I first met Sarah 2 weeks post shoulder surgery, and am very grateful to be working with her.
Sarah explains the exercises very thoroughly and makes sure I can execute them while still watching for pain cues. She's very gentle, which I was nervous of first starting this Physio journey.
The front end staff is very friendly and booking appointments is so easy.

Keltie was exceptional at relieving my painful shoulder so that I could get back to my work (and my life). Thank you so much Keltie!

I’ve now seen three physiotherapists at the clinic, which is conveniently located with lots of free parking. The staff are friendly, prompt, and professional. I made progress with my injuries with their help, digital treatment plans and persistence. Would highly recommend.

Excellent help to get through the pain. I received superb advice and learning skills from both my physiotherapists following knee surgery. They guided me surely and securely ensuring I did not take any risks or make any injurious movements. All the sessions suited my schedule and I was totally satisfied with their teaching techniques. I’m scheduled for another knee replacement this year and look forward to healing along with their guidance.

This has been my go to Physio clinic over the years for myself and for my family, with various sports injuries and other ailments. I have always found them to be extremely professional and skilled at what they do. Have seen at least 4 different providers over the years and all were excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

The care and attention here is second to none. I have been coming here for almost four years. I get IMS Treatment/dry needling, performed by Trent. It “is” what keeps me functioning. I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. I have been so impressed that I have my Wife coming now too. Trent and South Edmonton Physical Therapy came very Highly recommended to me and I would Not hesitate to pass that same recommendation onto anyone. When I am having my low back pain and having trouble walking upright as a result, I know where to go. In my opinion Five Stars as a rating in Not enough.

I've had to come for physio for different reasons, and have always left better than when I came. Henry is amazing! He's patient, and listens to what you're telling him. He comes up with personalized rehab for you, and they work! However, everyone from the reception desk, to the other therapists, to the "physiotherapists aides" (sorry, I'm not sure of their titles) are wonderful, caring people who really love their jobs. They're pleasant and personable, and feel your pain when you're feeling it. They go the extra mile at this physiotherapist office, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had knee surgery in 2022 and received Physio therapy here for a few weeks afterwards. It was most helpful and today I am walking without any issues. Thank you

Everyone here is so kind! I was new to the city and they made me feel welcome, knew me by name, the physiotherapists were always very kind and helpful!

I need IMS regularly for my chronic back, neck and spine problems. Physio is my best drug free option. I’ve been seeing two physio therapists. Both have good skill and caring. I’m pain free after treatments.

I have had physio for multiple injuries and have had relief for all of them from a lot of different therapists.

Trent and staff are excellent at providing assessment and interventions to restore health and well being. They have assisted several members of our family through significant injuries and surgery recovery.

Henry Ly is an incredible Physiotherapist. He has helped me with several injuries including several running and hockey related injuries and a major shoulder surgery. Seriously, I’ve had many different physios and Henry Ly is a cut above the rest. Highly highly recommended.

Henry Ly is the man and you should definitely go see him for your physio concerns. His attention to detail and customer service is outstanding.

The physiotherapists are well trained and use appropriate techniques for they your situation. Everyone is friendly and they have your best interest at heart.

I’ve been to over a dozen physiotherapists over my life, none have been better. I drive over 40 minutes to come see Kirsten.

Won't ever go back, they giving wrong information to WCB and rushing you to the extreme
to the point of getting new injuries and if you refused to let them hurt you they complaint to WCB or your insurance.
Extremely old and dirty with negative energy.

Trent is awesome helps a lot and knows his stuff. Helped me with my back long ago, now he is currently helping me with some carpol tunnel syndrome. Hopefully, that goes away and I'm quite optimistic about it; so long as I stay in his care.

I've been training for marathons for years and have been to plenty of physiotherapists. This is a good clinic IMHO! I went here on the recommendation of my massage therapist and was not disappointed
I was seeing Henry for a series of related lower leg injuries (started with plantar fascitis and tight calves, shifted to an ankle impingement, it's been an adventure). He's been key to getting me running comfortably again!

I received a very thoughtful assessment and treatment. I saw Henry Ly. I had tried other physical therapy and this was much more effective.

Prior to booking my first appointment at South Edmonton Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, I had tried out several other highly reputable businesses in the Edmonton area, but none came close to the service I received (and continue to receive) at SEP. The physiotherapists here are truly experts in their field. They are extremely knowledgeable, strong communicators who take the time to thoroughly examine, assess, and teach their patients in a clean, spacious, and relaxed environment. Trent and Kirsten have both gone above and beyond for my family on numerous occasions for a variety of issues (tendinitis, concussions, and post-surgery treatments), and I can see that this level of proficiency and service does not end with them. The entire team seems very friendly and professional. They have become trusted members of my family's health care team and I highly recommend them.

I am currently going here for some pain I was feeling in my arm. At the assessment, my problem was identified, treatment is still ongoing, and I am noticing improvement. The staff here are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I need to, I will definitely be coming back, and I will for sure reference this place to others!

Henry and Burton are a dream team these two are incredibly knowledgable at what they do.after my accident I never thought I would bounce back so fast but with these two supporting me I am doing even better the before. Receptionist are kind and helpful. Even when my treatment is done I will continue to stay with SEP.
If you want a deep tissue massage that gets to point of your problem Burton is so very good at his craft, deep tissue rehabilitation is this guys thing for sure. Thank you SEP.extremely happy customer

I've been here before a few years back and it was great. Today, I was running late for an assessment, and was basically told they don't have time for me anymore since they are fully booked (Kirstin). I was fine with a shorter appointment so I can attend my other follow up appointments, but they left me no choice and I had to cancel all my other follow up appointments. My apologies Henry, I hope there was a bit more flexibility with my assessment. The only slot for the next assessment is on the 30th. Really? 11 days to get to an assessment? There was zero effort in terms of putting me on a waitlist in case someone cancels their appointment so I can get in earlier.

If you're relying on getting treatments sooner than later, this might not be the place for you.

Really clean environment, not cluttered like other places. My physio therapist, Henry, 'fixes' my aches and knots when I do see him. If you're looking for a physio therapist, I highly recommend seeing him.

I made an appointment, went and filled out all of the paperwork and then was left waiting for almost an hour to see someone before I left.
Great place if you like spending time in a reception area and not getting any help.

Been going here for over a year now, well trained and professional staff. Effective treatments and management have really helped me get back to (soon to be) full speed.

Great experience, I went in for wrist and knee pain. Henry did a very detailed assessment on me did some needling work. I had noticeable improvements after the day after. I went back for one more session and after Henry showed me some exercises to do on my own, I feel a lot better.

The facility was clean and I had no problems with direct billing

I see Tanya there every month or so now. She completely fixed my shoulder to as good as new after having struggled with it for a year without it getting better. A separate ankle issue is coming along nicely too. Super knowledgeable. Would recommend her in a second.

Came in for a diagnosis of issues with my wrist where there was extreme discomfort when using it for any type of carrying or regular motion. Henry helped me understand what was causing the issues I had, maneuvered my wrist around a bit, acupuncture, and taught me some exercises to help rehabilitate it. This was just a month ago and my wrist has gotten a lot stronger and less irritated by movement. Definitely recommend coming here!

Had ims treatments there and worked fantastic.like one lady there but another could use more people skills
