was pleasant to speak to and very efficient in getting my nails a pretty shade of pink just in time for Easter. I will be back. Good customer service and very friendly.

Sophie's Nails on 104th is my favourite place to get my nails done. The staff are nice and very efficient. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend going here!

I had Trang do my nails about a week ago and I've never been happier. They are perfect. My nails feel so natural and thin dispite being shilac. My nails feel strong and look amazing. I tend to be quite vicious to my hands and I'm a cluzt, always hitting things or slamming my fingers into things but these nails have kept their beautiful shape, shine and colour despite that. Trang is amazing; she keeps her salon clean and inviting and is very personable and respectful. I love her work and I'll never go to anyone else.

Was told my fingers were crooked and that they had to compensate on the shape. Yes, I have one finger that is crooked, but my right index finger leans wildly to the left. Also the price was 55 plus tax which would be 57.75. I was charged 68.25. Will not be back.

They do really good nail work at affordable prices. Staff is pleasant & gave good service, welcoming environment too. I was glad they took me & wife as walk-ins

Worst nail place ever. I’ve never been to a nail salon where I got yelled at by staff for nicely asking a question related to my nails. It was an awful experience and I would not suggest this place to anyone!

Pathetic Experience! No respect for customers time. I went to this place yesterday. I had an appointment of the salon beforehand and reached there on time. First they made me wait for 30 mins. However when they were about to start my gel nails, a group of girls came into the salon for pedicure. The owner started hurrying up in doing my nails. After doing my hands, he told me I need to wait for another 1/2 hour or else come the next day to get my feet done - coz he wanted to do pedicure of those girls. He kept insisting me to come the next day throughout my time in the salon. I told him I took an appointment why should I come tomorrow or wait. The guy reluctantly agreed to complete my nails and then hurried up in doing my foot. The job that he did was far from perfect. He did not even let the paint dry up properly. After I came home, all of my nails started chipping. It was a complete waste of both time and money. Never going back.

My daughter an me were walk-ins an we got in with only a 5 min wait very clean an professional. I love the cateye nail that I got an my daughter got some free hand art on hers.would definitely recommend!

Thi is an excellent nail artist, he did a great job doing my nails. Will definitely recommend this place.

I asked the person doing my eyebrow waxing to TRIM my brows first. Trimming the brow BEFORE applying wax lessens the chances of having your eyebrow over-waxed and uneven. The person ignored my request and continued to apply wax and started ripping it off. I have one decent looking eyebrow and one absolute monstrosity. My edge is gone on the top of my one brow, and it is much thinner than the other. I asked for a trim and to keep the shape and now I have no possible way of fixing this without making both my brows look terrible. I've been coming here for nearly a year to get my toes and brows done and I definitely won't be returning after this. I'm embarrassed by how bad this looks. If only the person doing the waxing was properly trained and listened to my request, this mistake was completely avoidable. Do not come to this salon.

V does a professional job. I always get gel polish and he takes him time to remove them correctly to ensure my natural nails aren’t being damaged. I’ve gotten different shapes, solid colours and French tips and he ALWAYS does a lovely job. Thanks V!

Excellent price value and professionalism! Will be back! Had my first gel manicure and am in love with them. The guys here know what their doing and do it well! I'm so glad my customer told me about this place.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure here yesterday with a couple of friends of mine.my two friends had a men's pedicure and one had a gel manicure.

There was not a lot of space at the entrance for coats and shoes so it was a little crowded entering the nail salon. They also only had two nail techs available. I feel like if they had another person to help out it would have been faster but totally understandable. Despite being low staff, these two men that did our nails paid such close attention to detail. My manicure was so clean and the colour was very opaque. Looooved the square shape he also did. They let me change my colour no problem and weren't annoyed or anything.

Overall, such good service and I would definitely go again.

Worst shellac removal process. My comment pertains specifically to the technique used to remove my shellac. While the technician was friendly enough, it was very evident that they were rushed. None of my nails were ever after the trim and I had to ask politely to have them reshaped. Additionally, they used the automatic metal tip to remove my shellac.followed by a "gentler" speed one. However, it just scratched off my entire nail. It is now dry, crusty, and brittle. I will not be returning and highly recommend others to reconsider coming here.

The only place in Edmonton I’ve found that does dip powder. Thi does a great job and I will be going back for sure!

I recently switched to Sophie's Nails because my last, very expensive, nail place was doing subpar work. My experiences here have been wonderful, my nails look awesome and last for at least 3 weeks without any issues. Great find!

Great prices, great staff. Always really happy with their work. My most recent trip there, my manicure polish went all bubbly and weird; went back the next day and they fixed it no problem. Love this place!

I've given this place not one but TWO chances. I was cut each time by two different nail techs leaving blood running down my fingers. I got a manicure 2 days ago and it's already shipping. Don't waste your money here.

I called in advance to be sure they could do the “ombré” look, they assured me they could and when I got there they had no idea and it loooked terrible. I mentioned I didnt really like them and there was no response from the lady doing it.they’re shellac but were all chipped within 4 days.

So friendly and we were attended right away. We had an appointment for one pm but went earlier and they had time for us. Establishment is clean and the nail tecs were friendly. Nails turned out 10/10.

I like that it is small salon.it makes for a very friendly, welcoming vibe. They make you feel comfortable and want to ensure you're happy. My manicures and pedicures last longer than other places I have visited. They do a great job and will stay late if necessary. Great pricing.

Absolutely Great experience! It lasted about an 1hour. The nail tech Thi did a fantastic job! Very attentive to the detail of my hands! Very very satisfied. I normally do reviews on certain places and this place definitely gets a thumbs up and a cartwheel

The only place I go to get my nail done. The nail tech (Viet, his name I think) is very skilled and professional. Price is reasonable too.

Loved how perfectly these guys made sure I got my nails perfectly the way I wanted. Spent extra time even after closing. My go to place always, would definitely recommend everyone for an amazing sesssion you will keep coming back

I loved the manicure gel polish I recieved. I had a dark blue polish with glitter but my friend recieved a terrible manicure. Her gel polish was streaky and did not have enough layers. It was supposed to be a darker brifht red but what she recieved was a very light red and you could see the strokes from the nail brush and her nature nail underneath. So overall the prices are good but the quality of manicure you receive is hit or miss.

I love this place so much. Thi is always did a great job to my nails, 1st place to get your nails done and relaxing.

Not only was the job extremely well done but the customer service was just amazing. The vibe was positive and relaxing, very friendly, you could tell it was genuine kindness, Viet (one of the nail technicians) did a beautiful job with my pedicure and not only fixed one of my nails I had been having problems with and told me how to maintain them as well. For a first time at this specific salon I would say that it was an exemplary experience all around. I would give more than five stars if possible.

Kylie and Thi were lovely! They accommodated myself a friend and her 3 neices! As well did a wonderful job! Helped me perfectly match colours for both manicure and pedicure! I'm excited to make this my new regular nail place!

Love the guys in this place they do a good job. They may not have all the nail colors and deco but they are good.
Went back for the 3rd time. They are the best.
