I always have a positive experience with Sparkle & Sheen! As someone who works from home (with a cat!) and works long hours, I found it really difficult to balance work, my social life, and household commitments. There just never seemed to be enough time! I have Sparkle and Sheen come every 2 weeks (just long enough for my cat’s hair to fly everywhere) and they do an amazing job of efficiently vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping down my apartment top to bottom. The mental energy I save from not stressing and knowing I’ve got them on the calendar is a relief I would recommend to anyone! As an added bonus, everyone is super pet friendly, they are respectful of work unpredictability, and everyone is just genuinely nice!

The cleaning crew is always on time, they do an excellent job. Twice I rescheduled the booking and it was done without any problem.

Excellent service that offers a senior's discount. They keep a file for the cleaners to read so you don't have to explain each time they visit such details as where to park (downtown high rise apartment building). I have had several different people - difficult to get the same one all the time because of scheduling - and all have been very thorough and remarkably quiet. It is really comfortable to have them in your home.

Sparkle & Sheen leave your house truly sparkling! We have been clients for a couple of years now, so we have had many different cleaners, but they are all trustworthy, friendly, and very well trained. They are very open to doing whatever is needed that day. They do lots of extra things like organizing the hall closet or under the sink. They make the beds, do the laundry-whatever is required. And they really clean thoroughly. The administration are terrific if you have to change a date or have a special request. I recommend them highly.

Be very wary of this business. Not only do they not supply their cleaners with supplies—forcing them to buy their own supplies—but they also charge them for parking, which is more than their wage. The cleaners do the best they can with the conditions they are given. Further, the owner is incredibly aggressive and invasive. When she cleaned our home she opened sealed new shoes and perfumes, and rearranged things without permission! When I asked her why, she was defensive. If you post a negative review, she reports them as fake so they are removed, Inflating her positive score. She also has client emails and phone numbers, so yes I as a former client am posting under a fake name bc last time she left an abusive vm. She treats her workers exactly like in the Netflix series Maid, and rebukes her clients for concerns about worker welfare or invasion of privacy (by her!) when cleaning.

I really appreciate that the cleaners work as a team and always have amazing attention to detail. This is a great company.

Cheryl is always on time, and does such an excellent job in such a short amount of time. The attention to detail is amazing, we always find small touches after the clean such as blankets folded into hearts in our guest room.

I have been using Sparkle & Sheen since November 2022. Since the first cleaning they have been great. Extremely professional, always on time, I get a text message 15 min before the girls arrive. The service is standardized, meaning that I’ve had the chance of having my house cleaned by different professionals and the result has always been amazing. If you are not satisfied with something, you can leave a comment, they’ll either come back or fix it for next time. I absolutely recommend their services.
