Everyone was amazing! I have significant anxiety about dental work. I came prepared with anti anxiety meds and chose this office because of the sedation options. I didnt need any of it! We completed my check up and cleaning with good communication and the hygienist being adaptable. I'm thrilled!

I'm blown away by the service. All the staff are super friendly and genuinely care about the patients. My husband went in for some much needed dental work, and they were quick and kind from the moment we had our initial exam to the time of the actual appointment. They even got us in the next day super quick because of a mishap with one of the services performed.
I'm definitely very happy with this dental office and will definitely be coming back in the future. I also highly recommend this place to anyone who might be anxious about going to the dentist at all.

Hands down one of the best dental clinics in Airdrie. I have tried a few here in Airdrie and this has been the best place by far. I used to hate going to the dentist till I found them. Great friendly staff they don’t rush you through like other places do. They take their time and make sure you are comfortable and ok.

They are so good with kids here! My daughter couldn't handle even routine cleanings at our regular dentist, who are very friendly and skilled themselves. South Airdrie Smiles, though, is the best for children who struggle at the dentist.

Although insurance doesn't cover the nitrous, it is worth it as we weren't able to get our daughter through a normal dentist visit previously. The dentist and hygienists are very friendly and so wonderful with kids

I took my 7 year old to another dentist and it was an awful experience. We then looked around and ended up choosing South Airdrie Smiles. My daughter now enjoys going to the dentist! The staff are kind and caring, they provide helpful tips and tricks on caring for your little ones teeth. I would highly recommend taking your little ones to South Airdrie Smiles!

I would give more stars if I could! Went there to learn more about invisiline and got a scan done. It was a simple and easy going process. The staff is awesome. Dr. Amrita Sandhu-Gill and Nicole were great to deal with!

I was not lucky enough to get an appointment to Dr. Fatima At first she made quite a pleasant impression, but later I really disappointed with the services provided by her. After the treatment, several parts of the filling fell off within 2 hours. Which already shows that the doctor made fillings anyway. I have never had this before. This is the first such unpleasant experience. On my second visit, she made fillings in a hurry and when I asked to polish my teeth, she again said next time. At the end of the procedure, she left without even saying goodbye. I have very sensitive teeth now, I can't floss because the fillings are solid (!) And when I went to get it redone, she just put desensitizing gel on me and didn't redo the fillings. The conversation with her was very unpleasant, I do not feel that Dr. Fatima wants to help. I do not recommend and do not advise to go. I am disappointed with the service.

Went for a cleaning, and usually when I have went in to get a cleaning from my previous dentist it was a painful experience, however Airdrie Smiles was a welcome experience. Thanks Helena. The staff was also very friendly and caring.

I called Airdrie Smiles when I had a dental emergency and they fit me in right away. Both of the Dentists I had, helped me with a quick fix and I was on my way. I had Nicole today for a check up and she was so awesome. Very sweet. Beautiful teeth Thank you again for such a great experience.

South Airdrie Smiles has such an amazing team! I make the drive from Calgary to Airdrie to come here solely because of the staff. I would recommend South Airdrie Smiles to anyone.

After being told by many dentists that my mom’s teeth were not salvagable, a family friend recommended Dr. Sandhu-Gill to us. That was over 6 years ago and my mom has been a patient of hers ever since. We drive from Calgary to Airdrie because my mom refuses to be seen by any other dentist. This is because Dr. Sandhu-Gill is the most empathetic dentist we have ever come across. She recommended a treatment plan that was able to save my mom’s teeth (something that we had been told was impossible by other dentists). She consistently advocates for her patients and ensures that they receive the best possible treatment. In many instances, she has taken extra time at my mom’s appointment to make sure everything is perfect. Her entire office staff is amazing as well. The dental hygienists are so nice and have always done such a good job at each of the cleaning appointments. Gail at the front desk was always so welcoming and did a great job in providing communication regarding my mom’s treatment plan. I cannot put in to words how thankful we are to have Dr. Sandhu-Gill as our dentist. Thank you for returning my mom’s smile to her face!

