SOTO Teppanyaki and Fusion Sushi

I've never.
And mean NEVER have I had such poor service.
Un organized.
Slow.and most rude waitresses EVER.

One of our group members didn't get her drink for at least an hour in not more.

By the time we actually got our food cooked for us (by the way.the ONLY good part of this establishment.the chef's that cooked in front of us.). We had to get "to go dishes" and pack them.
After 2 hours we were late for another funtion. Then waited for another half hour just to get the bill.that they couldn't figure out.

Never again.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment with the recent experience I had at your establishment. I placed an order for delivery and was shocked to learn that your restaurant does not allow courier drivers to use the washroom facilities.

As a customer, I believe that it is unacceptable to discriminate against anyone based on their race or profession. It is not only unjust but also goes against the values of inclusivity and respect that should be upheld by any business.

By denying the use of washroom facilities to courier drivers, your restaurant is effectively perpetuating a form of racism and discrimination that is completely unacceptable. It is essential that you rectify this situation and take immediate steps to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their race or profession, are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

I urge you to take this matter seriously and implement policies that promote equality and fairness. I look forward to hearing back from you soon on what steps you plan to take to rectify this situation.

Great customer service, good sushi for rural Alberta! Bento box are huge portions, good prices!

Very poor service and disgusting food. One star because I can’t give 0 stars! The waitress didn’t care that we weren’t satisfied and we left hungry. Gross! Don’t waste your money!

I wish they would open a location in edmonton or leduc I miss their food it was always so good

After calling the restaurant and receiving confirmation that an accommodation could be made for an allergy, the staff asked and verified the allergy three different times.

And then proceeded to cross contaminate and completely destroy our dining experience, as well as put an allergy sensitive person in direct danger. No attempt was made to rectify the situation, and only after I complained that the bill did not reflect thier grave mistake, did they even attempt to make it right.

Steer clear of this restaurant if you have an allergy, as they clearly are not capable of handling it safely.

Very small portions for price paid. Inconsistent quality/quantity of food. For $21, I received 10 pieces of sushi.

Excellent sushi restaurant. Prices were a little high, but quality and service were great. Will go back when in the area.

Quick service, tastey rolls, quiet if not busy.
Gets noisy very quickly as no booths or sound dampening furniture/walls.

Friendly staff and great food in one place. Miso soup was perfect, followed by sashimi and sushi rolls. I was a great fusion style sushi to be honest.

If you are in the area make sure to try it. You won’t be disappointed and will come back for more.

Used to be great every time, this was my go to for take out 3-4 times per month. But the last 3-4 orders have been getting worse each time. Todays order was horrible. Not sure what has changed, but the food is no longer fresh, prices have gone up, and portions have shrunk. I understand costs going up now these days, but if the food is garbage, and it is, hard to support this place again. I’m out

Come on Grande Prairie, this place is a rip off. Food is overpriced and not up to par. One of the chefs was yelling and degrading towards a waitress and management did nothing to stop it. Unprofessional and a disgrace. Stop supporting these type of establishments. Support businesses that deserve it.
