Love the option of how you bring the car to us for a test drive. Booked an appointment with Paden to meet at our house at 4: 30 to test drive an MDX. 4: 00 rolls around and I have to stay late at work, I tell Paden that I'll be late, and we can reschedule. He says it's no problem he's happy to wait. I got home at 6: 30 and Paden waited the whole time, answered all of our questions and was an absolute pleasure.

Our experience started off well. We dealt with Jonathon in sales and he was great answer questions and we worked out a deal on a MDX and put a deposit on it. Almost immediately after we received a call from a Jordan a sales manager. He informed us that he could not honour everything we had been promised. We went back to Jonathon our salesman who reassured us that he could deliver on everything he offered when we made the deal. Once again Jordan stepped in and told us essentially he would not support the deal his salesman offered and we could pay more by buying packages already included from our salesman or accept less. What a truly disappointing experience as we were looking forward to being Acura owners. Needless to say the deal fell through due to Jordan a Southview Acura Sales Manager.

Steven Sharkey is the main reason for this 5 star review. I was highly disappointed with with Southview Acura service team and was planning to move to another dealer. However last 2 services I was dealing with Mr. Steven and he was dealing very professionally and last 2 services were top rated.

We purchased a well cared for lease return from Southview Acura. We were treated great all the while. They did a lot of small fixes on the vehicle along with their usual 125 point check.

Bought 2015 Acura TLX Elite in November 2014, my car had a lot of Issues since its a new technology after 4 repairs on the Car I asked the dealership to either replace the car or refund my money.
I spoke to Service Manager and General Manager Andy Beres which offered me exceptional Service By Providing me an MDX loaner to drive and took my side against Acura Canada to have my Car replace for me since the Authorization had to come From them. After months of negotiations with Acura, Southview Acura replaced my car with exactly same car. I Been Driving my new Car for about month and very much appreciate the Service I have Received from Southiew Acura and I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car in Edmonton to buy through this dealership.

Recently purchased a 2017 MDX from Ali Mahdi. Our experience with Ali and the Southview dealership was excellent. The dealership was very welcoming and low pressure. Ali is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he even let my husband bring it home to spruce grove for me to test drive it. Was spotless upon pick up and the whole process was quick and painless. Will definitely be back if we need another vehicle.

These guys advised me my MDX needed to have the brake rotors turned and reground. So I said go ahead. Turns out they messed it up. Refused to fix it, now my MDX has Brakes that surge and shudder like nothing i've ever seen.

I met the Adnan. He is best person I have ever seen in car dealership. I will recommend this guy for all good deal.

Had a very positive experience purchasing a car here. Jodie Vandale was the salesperson who was very professional and courteous. I hate sales people who are very pushy which usually makes me want to walk out soon. Jodie was not that way. She listened to my needs and responded to my questions without being pushy. She answered most of my questions over the phone even before meeting face to face which was very convenient, especially during a pandemic when we want to avoid visiting places as much as possible. Other staff members such as the Management and Finance were also very helpful and professional. Overall a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

Should add that the service department is also excellent. Was very timely and the staff was great.

First time oil change on my new RDX! The Southview Team killed it! Mary was awesome, explained the details of the service and the estimated cost. She showed me where I could work while I waited. I was looking for an SUV upgrade for a long time, test drove many models. Decided the RDX is what I wanted. Yosefe helped me look at different models, they offered the best amount for our little ILX and was very upfront during the whole process. I highly recommend Yosefe. I was not lied to like other dealerships for the value of the trade in, etc. Amazing customer service, I was able to get all weather mats thrown in which made me incredibly happy. Overall if you're looking for a vehicle give these guys a try they are not only accommodating but also have incredible service whether it's in sales or if you need to service your vehicle, also very willing to help you find a vehicle for the right price. Never once did they try to up-sale me to a new vehicle when I was only interested in used.

This dealership has a very dishonest finance department. We were convinced to purchase a $4000 warranty by the finance woman at time of purchase. She claimed it would cover everything, and if unused we would receive $2200 back, no questions. We specifically asked about in the case of a vehicle write off, she again replied yes, we would still receive the full 2200 back. Well 16 months later a deer got hit and our vehicle was written off, Southgate Acura gave us the run around and denied us the guaranteed return of 2200, and when asked about at least getting some portion of the original amount back due to only having the vehicle for half of the warranty time and still not having that plan paid off even, they denied us that too! Stay away from these people, they are dishonest and will not honour their word when it comes down to it.

I was looking into a vehicle they were selling and had an appointment at 5 pm. I’ve informed the sales representative, Ali, how I am working this day and will be at my workplace until 4 pm. Told him I will be heading to Southview Acura right after work. I ended up asking my workplace if I can leave early so that I won’t be late for this appointment (working in the hospital as a nurse) I ended up getting to Acura at around 4: 15. When I got there, Ali informed me that there was some good news and bad news. Bad news - I was informed that the vehicle I was interested in was already sold. To be honest, I was not attached to this vehicle. What really upsets me was that there was no communication about this car being sold. What is the point of going to this appointment? To try and sell me a brand new car for a lower interest? (this was the “good news”) This was NOT the intention of the appointment. I could have stayed longer at work. I could have picked up a longer shift. I respected the appointment that was given to me and I felt disrespected because my time was not valued. I’m just so disappointed. Just wanted to make sure this does not happen again to anyone else (esp those looking at used cars.) Please respect your customer’s time and to communicate when a car is already sold. It seriously was a waste of time. Thank you.

Two weeks ago I finalized the purchase of a used 2018 MDX from Jodie and Rami and it was one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had.