Highly recommend this dentistry I was so concerned about my daughter and how she would feel at the dentist as she has always been very uncomfortable and nervous but this place really made her feel comfortable and I am so happy I was able to find a dentistry that not only can do my teeth but also my children’s teeth it’s more than just a dentist office they make you feel comfortable confident happy and much like a family they take care of everyone! Amazing with kids! My son was traumatized at a previous dental office & very anxious about going to the dentist, but South Airdrie Smiles made the experience so seamless and pleasant! Never thought I would here my son say “that was fun” after getting a cavity filled (and he didn’t even use laughing gas). Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. My child was extremely scared of the dentist from a previous horrible experience at a different clinic, yet here he was able to sit and get his procedure done with no complains and was very cooperative. Totally recommend for any children dental work. They make your child feel very relaxed and know exactly what to say to make your child feel safe.

I LOVE this dentist. Coming from another dentist who messed up causing me to have an infected tooth and booking me in TWO WEEKS when it was clearly more urgent. I walked into South Airdrie Smiles, explained my situation and the fact that I'm on blood thinners and don't do well with needles, and that I had a infected tooth now. Dr. Sung was amazing and the procedure went very well. I never felt rushed out and they took their time with me. I will be back and will be using South Airdrie Smiles now as my regular dentist. Update# 2: Amazing as always. This time I had Jind as my hygienist and she was so thorough! She had me hold a mirror as she showed a few things happening in my mouth and gave great explanations. She was so kind and kept checking throughout the cleaning to make sure everything was okay.

Update: Once again, an amazing experience at South Airdrie Smiles! I have to say how impressed I am with one of the Office Admins, Stephanie. We have been working together to get some issues sorted out with my insurance and Stephanie has been amazing through the whole process. Fantastic communication, always keeping in touch and giving updates and very understanding when it comes to working around my schedule. She is a pleasure to deal with and always has a smile on her face

First review: Had such a great experience today at South Airdrie Smiles! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My dentist did an amazing job with my fillings, explaining things to me as she worked and even applying chapstick to keep my lips from hurting. Didn't feel any pain at all, even with the big needles for freezing. Would highly recommend!

We moved to this dentist a few years ago and have been so happy with the fantastic service. The hygienists and Dentists are great with adults and nervous kids. We have also recommended South airdrie smiles to our friends and they have been extreemly happy as well!

My son was referred to Dr. Sandhu, and each and every visit I feel her and her team went above and beyond for him. So kind, understanding and just amazing genuine people. Really friendly and helpful front desk staff. Both my dental hygienist and dentist were amazing and made me feel comfortable! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dental clinic in Airdrie!

They were so helpful and knowledgeable. What was the cherry on top was the kindness and empathy they were offering. I felt safe and at ease. Understood and believed. My 11weeks old had a lip and tongue tie revision. Dr Sandhu was so knowledgeable and experienced. They let me take my time afterwards to soothe baby and feed him. Showed me the stretching exercises and offered a phone number incase of emergency or any worries for after care. I recommend Dr Sandhu and her lovely kind hearted assistant. The front desk assistants were so nice and helpful. They held my baby while I filled paperwork so he did not cry. It was a great experience.

This was a great experience! Coming from traumatic dental visits in the past, this felt like a first class service! My appointment started on time (when does that ever happen? !). The hygienist answered all of my questions and even took the time to explain by using my x-ray images. The dentist was very friendly and made me feel calm (she knew I was nervous). I was extremely satisfied with my visit and am not terrified to go back (like I have been in the past). See you again!

The best dentist I have ever been to. I absolutely hated going to the dentist, so I stopped going, then felt worse about my teeth and really didn't want to go. I decided I had to and went to see Dr. Sandhu, and she made me feel extremely relaxed and helped me! I love going for my dental visits now!

