The customer service at the Quick Lube was excellent. Took my VW in for an oil change and didn’t realize that they didn’t carry the oil or filter there for my vehicle but they offered to order and go pick it up from the VW dealership and then phone me when it was in so I could come back and get my oil changed. The staff were all incredibly friendly and so helpful. It was a very pleasant experience!

Seen the add on kijiji. Good bad or bruised credit, no problem. What a joke. I carry less than 45,000 in personal debt and couldn't get approved for a truck. False advertising.

We had a great buying experience with Jim Bakken (Sales), I actually found his name by looking through other reviews that referenced his professional attitude, experience and his ability to “find a good deal”. I can say that all are true and we’ll definitely use Jim when we purchase again in the future.

Also a shoutout to Kyle Merrill in Financing who made that whole process run smoothly! He’s is personable and full of knowledge.

They treated me well and got everything I needed and wanted for the truck and then when I approach about a different vehicle, they couldn't get it from the other Dodge dealership, but they did give me all the questions to ask to make sure it was a good vehicle for my daughter being a used vehicle.

Incredibly grateful for the exceptional level of service! My Jeep was in pretty bad shape when it was towed to the service shop, but within a week it drives like it is brand new. I am so impressed! And thank you to Kiana for keeping me updated throughout the process =)

Our vehicle was in for repair and after 3 attempts and hundreds of dollars, we were told it was fixed. Then only to find out it wasn’t. Vehicle is now back in for the same issue. We were now told it was $1200 to repair. When questioned they told us they would look at it again. Then they came back to us and said it wasn’t what the originally thought and they do not know what it is.

We picked the vehicle up ($300+ later) only to find there is something else wrong with it. Something that was working when it went in! Go figure, right! When questioned, the attitude of the customer service person was rude and sarcastic. I guess they don’t need happy customers. Good thing there are other dealerships in town to take corporate and personal business to.

Went in for an Oil change, one kid seeing the Oilers logo started to bad mouth myself then kicked my truck. Second kid joined in thinking it was funny. That's how you lose business by disrespecting a grandfather's choice in teams. Very slow service, over priced. I will not return nor will I recommend this dealer.

Went in for a low severity engine check light. Came out with a nearly $3000 bill.

A lot of it seemed crazy expensive so I called a random mechanic for advice and he laughed repeatedly at the quotes I received.

For example, they tried charging me $720 to replace a (not broken) rear blower motor. Nearly $600 in labour alone, all it cost me was an hour of work, 8 screws and 1 youtube video.

Like they say, do not go to dealerships for servicing. Always call another mechanic for a second opinion.

It was nice that they had a courtesy shuttle, but of course that cost is hidden in the price of the servicing. Just pay for the taxi and go elsewhere.

I’m not very happy with the service department, my truck has been in the service shop for 3 weeks with no eta of being completed. Leaving me stranded with no loaner or anything to drive. Communication has been very poor from my service advisor, get told parts will arrive one day then nothing. Not even a call saying things have been delayed I have to call myself. This is hurting myself financially cause I have to pay for a rental that I won’t be reimbursed for I will never be back under any circumstances I’d rather push my truck anywhere else

On Thursday, We experienced car trouble near Red Deer as we were travelling south for holidays. We ‘babied’ our car from near Blackfalds to Southside Dodge and managed to get it in to a service bay right away. The staff there were absolutely fantastic with particular Kudos to Ally, the service advisor and Bill, the technician who went over and above to get our car repaired. They originally thought that because of the long weekend, they wouldn’t be able to get our car back to us until after the long weekend which would nave delayed our holiday by 4 days. However they were able to get all the parts needed by Friday and put in extraordinary effort to get the repairs done by the end of the day on Friday so we could get back on the road. We highly recommend this dealership for the excellent service we received and the efficiency and compassion of tge staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Peter and Linda

I had my jeep in with service and was dealing with Ally. I was on a road trip and my jeep died right as I was passing red deer. They got me in the next morning (they were already closed when I got there the night before) and figured out the problem right away. They ordered the needed parts and started working on my jeep the next day and kept me updated every step of the way. They went above and beyond with helping me!

The extra effort was made to ensure it was perfect for pick up and it was. Our sales rep Ron was fantastic. We knew approximately what we needed and had done a lot of research. He asked direct questions and helped give us a few options that fit our needs. He and the GSM both helped us narrow down to the exact model and the whole process took less than a week to get us the vehicle that is exactly right.

Ron was amazing. He replied quickly to any questions. Supported my decision with a ton of knowledge as I changed my mind a few times. He addresses any issues I had professionally and in a timely manner.
Colten was great to deal with in finance as well. He was so knowledgeable and helped me very much through my first time buying a new vehicle.

