Sorensen Dental Group

Dr. Sorensen is super solid and has been for 8+ years my family has gone to him. He also did an implant for me 5 years ago and if I needed one again, I would definitely have him do another. It has held very well.

My hygienist, Linda Qwan was the best I’ve ever had. She was friendly, funny, and was sensitive to my sensitivities. She made the whole experience actually enjoyable!

Five stars all around. Friendly, personal service. They worked with our insurance to make sure we paid as little as possible. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Knebel and his entire staff made this very nervous patient supremely happy. Great service and fantastic results! Sorenson Dental Group i gets my highest recommendation.

I would definitely recommend going to see Sorensen dental for you dental need. If you are looking for an amazing hygienist ask for Linda! She was awesome at making me feel comfortable after a bad experience here when I first went. I use to go see Lucy but unfortunately she is no longer at this location. Now having Linda as my new hygienist I feel comfortable at getting my teeth cleaned again.

Kendra is a lovely person and an outstanding professional. I have been around for some time and she is top notch.

Got my teeth cleaned with Kendra this week and she did a great job. She was very communicative between me and the dentist and I felt very comfortable. Lily and Dr. Knebel also did a great job at helping me find a solution to my tooth problem. Overall great staff and experience in both the reception and in the treatment room.

I just finished with my appointment and it was honestly the best dentist appointment I've ever had. I had Kendra for my cleaning and she did a great job! I had Dr. Murray for the rest of my visit and he communicated clearly and honestly about what I need done, he is also practices orthodontics so that was helpful as I had Invisalign in the past, he was able to provide me with some new information. Shelly helped me as well and she was great. The service at the front was also top notch. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic. Pricing was very honest and straightforward, no hidden costs.

A truly appreciate this company. When you have limited income they support and help you through your urgent needs and address you like a human, not a burden. They give you options for your best health and take care of you. I highly recommend this company!

My hygienist Asha was AMAZING! So gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. By far the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is so sweet and you can tell she truly cares about her patient!

I moved away fro Calgary 10 years ago, after my braces and orthodontic treatment with Dr. Knebel. I didn’t know he had moved practices, but after a bit of research I was able to find him and book an appointment this week during my travels. So worth the extra leg work! He and his team did such a fantastic job that has lasted without a problem all this time! One of my retainers broke which is why I needed to see him and just to check all was still ok with alignment. What a great place! His team are so competent and the technology they used to make a 3D mold amazing! No more steel trays and goop! And my retainer was done in a day! I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice, just happy I re-connected

Just had restoration work done on one of my tooth, Dr. Knebel did a fantastic job. Procedure was painless and precise.

Such a terrible experience here. Can’t believe I went here for so long - this place is a money grab, find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.
Dr Sorenson will tell you that you have an absurd amount of cavities, so happy I went and got a second opinion. He’s also very arrogant and seems to be impatient. There’s one girl on the front desk who knows what she’s doing, you were always a pleasure Courtney!

This place is amazing! A very low pressure clinic! They have all the high tech tools to help them show you what you need to do! Not your old school type place! I am not a fan of dentists but I 100 percent recommend this place! The staff and Dentist’s are very knowledgeable and friendly!

My family and I have been patients of Dr Knebel for more than 20 years. His staff are professional, compentant, and they relate to us like family friends. Whatever the concern, Murray takes the time to investigate and provides a response that is easy to understand. Despite the number of patients he has had through the years, he remembers the story of my mouth. Looking forward to many more years of excellent service.

I came into this clinic today at 5: 20 pm today after dealing with wild and what feels like unbearable pain in my back 2 wisdom teeth. Everyone single person in this clinic was professional, BEYOND KIND and just so down to earth.
They "closed" at 6 pm tonight for the Christmas Holidays but I still treated me until 6: 30 PM. Not once did I feel rushed to leave, or even feel like they rushed through the appointment. I have found a new dentist for years to come. Thank you so much to everyone in that clinic, I am very impressed and will be recommending anyone/everyone to this clinic.

Excellent service as always, got a new marriage saver, AKA Prosomnus EVO dental device. Dr Murray really knows his stuff, got me fitted up with this amazing device which stops my snoring completely.

Saw Dr. Knebel, has been my dentist for years. Very knowledgeable and truly caring. My mother-in-law saw him for her first time and was extremely comforted with his discussions. ”it is so good to know he has a plan for me”. If you need a second opinion, ever, this is the dentist to see.

Our awesome Dentist at this practice is Dr Murray Knebel and I have utilized his professional expertise for the last 9 years or so. He corrected my teeth providing complete upper and lower braces, removed all the mercury from my old fillings and replaced with porcelain epoxy. His standard procedure of requesting medical history is instrumental to his full diagnostic tooth and general health welfare. He discovered my bad breathing habits and set-up a sleep apnea test for me along with tongue exercises to aid in better rest and sleep patterns. This DID greatly improve my sleep and my overall health. Thank you Dr Knebel!

