Hands down the BEST car wash in the city. Regardless if your looking at self serve wand wash or automatic wash, this place will clean your car completely. Their prices are really reasonable, always friendly staff and very helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this place.
I wont be taking my car anywhere else from here on.

Clean wash and the staff were very friendly, but it is one of those “pay after” washes that starts as soon as you enter the building (charging for prep time removing mats and whatnot), rate is $1.10 a minute now, and the MINIMUM charge is $5.50. Even if you are just in there for two minutes to wash off dust or bugs for a car show like I was, and have nothing else to be able to do, they still charge you the full 5 mins worth. This really should be reduced.

Just sprayed off my car as it was d9 dirty.hardly anyone there at 8 a.m. Will go back for a better wash later.always my favorite place to go.

Update: the gray car is from trying the automatic wash again a few months later. My car was quite dirty. This was the cheapest wash, but it still left a surprising amount of dirt on my car, even some soap. So, my suggestion is to use the wash bays. Those have always been good here.

Paid $16.00 for their "Supreme Wash" and spent the next 40min hand scrubbing the bugs and other grime off by hand.very unimpressed to say the least. It's a vw golf a $16 wash should've made my car sparkle. I will not be returning to this car wash I the future.

This has been our go to car wash for as long as I can remember. Always got a great wash especially in winter with all the sand and salt. This unfortunately is no longer the case. I washed my car this week and it came out still dirty. I figured it was because I chose the cheaper wash but definitely left dissatisfied. My husband took his truck there last night. He chose the 12 wash and truck came out filthy. He spoke with the berry kind manager who put him through again this time with the ultimate or deluxe wash. Our truck still has a thick film of grime on it. Please note - we do not drive gravel, do not off road or anything. This is just regular road dirt and rain mess.
Something is wrong with the chemical formulas or water temps or a combination of the two but the wash is very sub standard now. It would be wonderful to return to get our car as shiny clean as it used to be.

Stopped by quickly after work to spray down my muddy overalls, rubber boots as well as my truck. Clean car wash bays and has all the things you’d need to get the job done. If I’m ever in the red deer area again I’ll definitely return.

Used to be the best touchless car wash, but since they "upgraded" to the Lazer wash system, I won't return.

My go to car wash, it has alot of spaces and reasonable pricing. You can choose a stall and wash your own vehicle or use the automatic wash. They also have free vacuums out front to use for free after your car wash. Very clean and well kept. A+

It's the best place to go to wash your car in Red Deer. With free vacuums and friendly, helpful workers. I won't go anywhere else.

Somewhat friendly people but I spent 10$ for a quick wash that took me 3 minutes. Didn’t even clean my car all the way. Just horrible. No one should hv to pay that much for that. I won’t be back. I can do this at home for 1$.

I bought the 13.00 automatic wash good but my wheels were missed. One of the outside vacums did not work.

Excellent service. I arrived with a prepaid ticket for a wash, only to find the ticket had expired. An employee approached my vehicle, examined the ticket and asked me to wait. He returned with the tickets extended and valid! Thank you so much. Happy New Year.

The worst automatic car wash. It left my car grimey and full of spots. I literally had a film all over my car. They told me I needed to use a foam brush in the manual wash to get that off, but guess what it wasn't there when I went into the wash. Got a lovely lecture about car washing and a rude older Chinese man making remarks the whole time and just wanted a refund. Will never return.

The auto wash works well except for wheels, maybe to much dirt from the roads now. Wand Hand wash is always good.

Nice place, pretty convuleted to enter the manual wash area. They have entrances and exits on both sides. Just follow the signs and you'll by fine!

Superb facility
Spotless, all equipment is in top shape, and soo much water pressure.
Love the light hoses and the "easy to handle" wash wands.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! The lady at the cashier give me an attitude right after i reach out to pay debt.told me "oh now your paying debt.great! ". I didnt even say if i was gonna pay cash or debt.decided to use my $40 cash in my wallet to pay my $20.60 bill cuz i was shocked and confuse at her attitude. Thank you for your HORRIBLE service and the change you gave me. Have a nice day. OH and im not coming back.

Love this car wash, it is the only one that cleans my car the best if i can't do it myself. Friendly staff. Am going there for over 15 yrs.

Lost me as a customer AFTER MANY MANY YEARS, today pulled in HUNG OUT FLOOR MATTS went to vacuum and vacuum wouldn't even stick to my hand so low on suction and guy looking after bays just ingored me finally after a few mins he waltz up and says go to other bay no offer of getting new time ticket or anything, if you think I'm paying for a 5 mins delay ITS NOT HAPPENING THE GUY AT PAYMENT COUNTER LOOKED A BIT STUNNED WHEN I REFUSE TO PAY FOR GETTING A RUN AROUND.

Low water pressure. Took me 3 minutes to wash my car but I was charged 5 minutes. Only in Red deer have I saw a car wash that charges you even when you are driving into the stall or pulling up to pay. If there's a line at the cashier, you are paying for their time too. What a rip off. Coin operated car wash is still better. Not coming back.

BE AWARE: You pay for the time you get a ticket outside the building until you give your ticket to the cashier. So you are paying to drive in, get out of your car, wash your car, get back into your car, drive to cashier and wait for anyone in front of you at anytime through this process. I paid over $8 to rinse my car, not even give it a wash. I advised the cashier of waiting for the line up as well that I had been talking to another staff member as I wasn't sure of the process of how to pay, unfortunately he didn't seem to care. The water pressure was good and the building was clean, however I will never go back here, I prefer to pay for the water I use, not the time that I'm in a wash building not using any services.
