Good place to shop, their meat and produce are good.but like anywhere you shop, you must know your prices. Coop tends to be higher. But their Produce is local.when in season. For a Senior must shop where deals are.as our Pensions not big, especially when you pay your rent etc.
I think its very inappropriate of Minnie and Bonnie talking to eachother at the customer service desk, saying that a fellow employee who came up to get change was "a waste of time" It is very disappointing to hear team members disrespecting team members.
Good selection, however you need to pay close attention to dates on items. I tend to find many expired products (mostly cold items) still sitting on the shelves.
I have bought Butter horns and Danish at the 13th Ave location and the last three times they have been to dry to eat. Will have to find a new grocery store as I won't be going back there. To bad as I like the rest of the store.
Fantastic staff and always some good deals on hand. I use coop both for my business and personal shopping and love the fresh, local selections available.
The young cashier I had at Coop is definitely a keeper. Cheerful, friendly, excellent bagger. Seems like just a wonderful young lady. Store is clean, wide aisles, lots of selection. Parking lot- lots of spots, easy to maneuver.
