I purchased a truck through South Fort Chevy in September of 2023. Fast forward to now and I'm very glad I did! My experience with Bill Lewandowski in sales was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure he could deliver everything I needed within my budget. I could tell very quickly that I could take him at his word. Everything he said he could deliver on he did, everything he said he would try his best to deliver on he did! I'm still very happy with both my purchase and the service I was provided. I send everyone I can to Bill when they are in need of a new or used vehicle.

I had a great experience at south fort Chevrolet on Wednesday. I called them about a vehicle and spoke with Vince. He was honest about the condition and very responsive to text before I got there. When I arrived he was out cleaning the snow off and warming it up. I was in and out within 2 hours with the keys to my new-to-me sierra 1500! I would recommend south fort Chevrolet to anyone, they have an honest and friendly team and I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever. Thanks Vince!

Walked around looking for a Colorado and not one salesman came near me, but then again, not very many vehicles to choose from.

Best dealership to deal with period. They are the most honest dealership I have ever delt with. We had one mishap on the life insurance we denied and was already done on the paperwork. They are issuing us a cheque back to put towards the loan as we have lots of life insurance and didn’t need it. The finance guy Biele I think that’s how you spell his name is the fastest finance guy I have ever seen and got us approved on 2 vehicles within 2 hours. We chose the one we wanted. Mike the sales guy amazing. One piece was missing on the car. He’s gonna make sure I get that too. Go to these guys the sales manager is Daniel too. Both sales manager and Mike shook my hand and did the best they could for us. Biele finance guy great guy too. They all played a role in making our experience buying a car from them the best they could. Go see Mike sales fella and he will do his best to find you the vehicle you want. Just make sure before buying if there is anything like a scratch whatever bring up before the deals done. Also remember a used vehicle is a used vehicle not brand new and there will be wear and tear on it. If you want one new you can avoid all that. I’ll be going back yearly as they have a good policy they help bring the payment down once a year as less is owing each year. They also did a great job detailing up and filling full of gas too. Bonus we get free oil changes the next 7 years free. I figured that out. That’s a $4000 plus savings there alone. Lots of advantages buying through a dealer. They make sure the vehicle is gone completely through so you have no hidden drivetrain damage buying used off a personal person. They give free oil changes the next 7 years free too. They clean up. What your buying nice. Anyhow great experience will be a returning customer.

Today I had to pick up a part for my GMC, terrain, and I had my four year-old tagalong with me. When we walked into Southfort Chev. My son screamed so loud, I thought the windows would break then exclaimed, “hot wheels cars”!

Not only did they welcome my slurpee toting toddler onto the show room floor with smiles, they let him take a seat in the drivers seat. He was on cloud 9.

They also outfitted him with a Southfort Chevrolet hat, which he is still wearing an hour later.

April 8 2022, I purchased a gorgeous 2017 crystal metallic red corvette. I made the trip up to Calgary car unseen and was not 100% sure what to expect. It was worth the trip and more! The car is better than new, Kudos to the previous owner, it must have been their baby. This car is tight and has a few sweet mods to it. Not to crazy, just the right amount. I highly recommend you go see Blake Fowler. I got a smoking deal and am beyond satisfied! I really hope I have the opportunity to do business again with South Fort.

Great experience buying a used truck. All staff was very helpful and courteous through the whole process. This was only the first dealership that I was checking out for a truck, I expected to carry on and look at a few more places I had on my list. But after talking to the salesman and negotiating a deal, I didn't need to look further. Even my son said to me, "dad, everyone knows you don't buy the first one you see". But I was extremely pleased with the truck, scratches on the front fender were repaired and a I got fair price for my trade-in and the deal was done.

Shout out to Kolt Willians, Service Advisor at Southfort Chev. I knew Kolt from work we had done on my car at the previous dealership he was working at. I'm so happy that he is now located in Fort Sask. Much closer for me. Kolt is very honest and sincere. He can give you a pretty good idea of your car's ailments, options and clear advice. He will get your car in for service as quick as can be. He's a great guy!

The people at South Fort Chev are great to deal with. We deal with sales, parts and service. Jaime has excellent customer service and always helps us out!

I would not recommend going here, at one point I had the sales manager and service manager surround me and become very aggressive towards me, I know that there is 2 sides to every story. But I had the service manager tell me that one of their mechanics installed my break pad wrong, which put a groove in my rotor and messed up the break pad. His solution was to just shave down the break pad. All in all I'm not impressed.

First time at South Fort Chev, and it was due to an engine light coming on. Jamie was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication! The courtesy driver's friendliness added to the experience. They will be getting my business from now on for the maintenance on my vehicle. Thank you for making my day less stressful.

I am a ver particular customer when I purchase a vehicle. South Fort had the vehicle I was after. I called and was put in touch with Tyler Hitchings, after confirming the vehicle was still in their inventory I was on my way! From the moment I walked in to the point the deal was done Tyler and his team gave me just the experience I was looking for. No BS, right to the point, bang out a deal and I was gone within a few hours. By 5pm they had the vehicle detailed and I was on my way to pick up the new ride.
Overall great experience, I am giving a four star rating, not because there was anything wrong but I feel we all should strive to be better and this helps drives that initiative.

