South Side Laundry & Dry Cleaning

I have been using South side laundry for about 1 year now. I have always visited on Sunday. But I went today and was very pleased that I did. Bree was working. She is so very friendly and helpful! I have never had a bad experience there and will continue to tell my friends and family about thr great service South side provides!

I would give it 0 stars if I could it was an AWFUL! Experience!
I will NEVER EVER come back! We thought a Mat being open on sundays was a great idea! NO it’s so they can Jack the prices up insanely!

Everything was bad since the moment we entered this wretched place!
A) No one was working so we couldn’t get any help
B) pretty much ALL the machines at minimum took some of our change! Each machine cost $5 but after loosing change some cost more like $7 which is outrageous! We had to switch 2 machine from just being broken completely so that sucked
C) most the machines don’t even TAKE our coins! I understand it only takes loonies and quarters but it didn’t take all of even those!
D) the vibe is retched! I will never ever come back It was a waste of money and a waste of time!

Go to the other mats in town not this one!

I was not given any prices upon dropping off my items and the prices online were unclear. I was charged way more then I was expecting. My items did come back very clean (so the actual dry cleaning service was fine) but if you use this buisness discuss prices
BEFORE leaving your items so you don't get charged insanely like I did.

Love that they don't come and kick you out at 8pm. My comforters weren't dry, they just have auto locking doors so you can stay till it's done and the doors lock behind you when you leave.

I would give a 0 star review. OWNER is extremely rude, and destroys property with 0 accountability. Has absolutley no idea what he's doing when it comes to dry cleaning or even laundry for that matter. Is EXTREMLY rude to customers young or old. Absolutley would not recommend. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRY CLEANING OR LAUNDRY HERE, THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CLOTHING. Pictures added for reference. In picture is a leather coat worth $180. When asked what happened, the owner said "it arrived like this" tell me who would bring a leather coat to be cleaned thats in shreds? Again, owner has no accountability. Do not take clothing here.

I am a massage therapist and use this mat to have my linens washed. Ivan gives a fair price, and great customer service. All the staff are great and you can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend for any laundry needs.

The laundromat is well taken care of the owners are awesome and so friendly a great place to do laundry I will be going back for sure