I shouldn't leave any star they tried to make almost 1000.000 off of me when I took my jeep there. I am glad I am smart and know enough about my vehicle. My vehicle got checked there was told a list of problems. I took it to another mechanic and they told me that everything dodge told me is a money grab and my car needed nothing of the matter. If I fix what they say I will still have the same issue. So I paid almost 100 dollars to them to tell me a lie. So I will not be back at all.

Great service So Glad we bought our 2021 Gladiator From Southside. We also Have a 2019 Wrangler we bought from Gary Moe Jeep. Southside has stepped up and Is dealing with warranty issues on the wrangler that Gary Moe refuses to Deal with. Thanks again Southside Team for being a reputable company unlike Gary Moe Jeep Chrysler.

I was warmly welcomed and saw prompt and efficient service. But I was disappointed when I came to get my van and was told that 99%of vans that need the ignition recall work that my van had needed were given two new sets of keys along with the work. But…my 2010 Grand Caravan was in the 1% that get a new ignition with only the same old key that I initially came in to replace. It was free but come on now… at least offer me a second key at a discounted rate or something.
The staff were friendly and all but Dodge should give a break!

And when asked was told " just be happy we did the alignment " will not be returning to southside for anything.

Spent a few hours here yesterday with my son trading in his 2018 Jeep on a new to him 2020 Dodge Ram Truck. I just wandered but we never felt pushed to do anything and the sales team and finance team were awesome to deal with. Definitely recommend Southside Dodge.

I bought tires at this location in December 2019. After having them installed I noticed a shimmy in my car that was NOT there before (I had driven my car for a year previous to the new tires and never had an issue). I went back 2 more times after only to be told that it was "mud in your tires". I spent two full days sitting in the waiting area having them "fix" a problem that was never resolved, and I was dismissed. Well, 2 weeks ago my tire shredded apart as I was driving at highway speed, keep in mind that my tires at this time are now only a year and a half old. I did not hit a nail, or any other foreign object. I took the rim and tire to a different local business and they told me my tire was completely separated after only a year and a half worth of driving. Thank you south side dodge for dismissing me when there was clearly a problem that should've been looked into when I was adamant that there was something wrong. So much for the safety of your customers. I think it's very interesting that my car drove better with the donut tire compared to the one I got from you.

Had my promaster in for and oil change. It was obvious the Guys doing the work were scarily under trained. They took off the top of the air filter chamber to check the filter and didn't put one one the hoses back on leaving the engine breathing totally unfiltered air. I caught that at the time and had them fix it. They had no idea how to remove the cabin filter (2 screws) or what was an acceptably usable filter. Suggested replacing cabin filter but dealership did not have one. I have lost all faith in "get your vehicle serviced at the dealer because they know your vehicle best.

Service advisor Allie was very polite and kept us informed of jobs being done. She was able to get us fit in to get our vehicles an out of province inspection. We got one done in the morning and the other done in the afternoon. Plus Southside dodge was the cheapest price we could find.

Not even worth one star. DO NOT GO HERE. Service team is not trust worthy and will scam you. All they want is your money and do not care about your vehicle at all. Brought my vehicle in perfect running condition and they brought it back to me with engine light on and more problems I have EVER had with this vehicle and will NOT fix it. Then on top of it all they are VERY rude and do NOT want to help. They should be shut down for the kind of service they give to people. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IT IS AWFUL! I would recommend everyone to take there business else where.

Been going to Go Dodge on gasoline alley since I bought my truck. Have to get oil changes and tire rotations done as per warranty. Horrible service!
Was told that if I needed a loaner during service I would be provided one. I call and make an appointment usually at 9am. It takes anywhere from 3 - 4 hrs. No loaner vehicle. So I either sit there or get a ride back to the 98 units I manage as I am constantly busy with viewings at 5 different locations, move in's and outs, going to do bank deposits, going to the office and dealing with tenants maintainence concerns. All on foot! Back and forth.
Decided to go to South Dodge and they were amazing! Had me in and out within 1-1/2 hrs
Staff was excellent. All polite and had smiles. Will definitely be using their services from now on.

Had a piece of mind inspection because my warranty was about to expire. Joy went over what was needed and repairs were done efficiently and I went over to the sales department as was able to meet with Kyle and buy extended warranty for a fair price. Trust me if your warranty is expiring know the date and have the inspection done it will save you costly expenses later!

I just recently purchased a used 2018 Ram from John Stewart and everything went off without a hitch. I traded in my 2015 and got virtually the truck I wanted even though the used market is extremely thin right now. 5 stars to Southside and my continuing business with them in the future.

I took my vehicle in because it had a recall. They were quick and easy to deal with. The women I dealt with was friendly as well.
