The massage here was reasonably priced and the therapist was prompt. It is not personalized care by any means, they definitely just have a routine and go through it. That being said, it felt nice and I was more relaxed afterwards so I would definitely come back here in a pinch again.

Have gone here for years now. I don't bother going anywhere else anymore. They are fantastic.:) I have my favourite massage therapists, but have never had a bad massage here. Always quick to help book. Nice receptionists and staff all around.

I was greeted as soon as I came in by the young girl at the front desk, she was super helpful updating my insurance information. And Emily was incredible. She asked me where i was having any pain, explained to me what she was gonna do, explained about Cupping (which i had never done before) and what benefit it would be, and was just super awesome. She also took the time after my appointment to show me some stretches to do to help with my pain. Exceptional customer service and really kind and caring staff!

I had candance for my first ever massage appointment and she was really gentle and thorough overall the procedure. And at the end she recommended some stretching techniques with me which were really helpful.

Southwest Massage and wellness was recommended to me by a friend. I made an appointment and was treated by Debbie Shearer. Wow! Debbie is a tremendous RMT! Her professionalism is astounding and her abilities and techniques are absolutely second to none! I 110% would recommend Debbie to anyone seeking a treatment or a relaxing session! I feel she's a tremendous asset to the terrific team Southwest Massage and Wellness and I will most definitely be a repeat client!

I really like that I can go online and see available appointments and get one usually on the spot. They are always super friendly, the place is super clean and nice. I have tried different masseuses and they all have being excellent!

Brittany is fantastic! I've been seeing her for just about two years now (when I can, anyway) and she's great! I'm a firm believer that if it doesn't hurt, it's not working, and she always makes it hurt lol She fun and friendly, I always enjoy our sessions together.

Jennifer was amazing. My neck had seized up the night before and she managed to get it working again. She was very precise and seemed to know exactly what to work on. One of the best massages I've ever had and I was so grateful and relieved.

I really enjoyed my massage with Karissa. The reasons I didn't give a full stars: My appointment was changed from one therapist to another without my approval (yes, I was a new client but this was done the night before my appt) and the amount of confirmation emails I received is insane (4, I think). The only other issue was that I could definitely hear people talking throughout my entire massage. It was muffled but I think it was still less than ideal to be able to hear people in the front area talking for almost an entire hour (also around 75% sure that this was mostly staff because it was a slow morning). Anyway, I would still recommend.

Great hours. Staff is awesome and the pricing is good. Bill major insurance providers which is a plus.

Had a massage with Tiffany and it was excellent! She was very professional, seemed really knowledgeable and was really attentive to my comfort. Left feeling really relaxed. My session was direct billed through Sunlife so that was really convenient as well. Will be back!

The massage was OK at best, but the real issue is the atrocious customer service. I found this place because they direct bill to Sun Life. I called in and booked a massage for 6: 00pm. Asked for someone with good pressure as I had a specific knot I wanted to work out and that I wanted to bill to Sun Life. They ask me to come 15 minutes early to fill out paper work and send me a calendar invite for 5: 45 - 7: 00.

I show up at 5: 50, and am told my massage started 5 minutes ago. She made me rush through their waiver and consent forms and go in for my now reduced 45 minute massage. Like I said previously, the massage I received was ok at best, and I then found out why.

I received a $5 discount because the therapist was new to the club. Not at all what I had asked for or been told over the phone. I was then told that my insurance would not cover the visit as the therapist was not yet registered to Sun Life. I asked if that was something that should tell a customer who provided a Sun Life benefits card right before the massage took place. I was told word for word, "Hmmm thats not a part of our normal practices but I will take it into consideration going forward" Informing the customer that the preferred method of payment wont work is not part of your normal practice?

Because I am now upset with how I am being treated, I pull out my phone to show her the calendar invite. 5: 45 to 7: 00. The massage was booked until 7, meaning 15 minutes for forms and a massage from 6-7. It would make zero sense to book 15 minutes after the massage. I am told that my phone cannot correctly read thier calendar invite. My brand new Iphone XR is the issue. I was completely stunned that she would have the nerve. JUST ADMIT YOU MADE A MISTAKE. It is laughable they asked me if I wanted to re-book. I will not be back. I hope others read this and avoid this clinic as well.

Massage was great. Music relaxing. Courteous staff greeted me on my arrival even though I was 10 minutes late.
