I hadn’t financed a used vehicle for a number of years and remembered the hoops I had to jump through then. I dreaded doing it again but their process was so simple and smooth, I was amazed.
My sales guy was Fehzaan. He wasn’t pushy, let me approach the deal at my own pace for my busy life and was there when I was ready. Highly recommend this guy.

Hailey at South Trail is the best! She was so helpful when it came to purchasing my truck. She tracked down the exact vehicle I wanted and worked hard to ensure it had all of the options I was looking for. She worked with me on the price and even helped organise some after market modifications for me before I picked it up from the dealership. The entire ordeal was made so easy with Hailey, she’s great to work with and will ensure you are happy with your purchase!

I felt truly taken advantage of here. Jen the service adviser knew I was bringing my truck in for warranty work service. She took the warranty info at the beginning of the appt and said i would be responsible for the inspection cost- fine. I get a call after the inspection was paid for, that they don’t work with my warranty company and now I have to pay for somewhere else to do another inspection. Guest services called and asked about my experience, I told them how I’d wasted $140 and that I felt taken advantage of and was a money grab appt. No one called to rectify the situation or refund me. I am on maternity leave with no extra funds to waste right now. Absolutely distraught with how they handled this situation. Never working with their service department again and I was scammed $140.

Complicated to rate this one. Treavor from the service centre is the best service advisor you will ever find. But their sales tactics are archaic almost designed to wear you down until you just give in. And sales will call you and say "we can get you into something new and keep your payments the same" without looking into what you are paying.

Service I would give 5 stars. Sales I would give 2.

Edit: I can't reply to the dealer's comments so I am responding to their email with proof that they very much do not follow through on promises.

My husband Michael and me just recently got the 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 from Southtrail Chrysler with Mr. JASON SCOTT our sales executive. Jason is so helpful to us. He is knowledgeable and friendly guy. Whatever questions we asked regarding the truck that we are interested in, he willingly and patiently answer all those questions. Same as Mr. NAIRN FONS the finance manager. My application for car financing was so fast. Both of them gave an excellent customer service. I highly recommend this two guy whenever you visit Southtrail Chrysler.

Please avoid this place at any cost, mostly the a hole parts guys over charging and lieing to you and than blaming others to the rude salesman.
Go anywhere else and save a headache.

I dealt with David Zimmerman through email after submitting an online inquiry. I sent my inquiry at 3: 40 on a Friday afternoon, David responded within an hour, gave me all the information I was looking for and even came up with some solutions I hadn't thought of. Overall I was very happy with the service even if I wasn't able to make things work from my end.

This dealership is clean, organized and the people running the show are all professionals. Both my wife and I found our experience very relaxed and we were given fantastic information from our sales professional Lee about the vehicles we had interest in from this dealer. We were given all the information and tools from them to make a informed decision which resulted in our purchase of a new Truck. We would, and are, recommending our friends that this is the place to buy a Dodge or Chrysler product. If you want a contact ask for Lee as he can really help you on all your needs.

I was referred to Alex from South Trail Chrysler by a friend of mine and I have never regretted following his advice. Alex and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. Obviously it resulted in my purchasing the vehicle which I enjoy driving.

Went there to do a regular service and had several issues with it. From my conversation with the manager - they don't have enough people to service their customers.
In my case - cabin filter was not replaced, I was still billed for it and the explanation was that the technician noted it in the papers but billing was not adjusted. So, if I wouldn't check it would go unnoticed.
Cannot trust this place anymore, because who knows what else they forget to do/update.
Another issue, again looks like related to a people shortage - I had an issue with the security recall for my USA Hyundai Santa FE which was inappropriately (in my opinion) addressed. Instead of saying that we don't see any recalls and don't know/care about it, it could be handled differently, since it's a SAFETY recall (Recall #244) and I'm concerned about my safety. The reasons why it's on the USA recall list and not on Canada's it's another bigger question.
Also they have a message saying contact us if you cannot give us 10, which I did and no replies:) Booo

I bought a grand Cherokee with low mileage 2 years old, as soon as I drove it out of the dealership the screen was acting weird and some apps were not loading (the problem comes and goes). Although I bought the extended warranty I have to pay for a software upgrade (and somehow it's two hours of labor)
