I had a great experience with Southcentre Dental Clinic and Dr. Silver and all the staff. Everyone is very professional and answered all my questions. I love my new smile too:)

I had couple consultations at this dental office and I am quite impressed with the level of professionalism and their way of answering all my questions and concerns. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I don't feel any pressure to get the work done if I don't want to; they gave me options. The estimated price seems pretty reasonable. I am going ahead with the dental treatment later this year & I will provide a future review on the result ;).

Awesome dental office to visit, staffs are so helpful and nice.
Dr Siver was so good and knowledgeable.
Also to the adentist who did my root vanal, he is awesome too.
Yvonne my previous dental Hygienist was really good, I am so happy to find her at this office.

I went to see Dr. Silver because of TMJ problems that I have been having for decades. I’ve hit dead ends with every single specialist I have seen. Until now.
Not going to lie, that initial visit is exhausting. But so very thorough and worth every penny of the fee (which was mostly reimbursed by my plan).
I already (one month later) have appointments with two additional specialists, have discovered other medical conditions contributing to my TMJ, and most importantly, I am ALREADY experiencing some relief to my TMJ issues.
If you have TMJ issues you need to see this very talented lady.

I have been going to see the team here for a number of years. Everything from Dental Implants to regular cleanings. Dr. Jen and her team care about you and your dental health. I have been to other practices in the past and quite frankly many pale in comparison. If you want excellent care I can't recommend this fantastic group of professionals enough.

Dr. Jane made me feel safe and comfortable during a procedure I was terrified of. The rest of the staff were kind and empathetic.

I would recommend this office to anyone. Friendly staff, comfortable environment and knowledgable.

Dr. Silver is amazing and I highly recommend her services. I went in to get a chipped tooth filled and she had me in and out of there in 20 minutes, and for a very affordable price. She even took the time to grind one of my other teeth even though it was not my chipped tooth. Thanks Dr. Silver!

Everyone is very nice but they seem to have administrative problems. I’ve booked an appointment that didn’t make it into their system even though I had a confirmation and they have yet to be on time for my appointments. Not a good track record. Only had a handful of appointments and they’ve been up to 45 minutes late for the every one. I started coming to the clinic as it was more convenient than the dentist I’ve seen for years. Think I’ll go back to them.

After year years of struggling with TMD/TMJ problems, I booked an appointment. I was thoroughly impressed with how thorough the exam was! Left with very tangible next steps and an awareness of what may be causing my pain.

I’m only writing this review to give people with TMJ issues the heads up to go elsewhere if you are in pain and need help. Unfortunately, this clinic doesn’t have a lot of capacity for TMJ clients and I was told it would be a few months before I could get in. Just a note as well that it took days to get info and it’s been almost a week since I heard from them after I requested a bit more info which feels dismissive when I’m reaching out for help because of pain.
I’m sure they’re great if you can see them but if your issue is urgent as mine is, try elsewhere.

I’ve visited with Dr. Silver a few times. The clinic staff are friendly and approachable. You never feel rushed. I’ve been looking for the right fit in a dentist for years and she is by far the best! I went in for TMJ troubles and was interested in getting some composite done on my top teeth. She always takes her time and is very thorough. She literally just sits and has a conversation, instead of making you try to talk about your concerns while elbow deep in your mouth. She goes into great detail about medical history and finds multiple options for treatments. What I love is how honest she is and isn’t out to get your money. She priorities patient health and long term outcomes. She’s all about fixing the root of the problem before doing anything cosmetic. She refers you to other specialists and stays in touch. For example, she referred me to do a sleep check with my doctor, Chiro/physio, and ortho to fix my bite first and TMJ issues. Then once my TMJ is resolved, she said we can discuss cosmetic items. Other dentists have just offered to do the veneers and sent me to a pain management clinic and called it a day. Failing to mention how everything else can destroy the work I’ve had done.

Also, special shout out to Stephanie. Her assistant is really knowledgeable and explains everything to you you may not have understood. You honestly feel like you are talking to a best friend and trusted confidant, making it easy to discuss everything with her so that you get the best possible care.

Only minuscule complaint is it can be hard to get though on the phone sometimes because of how busy and high demand they are. But someone always gets back to you right away if you leave a message. That’s not worth taking any points off in my opinion because I’ve seen how well staffed they are and they never rush patients just to get more bookings, something I value.

Outstanding dentist and staff. Very helpful, very accommodating and supportive and always respond to any requests or requirements. Front counter staff to assistants to Dr Silver are a great total package who have very effectively met every need.

I have been dealing with TMJ pain for almost a year now to the point where I am in tears because of the pain. One 2 hour consult and we might have hit the cause on the head! I am forever grateful for finding this clinic.

All 5 stars for Dr. Silver and for the staff! They treat you with all the respect and they make sure you are being listened and taken care of. They're highly skilled and interested in your well being.

I was given time to consider some of the treatment suggestions, so I could weigh in my options before committing to anything and this is great!

Great friendly service, nice people and very fun and helpful. Two hours in the chair, it was almost fun!

Really nice office, lovely receptionist, very friendly and knowledgeable assistant. Dr Silver goes through all your options and explains them, patiently answering questions. Excellent overall experience here. Felt relaxed the entire time. Only one small problem, It was a little hard to find in the mall, which made me a few minutes late but I found it eventually!

Only giving it a 4 because I had to wait too long the first time. But the second time was much better so I will be going back

Just a quick update. I had a tooth ache and they were able to get me in first thing the next day and took care of it. Thanks again for the great service and treatment.
