Me and my boyfriend just moved into this building! The whole process was smooth from the get go, Bonnie the building manager was very helpful in answering all questions we had and she was very responsive, move in process was quick and easy - the building is so clean and our unit is amazing. I am so happy!

I felt very excited on move in day and Bonnie was super kind, she even pointed out furniture stores for us nearby!

In moving from another province we had to rent an apartment without being able to view it in person, however dealing with Bonnie the Site Manager a few months prior our intended move in date made the whole process as easy and fearless as could be. We spoke with Bonnie and told her what type of suite we were looking for and when, and she contacted us immediately when one was coming available…. Sent us photos and provided lots of information so we knew exactly what we were getting. As well, she totally walked us through the on line leasing process, made everything simple, and kept in touch by phone and email. Upon our arrival, Bonnie met us and showed us around the building and facilities which already felt very familiar. Our apartment was clean and move in ready. The entire facility and grounds are extremely well kept…the common areas are always clean and fresh smelling, and the cleaning and maintenance staff are friendly. The area is primarily residential, close to tons of shopping and amenities. There is also a school and playground and a huge park close by. An exceptionally well run apartment complex thanks to Bonnie and the team. If you are moving here from another province or elsewhere and are looking to rent basically sight unseen, no need to worry, what you see on the website is what you get…. No bad surprises!

Boney the site Manager is always helpful. They have lots of Amenities provided on site and also amazing housekeeping will make sure everything is clean and tiday. Amazing facilities you can find in Medicine Hat 5/5
