Everything from the carpentry, plumbing, electrical painting, flooring fantastic work. Their Darren quality of work is excellent. Although the insurance company dragged everything out Southern Alberta Construction made the whole process as painless as they could. Darren was excellent as a project manager really personable and easy to deal with. Gord was a whiz in assembling the kitchen. His eye for detail and his desire to go that extra step for the client were very much appreciated. Their contractors for the counter tops and electrical were easy to deal with and super efficient. Denis did a great job on the mantel and calming me down over the initial paint colour. Carla did an amazing job from the office in keeping me informed and updated on schedule.

I am super happy with my kitchen and I would definitely recommend Southern Alberta Construction and its incredible staff.

Southern Alberta Construction did a great job with some maintenance work in my unit and even putting up with probably a few of my angry phone calls when a couple things did not go as planned. Would highly recommend to anyone else needed work done.

I found Darren and his team to be exceptional.they came when they said they would. They followed through on everything. Darren kept me informed with the overall plan and each step and it was done so timely he had completed the restoration in the time frame that he had quoted us. I also let my insurance company know how exceptional service I received. All of them were very professional and courteous as this happened in winter and as Covid years were finally lifting!

We had a rental property in Calgary that experienced a flood - while we lived 4 hours away complicating an unfortunate situation. Insurance company brought in Southern Alberta Construction to manage restoration. Just as they were completing work vandals set a fire in same bsmt apt just adding to the stress. Our PM Darren Rackett kept us informed and was responsive to our calls. We had to sort thru 2 insurance claims at the same time further complicating things but the SAC team kept all paperwork properly assigned to each claim. When the job was completed the apt looked better than ever.

Darren and his team did the rebuild of my property after a water damage, and by far exceeded my expectations! I took a gamble on Southern Alberta Construction after reading the reviews and just from my initial meeting with Darren on the property. I love my "NEW" house, because that's exactly what it is now. The project started on the exact date given on the schedule they provided me, and ended accordingly. They were zero delays on this project, something you come to appreciate as a homeowner eager to move back into your home. Carla did a fantastic job coordinating the different teams working on my property and I couldn't have asked for a better company to handle my rebuild. I am definitely referring this company to my family and friends looking to have renos done on their properties!

I had a leak on the exterior of my home. I reached out to Southern Alberta to talk to them about it and they had a project manager out the next day! These guys are quick and have a such a vast knowledge of the inner workings of the home. So happy with their response and extremely professional. These guys are my go to any time I have an issue or question for my home. Don't bother looking for a different contractor, these guys know what they're doing.

I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to the team at Southern Alberta Construction that worked on my claim. It was a protein fire and mostly smoke damage to my whole home, and I was put to ease with their professionalism and genuine character. MIKE, DARREN, and NOLAN, were amazing to work with and always available to answer any questions I had. I had alot! They were on site everyday and the quality of their work was terrific. These guys are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step and the reasons why. It was a long process, and when we finally did get to come home it was beautiful and clean. You can rest assured that if they are working with you, you will be very happy with the exceptional service! I still reach out to Mike with questions and he gets right back to me. Water damage in our house.in two places! Mike and Nolan came to our rescue. With their fellow knights, Russ and Vitaly, came and brought efficient and knowledgeable service, were under budget in the end, and had great communication from the office on what would happen next. We are grateful to SAC for all they did, from start to finish.

We had a terrible wind storm in cochrane. Darren made arrangements for the company to inspect the damage on my roof. The shingles that were damaged were replaced in a timely manner.i had no idea where to start and Darren was so efficient, kind and assured me the repairs would be done quickly to avoid any water leaking in our house.i would highly recommend Darren and his team at Southern Alberta construction. Our Neighborhood got hit by a huge wind storm in February 2020 and everyone had roof damage. The local roofing company was swamped but our neighbor works for South Alberta Construction, we asked if he could get someone out and it was patched in 24 hours and we were given a great costing estimate and the work is done!
