Southpointe Pet Hospital

Our cat had a urinary tract issue so my wife took him to see Dr. Blaise. She got reprimanded on our cats weight which we have been working on correcting. The tone was not appreciated or deserved for any customer.

We took our newest rescue dog to Southpointe in September for its initial visit and shots. She now needs a Kennel cough shot to go to daycare ($30) but Dr. Blaise will only do it with another $70 assessment even though it was only a few months ago.

We cancelled our appointment and are now looking for a new vet that doesn’t berate its customers when they come in because they care and want treatment for their sick pets.

I’m sure another vet will appreciate a customer with 2 large dogs and apparently a large cat.

Dr Kyle is the closest vet that we like compared to Dr Mark and Dr Stephanie who retired to BC.

Been bringing my cats here for several years now, always able to sneak me in, good vets and techs, knowledgable and really good prices for their services. Recommended 10/10.

I have to come here a lot as I work at a pet store, and this is one of the best clinics I have ever been to in my career. Dr. Cheyenne has been taking excellent care of our exotics, and the rest of the staff is beyond amazing. Thank you southpointe team for all your hard work and being so welcoming

Dr Kyle is confident, capable, and personable. Took his time to really understand and make sure everything with my animal was taken care of, and that I was informed on what needed to happen moving forward.

Regarding another animal of ours, we had a cremation done for them and this location was very kind, comforting, and helpful throughout the process.

Dr. Wendy is hands down the best vet in the city, and likely one of the most empathetic and truly caring people on the planet. Her ability to love all over my dogs while also educating me at the same time is incredible.
Going to Southpoint Vet is an easy decision to make; the wide open entrance area, the incredibly patient and kind front desk staff, the SO WISE Dr Wendy… what an awesome experience!

Absolutely the best vet clinic in the city. Every staff member is amazing-
Compassionate, dedicated, professional, and treat your pet like they were their own. They are truly the best! I’ve never trusted any other vet like I do this team- it’s very obvious they’re not in this work to make money, but because they truly love animals. I’d never go anywhere else.

The doctors and all staff here are just excellent. So polite and professional, and they made us feel at ease when we had to take our dog in for some minor surgery. Thank you, everyone there, for showing love and compassion to our dog.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cheyenne! She was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with us as we went through the (difficult and lengthy) process of travelling abroad with our cockatiel Liberty. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and clearly has a passion for her work! Thank you again Dr. Cheyenne and Southpointe Vet Hospital - we could not have brought Liberty home without you!