Moved here from Ontario 7 months ago. My car needed an oil change. I have extended, enhanced warranty. Employees were very friendly, courteous and professional. Have no apprehension taking my baby to them!

I was offered a price match and better with the same accessories as per original estimate and some of the accessories were cheaper out on. I called the sales rep who soled me the truck and left a message and never heard from him its been a month and no call back. They assured me the same accessories would be added onto the truck. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with being lied to buying a $100,000.00 truck.

If you want to buy a nice reliable vehicle, and have the dealership take care of you after you buy it, do not come here. Everyone here is useless, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

After finding a few different potential used cars through Auto Trader site, many reached out to me. However, Mitch from South Fort Chevrolet was the only one that took the extra step to send a video of the vehicle so that I could get a good look inside and outside of the car before going to the dealership to check it out myself. Mitch was very understanding of my personal situation and he did what he reasonably could to get the deal done. The whole process was very smooth. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Had the truck I wanted, easy sell. Was a bit over priced for having $3000 minor damages, front bumper, cracked grill and rear bumper with missing paint. Some I noticed the day I picked it up the other stuff came as a surprise a couple weeks later. As I havent been driving the truck I know it was there before I bought it. Interior could have been cleaned much better for having 2 opportunities to do it and for spending over 40K still wasnt cleaned well. Did everything else I asked before sale, not that I asked for much without some cost to myself. But i didnt feel special.the experience was typical. I've bought new before and I wish this experience would have been better. Over all it's a dealership. Staff is pleasant.

My mom and I both purchased vehicles just over a year ago and have had the most wonderful experience from Daniel and his sales team. Right from day one taking my vehicle in for oil changes, they are super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and give exceptional customer service. They do go that extra mile for each customer! My husband works for CN. We bought two brand new vehicles off the lights and we’re supposed to get a discount. I was given one price on my car and then when I got to the dealership to sign the paperwork it was another price, higher of course. They said they made a mistake. I was ready to walk out I didn’t need a new vehicle. They change the paperwork back to make me happy and away we went. I arrive the following day after that to pick up the car they changed it back, ripped up the old contract. Fast forward to a year later I find the original paperwork from the dealership in the glove box of the vehicle. I paid full price. Mislead me to believe that the price I was paying WAS with the discount we received as CN employees.

As a result they ended up handing me a certificate for lifetime free service. OK sure over the course of the next handful of years I will definitely save some money there. But the service oh my goodness hours for an oil change.

Great after sale support from Josh Heary at Southfort Chevrolet. I won’t go into details, but certain things were missed that were agreed upon during negotiations, and Josh corrected after I took delivery. I highly recommend dealing with Josh at Southfort Chevrolet.

Dealing with the Southfort team was the most comfortable buying experience I have ever had while making a purchase on a brand new vehicle. The Manager of The sales department Daniel was totally awesome to deal with along with his sales team members Tyler and Bill.
This young team not only understand the business putting focus and attention on the customer, they also put zero pressure on you while you shop in their store allowing you to feel comfortable and at ease, not like many other dealerships.

They are well versed in understanding the product they sell and honestly gave me the best deal on my truck purchase beating their competition hands down along with good old fashioned “ we care” about the customer and want to see you your friends and family come back.

I have owned my truck bought at Southfort chevy for a year last week. Jen (whom sold me the vehicle) has, from start to finish, consistently made sure I am taken care of. Sales tactics aside and not mentioned, I have recieved 4 phone calls in the past year simply to ask me how my truck is treating me. I bought a used certified preowned pickup from South Fort Chevrolet. The truck appeared in great condition but after purchase I found out the tailgate was badly rusted and held together with the bed liner sprayed on it. I got several quotes from different body shops and the dealer agreed to split the cost with me. I'm really happy that they were willing to help with the repair and that they stood behind the truck they sold me. Tyler was a great sales person, he wasn't pushy and was very helpful. Service department seems great to, very happy with my purchase.

I reached out to South Fort Chevrolet in regards to purchasing a used vehicle and my experience from start to finish was nothing but excellent. I dealt with Bill who was awesome - he had the truck I was interested pulled out front waiting for me and was incredibly patient with my questions and answered every one of them with confidence. He went over everything with me in detail from start to finish and when my purchase was set he went the extra mile to make sure it was ready for me to pick up on time - something noted to me by a few of his colleagues during my visit.

Their finance department was wonderful as well - Breanne was incredibly nice and very thorough with my financing details. No matter who I talked to from either side I never felt like I was being pushed into something, and every detail of the purchase was spelled out clear as day. In the end I feel like I got an awesome deal and I didn't even have to fight for it.

I purchaced an equinox last week and my experience was nothing short of fantastic.
