Great doctor and great reception, they are so friendly and helpful. We have a great experience with my kid. Highly recommended!

Went there twice, simran was great. During my first visit though i was not informed about the whole procedure and charged lot more then what i was told in beginning, even for my daughters happy visit (which they said i don’t need to pay anything for at that time), but i did mentioned this on my next appointment, they said it was a mistake and will be reversing the happy visit charges to my insurance and also this time they were very clear about everything. Excluding that, i had very good experience, will i go there again? Yes but will ask about cost of every treatment before i actually start treatment.

Robin is very Rude and most disrespectful.
They messed up my son’s teeth when they cleaned and when we called to fix it she doesn’t even show any empathy rather hang up the call.
Will never recommend any one to get this negative experience.

Dr. Wang is amazing. I am very anxious about dentists - especially when i am new to their office. I moved to Edmonton and did not have a dentist so with numerous recommendations for Southwest Dental and Dr. Wang, I decided to go. She took her time to explain everything to me and gave me an opportunity to discuss my worries. She was incredibly patient and gentle. This was the best dental experience I have had by far. The staff were all very reassuring from the desk to chair side. I was made to feel at ease and in and out for a simple filling. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Wang to others, especially those who are nervous about their dental experiences.

I went in for my first appointment yesterday and had a great experience. The front end staff, hygienist and Dr. Dhaliwal we’re all very patient and kind. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days of calling for one which was awesome. I appreciated their attention to detail and recommendations. Would highly recommend and I will be back!

My husband and I have been coming here for years. The service is prompt and we genuinely love all the staff. I recently did invisaline braces with their clinic and I couldn’t be happier as well!

Absolutely awesome, even without having proof of insurance Robyn at the front desk was super patient, super friendly, and helped me solve the problem without a hitch. Samrin, I believe was her name, did my cleaning and I don’t think it’s ever been more satisfying before. Dr. Sandeep was super clear with the inspection and answered every question I had. Every hiccup was solved and I was in and out no problem with a free electric toothbrush which is super cool. Great place to go 10/10

Dr Sandeep Dhaliwal is too good to understand and identify the problem area and redress it with his magical hands.
He is supported by an excellent team.

I called in on Saturday morning with an emergency and within 20 minutes I was with Dr Dhaliwal. He was very professional and detailed.

Robyn at the front was lovely. Very nice and pleasant.

The RD Hygienist for my dental cleaning, Simran, was very polite, professional, and efficient. I would her recommend to anyone requiring a cleaning and advice on how to brush correctly and floss. The rest of the staff is very professional and kind as well.

Today I went to do dental hygiene in Southwest Family Dental Clinic. Hygienist Lillian Wong was so good to do her job. She was very efficient, focused, gentle to do my dental hygiene. Thanks a lot.

Dr Dhaliwal is such a great dentist. All the staff is just incredible. The dental care is exceptional. You always get really great advice. If you’re new to the area or even further away or looking for a change this is the clinic you want! We highly recommend this dental clinic. We moved out of Edmonton but drive back in to see him for all our dental needs. That’s how good they are.

Dr Wang is nice and helpful. I take my mother to the clinic for her toothache, she got the examination fast and Dr Wang gave very professional treatment. Also, all staff there are very nice and patient. Definitely recommend this place.

Super awesome staff. As soon as I walked in I felt suuuuper welcomed. They were friendly and gave me all my options. (I pretty much have a troll mouth) but they didn’t make me feel that way. Great job from the front desk to the hygienist. Dental assistant and dr Kaur!
