Always waiting about an hour to be seen. Might as well be late to your appointment. Ridiculous.

Absolutely amazing.the service is amazing and they are so so good to work with. They are caring and compassionate and such a good clinic!

Easy accessible. Free parking. Girl at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Waiting time usually 5 to 15mins. I had good experiences with the following doctors: Dr. Logsetty, Dr. Spangler, Dr. Hewton-Backfat, Dr. Tarragona.   Unfortunately, I had different experience with Dr. Hitchcock. I met Dr. Hitchcock twice, once at prenatal appointment and on the day of discharge from the hospital. Both times me and my husband felt that Dr. Hitchcock doesn't listen at all, she just talks over you and ignores all your concerns. I was so glad that she wasn't the attending doctor during labor, otherwise I probably would have even more traumatic birth experience. To sum up, you're good to go with the clinic as long as you don't book your appointments with Dr. Hitchcock and she is not the one at your birth.

I am very grateful for the care I recieved by the team at this clinic and at the South Health Campus hospital for my first pregnancy. I had a great experience with all doctors and staff and always felt cared for and listened to throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Thank you!

I called many times and went there just to get an emergency appointment with the doctor because I was in pain, and I’m 8 months pregnant. So the gave a phone appointment and never called i was waiting all afternoon for it. When I called them they said it’s 2 hours window and i have to wait. Then they closed the clinic without calling me.
It’s a pregnancy clinic they should be always ready to help.

This is honestly one of the worst clinics I have ever been to. The front desk staff always have an attitude when you are booking and constantly overbook their doctors so 9 times out of 10 you are waiting an hour past your appointment time. The only reason I gave it two stars was because Dr. Hitchcock is amazing. Some of the other doctors are alright but the front desk staff makes it painful and very stressful everytime you have to go there. Why be in healthcare if you’re not going to have compassion and empathy for the people you’re dealing with?

I am very happy with service in this clinic. From reception to doctor. I felt welcomed, understood, being listened to and cared for. I wasn't rushed out at all and my issue was solved. Highly recommend it to everyone.

When my wife was pregnant we visited this place quite often, and the doctors, nurses and receptionists are fantastic. The place itself is quite nice and they have multiple rooms with everything they may need to check women and babies. They were very accommodating with scheduling appointments and our overall experience was very positive. Would definitely recommend them.

I find my visits very hit and miss here. Receptionist can be very rude, one of them is quite nice but the other could use a lesson in customer service.
On more than one occasion, I have had a male student do my check up. I understand they need to learn however not once was I asked if I was comfortable having said student, the Dr doesn't even stay in the room to ensure everything is OK. Instead if you have questions, they go ask the Dr and come back with an answer rather than a Dr come see you and answer any questions or concerns. It's completely unprofessional and uncomfortable especially for first time parents. Seems like it's just free time for the Dr since she has a helper for the day.

Amazing experience! I was in my third trimester and my maternity clinic stopped returning my calls because they got “too busy”. I heard this was a great maternity clinic and decided to see if I could come here instead, I was panicked and praying they would accept me as I was very close to going into labour. Thankfully, they accepted me! I received incredible prenatal care here. The nurses and doctors are wonderful people and all made me feel safe and comfortable, they’re patient and caring. I never once felt rushed or unheard, I felt understood and grateful
I was here. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic, everyone here is lovely and great at what they do. I loved every second spent here! If I become pregnant again I am 100% coming back here, nowhere else and no one else I’d rather have a baby with.

I saw Dr Premji throughout my pregnancy for all my prenatal appointments and I can not say enough good things about her; she is an incredible doctor & a kind and genuine person. I am so thankful and grateful for all that Dr Premji did for my newborn daughter and I. Dr Chow delivered my daughter and she did a fabulous job and I am so thankful:). Also all the other staff at this clinic from the reception to the nurses is so kind and caring. Thank you for everything throughout this special time in my life. Amazing clinic!

The staff is good and doctors are too, but they always seem to be in a rush to finish the appointment and given that we ve taken so much effort and time to get to the clinic, it would be nice for the doctors to be a bit more invested in my progress. It seems like as soon as one gets into the consultation room, they want you out. If it weren’t for my pre prepared questions, I wouldn’t be able to get answers to any of my questions. One of the doctors asked me to read literature on their website to get answers to my questions vs ask her in person I just wish there would be more care in building relationships and making the patient feel like they are really cared for vs just another patient.

I'm pregnant with my first child and have only had good experiences at South Health Maternity and Wellness. Every doctor I've seen so far has been very kind and attentive to my questions. I've never had a problem with wait times like other reviewers have mentioned; on the contrary, I'm usually in and out in 20-30 minutes tops and really appreciate the expediency!

It was my first time here, my experience was so far a good one. I was seen on time and the staff were great. The doctors were very nice, accommodating and professional. Very clean clinic. Convenient location. Excellent experienced.

Such a kind and caring staff. I have never had a bad experience with this clinic. The wait times are a bit longer but it's understandable due to covid-19 (they have to clean and prepare the rooms after each patient and can't have as many people in the clinic as normal). All the doctors and nurses are so sweet and really take the time to listen to any concerns or questions I had. The front desk is always helpful and I loved the fact that I could call in for even the smallest concerns or questions and they happily answered them all. Thank you for making my visits enjoyable and stress free!

You are never seen on time. I always schedule two hours of my day for these 10 minute check up appointments. I am never seen by the doctor until 60-90 minutes passed my appoitment time. Beyond frustrating! The clinic double books patients all day long creating a huge back log.

With wait times over an hour I just have to get up and leave before my appointment because I have work and cannot get back in time with how long they make you wait. Absolutely disgusting service. Added bonus is that there is a front staff member, Kate, who doesn't wear a mask. Apparently I can at 8 months pregnant with breathing issues but she cannot.
