This company does not stand behind their word. They closed up one of their locations left an outstanding balance at my store of $836.85. Invoices are now past due over 281 days, and every time we have spoken to them they "promise" to get back to me.

This review will stay until they pay their outstanding balance.

Everyone was amazing and they did a really great job and very fast too! I’m beyond happy with the washer fluid pump repair I got done I can see again! Hahahahaha.

Edit - No one have ever called me back and no appointment was set.at least be honest with the information you share!

call them to set an appointment to change light bulb - the guy that answered me said they have the part and after couple of minutes said he will have to order it and it might take couple of hours - I have mention that I have to replace the bulb same/next day as I have to leave to BC.he took my phone number and promised to call back in an hour, two tops.waited for hours and didn't got any call back - tried to call them again no answer.called the next day - same thing no answer. NOT the firs time with this location - once they canceled my appointment and didn't even informed anyone until I got there and got such a rude respond from the guy who set at the reception! What a great customer service - went to anther place and got everything done in no time with and exceptional service Thanks for nothing

These are exceptionally helpful, honest humble people. My car was stalling, I was very worried, incase this breaks down in the middle of no where so I called Mint Auto for an emergency appointment.

The kind receptionist was able to accommodate me the very same day. Once I got there, Sean a very kind, humble & knowledgable car mechanic took my car straight in.

He woked with his colleague to figure out an insect had got into my Mass Air Flow sensor causing it to malfunction.

It took them 30 minutes & then they wont charge me for fixing my car in an emergency.

I had to literally, request them, to please kindly bill me something & the kind receptionist was humble to bill me $36+ GST.

You can see the ethics, kindness & willingness to help someone. From what I have seen, they treat everyone the same.

I recently had my car into Mint Auto and from the very start, Dillon was absolutely fantastic in how he treated me and letting me know exactly what was wrong with my car. It turned into a five day fix and he was kind enough to find me a loaner. Dillon kept me updated on the progress and was just very professional and non judgmental the whole time. Would highly recommend this auto service company!

Warren is amazing- truly one of the best people and best mechanics I have ever had. Great service and fair prices. I always recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable and reputable place to take their vehicle. You won’t be disappointed:)

These guys are trustworthy and don't rip you off. They explain to what is needed and fix it right. They offer a great warranty on their work and honour it if there is a problem.

I just bought a vehicle and came to get an inspection done for my insurance company since the vehicle is a 2000. They told me my vehicle wasn't roadworthy and gave me a list of things that needed to be done. I asked another mechanic to look at it and he found MORE wrong with it (that were more serious) and did all the work for about $300 CHEAPER than Southeast Auto. I feel like they were going to "coincidentally" find the problems the other mechanic saw and charge me more because I needed to get it done for insurance by a specific date. I'm also young and don't know much about vehicles. The employees I talked to were nice but I honestly just feel ripped off, and would not recommend them. Glad I got a second opinion.

Quality workmanship and recommended to anyone. They know what they're doing as a mechanic shop. I would give 10 stars

This is a solid shop. I’d definitely go back. The work is done well and finished in a reasonable timeframe and the guys at the front booking appts are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the repair. Top marks.

Wonderful service! They explain everything very clearly to you so that you understand exactly what they're repairing which is really nice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they get your vehicle repaired very quickly. Strongly Recommend them!

Southeast Auto has been my go to place for my two cars for almost two years. I have got excellent customer service from Jay and his team. They explain everything in detail and provide the excellent value for the money. If you pre-book your appointment, the car is usually finished the same day.

Please do not go here if you need an Out of Province inspection and have any type of modified muffler. My truck was in the shop for 3 days for them to complete the work needed to pass (brakes all around and needed to add a muffler because I had a performance (loud) muffler installed a while ago).

After 3 days of waiting they destroyed the placement of the 2 exhaust tips coming through the rear bumper (both out of alignment even after they told me they fixed them). They said is was my fault for rushing them (Me calling after 2 1/2 days wondering whats taking so long).

My brakes seem fine so at least that went well but please if you need any muffler work go somewhere else.

Still need to do my wife's SUV but not at this place.

I highly recommend Southeast Auto. Jay and the team there are awesome. I have struggled to find reliable, trustworthy mechanics in the past but have been extremely happy with these guys. They make sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle and help you prioritize what really needs to be done. They’ve saved my butt on several occasions and continue to be my go-to for anything car related!

The team at SE Auto without a doubt excels in customer service. The team, and Israel in specific, kept in regular touch with me regarding my vehicle and out of province inspection. They took the time to search throughout the city for the parts my vehicle needed and provided me with numerous quotes to ensure the best value. The service and value I received has made SE Auto my go to mechanic in Calgary [despite living in downtown]

Took my new-to-me corvette in for an insurance inspection. Guy was very friendly, work was done quickly, I knew the car was already good and the inspection went perfectly. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, gave some good tips for future maintenance, decent quote for tires if/when I need them, and sent me on my way a very satisfied customer. Trustworthy mechanics aren't always easy to come by, but when I need something done on my vehicles in the future I will definitely give this team a look.
