South Hill Bottle Depot

Went here yesterday for the first time because I heard there was drive up windows, I pulled in on the north side and asked the customer if this is where I should be he said yep and I started to unload. The man behind the counter put up a sign that said he closed at 4: 20 it was 3: 50, another customer came up and had far less than I did so I let him go ahead as I continued to unload. When I got to the window the man was yelling at me that he closed soon, I said yep at 4: 20 and it’s not 4 yet so let’s get started but he kept insisting I had too much… I got upset and said it’s my first time here I didn’t know there was another side… once he realized most of my stuff would be auto counted he changed his attitude, however I had milk jugs and cartons that did not go through the auto counter and I did not get credit for those… I was going to phone but not worth my time! Hopefully in the future that employee could be more helpful and accurate. Not sure if I’ll go back here, but heads up know your totals if you’re worried about accuracy!

I went there with 22.50
in bottles but only got 17.50. I thought last time it was short s made sure I knew the amount.won't go here anymore

The staff are great, friendly and fast. The drive thru is super nice as well!

Its a drive-thru bottle depot. You dump your bottles at one of the windows, the person counts and gives you a card and you cash out at the machine in the office. Folks here need work on being more jovial.
