South Pointe Collision & Glass

Have had to have my Rav 4 repaired twice at South Pointe, this past week after being rear-ended, and a year ago to the front end of the car. I must say, excellent service both times, amazing job, and I received my car back clean as a whistle, which was a huge bonus! The staff are amazing, greet you cheerfully, invite you to have coffee, and take care of you in a friendly efficient manner, explain everything clearly to ensure you understand how your claim is being handled. Phone calls to keep you updated prior to your appointment was also a nice touch. Thank you.

The staff at Toyota Collison is great! They installed a new
windshield within a few days of the damage. The service was swift and professional. They have done other work for me over
the years and the service has always been top-notch. I would unhesitatingly recommend them. Thanks you very much for your consideration and your treatment of customers!

Unfortunatly, my vehicle (Ford Transit Van - tall roof) was too tall for South Pointe Collision & Glass to repair, but they went above and beyond by calling around to find alternative shops that could fit my vehicle. Amazing service from them, even though they could not physically do the work. I will absolutly bring my other vehicles here next time I need work done.

They were very helpful and kept me in the loop of what was happening. They even helped make sure my ride and rental was arranged. They also cleaned my car and returned it in better state then given. They were amazing

Great place to have bodywork done! Ashlee and Jess were extremely nice and very helpful. I was quoted 18 days for my car to be completed and they had it back to me in 5 days! I would highly recommend South Point Collison!

Very good service, prices may be a bit higher that other shops but I think it’s worth it.
The whole staff seems to be happy and friendly.
I recommend this shop, specially is you own a Toyota vehicle.

Amazing service from start to end. The ladies who work the front desk exuded professionalism, not only with me but I witnessed a ton of examples with them on the phone speaking to clients, including insurance companies. Would highly recommend this place for all your vehicle cosmetic repair needs.

Hail damage repair. Turn around was quick and my vehicle was returned in much better condition inside and out then when I dropped it off. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Could not be happier.

We had hail damage to our vehicle and the repair work they performed was amazing. The ladies at the front are very professional and friendly. The interior of our car was so immaculately cleaned, it looked like a brand new vehicle (my kids and dog are slobs!)! I highly recommend South Pointe Collision.

Unsatisfied with the service, left my work track there for free collision estimate, came after 3 days and got nothing, they did not bother at all to do their job and provide me with the quote. Seems something wrong.

Receptionist Ashley was fantastic, excellent attitude and very friendly. They accommodated my wanting extra time to go over the damage to my car and we're all very friendly and honest.

I had a great experience dealing with this shop! They arranged a rental for me at a great price, and it was ready for me when I got there. I was early dropping off my car and the wonderful receptionist took care of me before her shift even started! The staff is both friendly and professional. The body work done on my car was flawless! I was also very impressed with the cleaning job they did both inside and out! My car feels brand new again. I highly recommend these guys for any auto body work!

I called South Pointe Collision for a second opinion on my insurance claim, I'm more than glad I did. From the estimate process (much more thorough! They put my truck on a lift to assess, the other shop just came out and took some photos) through to the booking in everything went smoothly (Ashlee knows her stuff, is professional and detailed). Ashlee told me my truck would be ready in two and a half days, I was shocked when I had an email later the same day saying it was ready for pick up. The repairs look great and my truck was detailed back to like new condition inside and out. Hoping I don't need a body shop in the future but if I do I'll be coming back here 100%.

Truck looked great. Was done on time. The receptionist was very nice and professional. Check out there detailing even if you don't own a Toyota.

Got my windshield replaced for my ‘19 rav4. I went through insurance but I still wanted to know the price because of my curiosity. So I initially called Crystal Glass and Southpointe collision and southpointe was cheaper by a difference of $200 (both OEM parts). Both told me that I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in (I was okay with waiting). I was already leaning towards southpointe at this point not only because they were cheaper but they are also more familiar with Toyotas. The next day, Ashlee called me and told me the windshield was in and I didnt have to wait 3 weeks. She got me booked for the next business day. Took a 4 hour job then I was out of there with a brand new windshield. These guys are legit.

Excellent, prompt service in repairing parking lot damage to bumper of my unoccupied vehicle. They returned the car in superbly clean condition. We appreciate their COVID-19 precautionary measures.

Amazing. After my car had been broken into and vandalized, I took it to south point collision. Right from the point of me walking into the door, I was treated SO well. Everyone there was so kind and caring, they really valued the work being done and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. 10/10 recommend. I hate to admit that I have been here several times in the past, bad luck I guess.they are very professional and accommodating. Quality is good and they even arranged my rental car. All I had to do was drop my vehicle off. The prices are also very fair.

My truck got hit, damage was on the front passenger side. From getting a quote from Kevin to setting up the appointment with Ashlee, who is awesome at her job and made my life very easy in terms of the rental car and arranging pick ups. Second time using South Pointe. Both times have been excellent. Would highly recommend. Hopefully never have to go back but if anything should happen to my truck again, this is the only place I will take it.

I have used south Pointe twice now for vehicle repairs. They are great at staying in communication. Vehicles have looked like new both times. Very happy!

I have used South Pointe Collision twice, once for a minor repair and the other for major repair. Everyone I had contact with were friendly and professional. The front staff kept me updated on the progress of my repair. The repairs were completed fully to my satisfaction and I would recommend SPC when you require repairs.

Exceptional service and workmanship, yes, but very keen on replacing entire parts on a vehicle where completely unneccessary.
