Why, whyyyyyyy won’t you answer the phone? ! Like to just never answer? ! People need to be able to contact their doctors’ office!
Dr. Logan seems like a knowledgeable and down to earth guy. Me and my family have been happy with him so far. Just wish I could get ahold of someone so I could see the guy.

Apointment took forever to see my doctor unbelievable wait time this specific time for apointment is this specific time not 45 mins later

This place is a joke!
You can NEVER get through on the phone!
They NEVER send your prescription like they say they will.
Only good thing is Doctor Logan Steed. He is great.
Had to see Dr. Mackay Steed during the walk in clinic and I have to say I have NEVER been so angry after a doctor visit.
He is down right rude, he doesn't take 2 minutes to listen to you. He doesn't care and he makes that very clear from the second he enters the room.
He tells you " yup that's a problem, but follow up with your family doctor" then abruptly leaves the room with out addressing the concern AT ALL! He just walks out ending the appointment.
This man doesn't care 1 little bit about people. Maybe if he hates his job so much he should go sling burgers at MCDONALD'S!

My doctor here has been excellent and has really helped me out immensely with some problems that arose from Surgical related issues that have remained permanent. He has been very helpful each time I’ve seen him and I’m very happy I made the switch over to Dr. Weston as he was recommended and luckily was accepting patients. Each appointment he’s been fantastic and is a very knowledgeable doctor!

Dr. Logan Steed is an amazing doctor and so is Dr. Brandon Steed. The Medical Office Assistants are also great and very helpful, except for those at Logan Steeds office. They always sound rude and seem annoyed when you want to make an appointment. Today, when I told one of them that she didn’t have to have an attitude with me and I was trying to be nice and make it work that I could receive my blood work paperwork before the appointment which was going to be 3 weeks away, she scoffed at me and said she was hanging up. Seriously unprofessional, they need better training on how to deal with patients.

Dr. Wolsey is an excellent doctor and really treats his patients well. On the other hand, I cannot seem to get ahold of anyone almost ever. Trying to book an appointment is hell and their receptionist or whoever answers the phone is unreliable at best.

The absolute caliber of knowledge at this clinic is awesome. Dr Weston has done more for me than my old doctor ever did in 7 years. And I have been attending this clinic for just about 2 years.
If he isn't ABSOLUTELY certain about something, he will find someone that does know. If that doesn't make you feel incredibly safe than I don't know what does!

I'm trying to reach de doctor but after 33 min waiting they pick up the phone, I did give up and I'm sooo sad and angry about that, im with doctor steed for 18 years and this is going to be a disaster.

Dr McKay Steed has been excellent with our family. The pharmacy on-site is also very efficient and friendly.

Dr. WOSLEY is our physician. We have not been rushed, he takes quick action when necessary (specialist, ultra sounds exrays) am very thankful he accepted us as his patients.

I never recommend because, they never received call for appointment, doctor alway come late waiting half an hours whenever we have appointment, never response. Not satisfied with their treatment also they just ignore and say wait until gets better.

My celiac disease went undiagnosed for 3 years because of one of the doctors here.could’ve ended up with infertility and cancer had i not moved to edmonton and found a doctor who actually listened.thanks for nothing but years of suffering!

Dr bridge and dr mckay steed are two of the nicest and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. This clinic is top notch. The nurses and front staff are super nice, always attentive and in a good mood. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and warm. You actually feel heard. They work with the patients to get better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic. They have the best doctors in Lethbridge.it’s also super clean, easy to get to and lots of stuff near by.

Dr. Logan Steed is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s friendly, funny, and really takes his time and listens to me. He isn’t a pill pusher, and really listens to my concerns and questions. I don’t know if he’s a registered affirming doctor, but he’s incredibly queer friendly with me. His admin assistant, Roberta, is the best! She’s so kind, good at her job, and helpful. When Logan has been busy and I’ve had an immediate need, I’ve seen McKay, who is also wonderful and showed signs of queer support. Very fortunate to be a patient at this wonderful clinic. I hope the government will step up to support you in the same way you’ve always supported me.

Dr. Logan Steed is phenomenal! He understands mental and physical health which is hard to find in a doctor! He doesnt push you out of the office! He takes his time, and really listens. He really does care! He wants to do everything in his power to help you! He has been one of the vital supports of my post concussion symptom journey. He referred me to a neurologist and got me in quickly! He isnt a pill pusher! I love that about him! He doesnt want to just push medication! He wants to get to the root of the problem! Thank you Dr. Logan for supporting me through this lonely journey! You are amazing! Thank you for all you have done for me! I don’t know what I would have done if you weren’t my doctor! Thank you again!

If I could give a negative review I would. The doctor that I saw was great however the receptionist was absolutely rude and totally disrespectful. She seemed to have every snarky remark she could. I feel like a doctors office should be a little bit more friendly and comfortable. She was so rude and made me feel like I don’t want to come back there again.

My family and I have been seeing Dr McKay Steed for 5 years now. We like him as a doctor very much. He is very busy but takes the time to help and always chats us up. We appreciate him and the clinic.

This clinic is not for second language specking people. I had to return home 3 times because Recipients said I didn’t have an appointment even I call and made my appointment. It’s not once 3 times. This clinic is something.

It took 20 yrs for a doctor to listen to me. The first time I saw Dr Logan Steed he had me referred to a specialist. Very good doctor.

My only complaint is that when calling the office it is very hard to get any answer a lot of the time. They either don’t answer at all and it keeps ringing and ringing. Or you’re put on hold forever and still sometimes don’t get helped and have to call again.

But in person service is great:)

Very nice office, with great staff! My wife and I go to Dr. Logan Steed and he is exactly what you’d want in a family physician - kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable! His receptionist Roberta, and other office staff are also super friendly and helpful!

Dr. Mckay Steed rushed in, rushed through our appointment, and rushed out. Never will I go back to him. What a waste of my time.

Doctor Logan Steed is really nice, but no walk ins when you need them on weekends. Not sure if its the same with other clinics but waiting time is so long even if you booked an appointment, everytime I come in for my appointment I have to wait at least an hour before he gets to see me, whether the clinic is busy or not.

It was a great benefit to see Dr. Steed. He was very welcoming during my first appointment but also well-informed. The reception was also friendly which made the new environment a good one to be in.