She also helped me with my son who has severe colic. He had a tongue and lip tie, as well as a high pallet so he would swallow so much air, making his colic 10x worse. She got me in right away, did the procedure and immediately I noticed a difference in his eating and overall colic problems.

The ladies at the front are always so polite, over the phone and in person. Being greeted by them makes the entire experience that much better!

10/10 recommend, I won't go anywhere else!

We had such a lovely experience at this clinic! My kids are 2 and 4 and they cannot wait to come back. The entire staff were so welcoming and fun. Our hygienist in particular was amazing, making even the unpleasant parts into a fun game! I am so grateful!

Through all the crazy of 2020, the staff is still the friendly professional staff they’ve been in previous. Which says a lot in my opinion. My 12yr old has had several dentists until finding this gem of a dentist, Dr. Sandhu-Gill. She listens to her patients and does what’s best for them and not simply her pocketbook. My daughter has a very sensitive mouth and she leaves with sparkling teeth and very minimal if any tenderness in her mouth.

First time going to south Airdrie smiles. Needed a cleaning and cavity fill and I was able to get in really quickly. The entire process from calling to book to having the cleaning and cavities filled was incredible. All the staff are incredibly kind, caring and informative. The clinic is extremely clean, felt safe at every moment during this pandemic. Will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your dental needed.

Dr. Amrita Sandhu-Gill & Dr. Duk Sung are highly professional dentists. All people here are very kind to their patients and we feel like being in good hands.
Dr Duk Sung performed my wisdom teeth removal surgery and prescribed my medicines in advance which was very nice of him as it was a painless procedure during and after the treatment. Thanks to everyone on their entire team.

Took our three boys to Airdrie Smiles. Staff took really good care of them and treated them like individuals. The boys were always worried about going to the dentist, they still don’t like going to the dentist but the Airdrie Smiles staff makes it easier for them and they really don’t mind when we go now.

I have a very traumatic history of Dentist visits and this caused me to stay away for 6 years. I was recommended by a friend to try South Airdrie Smiles. Every single person that I have come into contact with inside the clinic is absolutely amazing! Bailey is the sweetest and I love chatting with her while she is preparing for my appointment. She lights up the room and makes you forget about any anxiety or worries you may have. Dr. Sung is super gentle and his bedside manner is fabulous. I have had 3 sets of fillings done in the last two months and each one has become easier knowing that I am in his capable hands. I haven't even felt the needle go in at any point. He also has consistently called the following day to check in and make sure that I am doing ok, which is just above and beyond my expectations. I am not saying that I enjoy the dentist, but the team at South Airdrie Smiles has restored my faith in Dentists and I don't hate going there - which is probably the highest praise that I can give a Dental office haha!

I am normally terrified of the dentist. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. There was no “dentist office smell” and the staff was extremely friendly. I went in with tooth pain and it was explained and shown to me why, and where it was coming from my X-ray. I actually left not dreading my next appointment which has never happen to me before. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Sung is very nice, he explained every procedure very well and made me feel so at ease. From the time you walk in to the clinic you are greeted with a smile as well as when you leave. I felt that I was treated very well in this clinic and I am glad I picked them. When I was looking to change to a local Airdrie dentist, these reviews were very important to me. Many of the other offices also have great reviews, but the South Airdrie Smiles reviews showed that their staff have a lot of compassion, and take pride in what they do.
Those reviews could not have been more accurate. Not only does their entire team treat my family like their own, they go above and beyond to make things right. I have been dealing with a tooth problem for more than 10 YEARS with another dentist, and a terrible fight with the insurance company. Although the insurance company and COVID-19 made things way more difficult than usual, they fixed a sensitive tooth that I figured would never go away, and worked with the insurance company to ensure it wouldn't cost me more than it needed to. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Sandhu-Gill and her team. Thank you, thank you, thank you for solving more than ten years of difficulties.
