They are very unprofessional. They do not respect customers. They are kicking off the customers from their shop. I bought Honda Civic rebuilt car from them in $5200 in April 2020. After one year, government showed the salvage status of car. I went to them. They sent my car for inspection somewhere and they agreed to pay for inspection. When inspection has done, they didn’t pay for my car. They are lied. When I went to their shop, they kick me out of the shop. They are doing temporary paperwork for the car and charging a very high price for rebuilt cars. Never ever went to their shop.

Very professional and qualified people. The owner is very honest and transparent about work they would perform and quote they give.
Covid precautions were taken at their shop. Im very happy about quality of work they did and cherry on top was good price.

New ownership surprised me as I have used Southridge for 35 years. Place is really spiffed up and looks great. New owners taking real pride. If the work is still good then this shop has a great future.

This place is a scam. They are selling salvaged cars for more money with no reports shown to customers. Do not put any deposit as you might not get it back. Also not a professional place at all.