Where to even start. No one likes going to the dentist for many reasons. Cost, pain, , money gouging, fear, and the list goes on.
This will not be the same experience. From the incredible receptionists, to the dental hygienists (my personal fave is Mrs. Kelsie who I promise, will not dissapoint?) and finally to the most incredibly patient and kind Master of teeth, Dr Murray Knebel, will far exceed your expectations. Having any kind of dental work is never super pleasant, but the care and after care (which is almost even more important) you will receive with them is beyond words. I will never feel like I cannot trust what my Dentist is telling me as truth and know that I am in the very best possible care. Thank you all so very much for taking care of me.

Never had better service at a dental practice then I have at Sorensen. Brett is awesome and very gental, Deb is very sweet. The woman who created my crown did an amazing job and i couldn't be happier, it looks and feels like the real deal. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I’ve been a patient at Dr. Sorensen’s dental practice for 8+ years. I enjoy when I have an appointment because the team is efficient and prompt; meaning no added time when most don’t enjoy being at the dentist. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Recently, when getting scaling done, they ensured that I was billed for the accurate units and time, which was very impressive. Many places would just round up and over charge, but the team was honest and up front which saved me some $$ when I’m not working and without benefits. Courtney at the front desk is wonderful and the whole team are well versed in all needs and areas. Dr Sorensen is a great dentist.

I used to be terrified of dentists but I feel relaxed and well cared for here. Great place, lovely friendly staff and Brett is a great dentist.

Had a difficult crown put in. Dr Sorensen and team were very sensitive to my comfort. There was a lot of sensitivity to hot and cold which they addressed quickly. As I waited for the permanent the next week there was hardly any pain! It slipped in without freezing and was perfect!

This office is clean, beautiful and has the very best staff!

I needed a cleaning and Kelsie is my favourite Hygenist. She was both through and gentle and I learned that I am actually quite tongue tied (I wasn’t able to breast feed as a baby and my mom through it was her fault!). Dr Knebel is also very knowledgeable and sees the body as a whole entity.

I love that I get to see everything for myself because they take pictures and show you your teeth. I also like that I can see last times photos and observe how I’m doing. I hate dental surprises and now I feel confident that I have a plan for my teeth and an office that is truly part of my trusted health care team.

Always a welcoming place! I enjoy showing up for my regular visits, and planning for my on-going care is stress-free and informative.

The dentist here removed one of my broken wisdom teeth a year ago. He was SO fast, and kind to me. He had to cut my gums a tiny portion due to my tooth being broken. I went home with pain meds, didnt even have to take any until I was about to go to bed. When I woke up, I had Zero pain 0_0 and my socket healed extremely fast.
I couldn't (and still cannot) believe that he made a wisdom tooth removal feel like a regular tooth removal.

I'm going back in a few days to have another tooth checked out (and most likely removed) and Im actually not scared at all because I trust these lovely people.
(which is a surprise because two months ago I had an impacted wisdom tooth removal at a different dental office.and it was slightly traumatic for me as I felt the numbing needle was in my eyeball or something) So thanks for making me feel comfy!

My husband and I had a cleaning and check up done back in Jan. Though it took over two hours for both of us, we had an ok experience. My hygienist was very nice, but Dr Sorensen recommended a lot of work to be done on both of us. My husband was skeptical if all the work was necessary, because just six months ago, my other dentist said everything was fine. So, we went ahead to get a second opinion. Here is when everything went down hill! We emailed the office staff to have them resend our photos and X-rays because the previous link they forwarded had expired. A simple request turned into a lot of complaining from the office staff. They told us that it's "too time consuming" to send them and that "that they are a busy office" Seriously? After some days, the woman sent the photos but not the X-rays, so my husband had to call them directly. The woman was incredibly rude and extremely unprofessional. She again complained over the phone how much work it will be for her and that she is busy. My husband had to speak firmly to get her to send them. Literally two minutes after the phone call, she finally emailed the X-rays. So, I guess two minutes is too much work for them? !? At first, we were on the fence about returning, but after this experience, we are definitely changing to another Dentist office. The one we go to doesn't treat their clients like a burden. Hope Dr Sorensen is reading this and re-trains his staff to be more professional!

UPDATE: Both my husband and I went to get a second opinion, and it turns out we don't have 10+ cavities like Dr Sorensen stated. Good thing I listened to my husband's instinct.

I can't say enough good about Sorensen Dental. Dr. Patton has been my dentist for over 15 years and I trust her implicitly. The hygenists are fabulous as is their reception. Great service - always honest and friendly.

Was told from this dentist that I had to get 9 fillings done. After a few years of not going to the dentist, I finally built up the courage to go to another dentist. They confirmed I only need 3 fillings. Money grab?

Dr Sorensen is very nice, and puts you at ease right away, he explains everything that needs to be done in detail so you know what to expect! Dr Sorensen and his staff are very warm, kind, and caring, they make you feel very comfortable!
