Sophie's Pet Spa

Our elderly dog Prince is very nervous, shy and can be quite the handful. We love the one-on-one grooming at Sophie's Pet Spa. Prince sees Bee who has a magic touch with him. Bee calms Prince and he loves being with Bee for his groom. Bee is so kind, gentle and truly works magic on Prince - he always looks so adorable. We would highly recommend Sophie's Pet Spa and Bee:)

I took my Havanese puppy here for a bath and trim of his face and feet. It was his first time. They also clipped his nails. The salon was clean and tidy. The service was prompt. Jessica was friendly and professional. I love how Biscuit looked and smelled when I picked him up. 10/10 recommended!

I can’t tell you the difference between this and other groomers we’ve used. All of the endorsement we can give can be summed up with the unbothered demeanour of our dogs when we pick them up like “oh hey, looks like my ride’s here. Jessica, Chen, we’ll see you in a few weeks! ”; instead of the panicked mess we found them in when we took them elsewhere.

I’ve tried a few groomers for our pups and this place if by far the best. Every single groomer that has groomed our dogs has done an amazing job on them. You get what you pay for does not apply to this place because their prices are more than fair and do an amazing job every time.

Bee has groomed my dog in the past and was very patient with my large dog, even when he panicked and ended up flooding their floor. They handed my boy back to me clean, well-groomed and happy. Would definitely recommend Sophie's and Bee to anyone looking to get their furry friend some spa time.

It was Kiwi’s first time going to a groomer. Bee was absolutely amazing with her when we got there and she did a phenomenal job on little miss Kiwi. We have already booked our next appointment with her. Definitely recommend

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and sensitive to my dogs needs. My Yorkie has a beautiful haircut! He’s never looked better! He will definitely see Shylow again.

Took my mom's long haired Scottish Fold cat to get his haircut. I told Bea he doesn't like a mane as his hair gets stuck in his mouth, and he likes his tail long, and we picked how long to leave the hair on his body. He's looks like a teddy bear! Best haircut he ever had!

Jessica exceeded our expectations. We have a BMD and she did an amazing job! Guinness our BMD found his groomer "person".

Bee was amazing. I bought my very nervous and shaking dog in to meet Bee for the first time and felt immediately at ease. She has such a sweet, calming demeanour and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her. She did a fantastic job with her nails, which have been a problem in the past, and she looked perfect and happy coming out after her grooming. Bee seems very experienced and seems to have knowledge of what our pets go through when you hand them over and I will absolutely bring her back! I could tell she really cared. I appreciate that more than anything.

Always take such good care of my little guy. He loves going there and he's never had a bad cut. Bee is the best.

I highly recommend this place! They always do such an amazing job and provide excellent service. I’ve dealt with Jessica with grooming my shih tzu, she’s so kind and professional. I love how quick she is with grooming! Never had one issue. Also the salon itself is clean and has a gate which makes me feel comfortable knowing my pet is safe and won’t run out the front door. Thank you again Jessica! <3

If you have a Cocker, definitely ask for Bee, they did a wonderful job and I am for sure bringing them back here!

My review is based on misrepresenting the prices on the website and not clarifying the price when our dog was brought in. I understand their site says "All prices are estimates and are subject to change" but did not know that they charge an hourly rate for doodles. We were not informed this at our first visit which cost us $110 (as advertised on the website) and on our second visit we were only informed of the hourly cost when it was time to pay and were charged $168.00 or $70/hour, so almost a $60 difference! I have no problem if a grooming establishment wants to charge an hourly price but I believe there needs to be a better process in place to ensure the consumer knows.
