My girlfriend swears by the masseuse at Calgary trail, describing her massage as relaxing and comfortable, through yet non invasive. Given the access to online gift certificates and being in B. C, this is a perfect way to tell the woman I love how much she means to me. Seriously, I am enough to stress anyone out yet she still loves me. Is there anything we shouldn't do to alieve that stress for the woman we love?

Honesty, avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely horrible service. I showed the stylist at the kingsway location a photo of what I wanted (and have had many times in the past) and she butchered my hair. The assistant manager was useless and more concerned that she had to come back from her lunch to deal with the problem. Then she didn't even deal with it. Made me Pay 70$ for a terrible & ugly hair cut, said that if i wanted a refund id have to email the manager and talk to them. I am disgusted and appalled with the service and staff members and have started a complaint with head office. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else so you don't end up walking out looking like a troll and crying.

Not to mention the hair stylist kept shoving the brush and comb into my scalp rather then my hair. So that was an experience all in its self.

Worst experience of my life.

Have been in contact with head office after a week of being ignored and supposedly refunds are "against" policy and all they can do is offer me a gift card, funny how fast they demanded my money while I was crying at my hair being chopped off.

It was my first time in years getting my hair professionally done. Alana Yellowdirt was so patience with my process and performed exceptionally well! She 100% knew what she was doing. She was especially accommodating and made sure my time spent under her care was a comfortable one (even got me tea, that was so sweet of her!). Overall, she’s a very kind, friendly person who will take care of you and also make sure your hair looks deadly! Loving my own results, I will definitely come back and book with her again!:)

Amazing massage therapists. They are super quick and efficient and getting back to you through email bookings. They are also very accommodating when you need to make appointment changes.

I have always had a very positive experience at the Calgary Trail location. They are so accommodating. When I needed to adjust my time, they literally told me whatever worked for me would work for them! AND my service (pedicure) was so relaxing and well done. My esthetician was excellent and had amazing attention to detail. A beautiful relaxing "me time" kind of day! I highly recommend treating yourself to a pamper day there!

If you are brown/black skinned don’t wast your time and money with laser hair removal here. I emailed spasation first to ask if it would work with my skin colour and I was told it works on every skin type. I wasn’t seeing any results and I had 6 treatments. One day there was a receptionist who had the same skin colour as me so I asked her if she had done laser hair removal here and she said she was told by management it wouldn’t work on her skin…. So basically I was lied to.since then I’ve done laser hair removal with someone else and I saw results after only 1 treatment so just goes to show whatever laser machine they’re using does not work on brown/black skin. Just wish they were honest about that upfront

I always have an amazing experience at Spasation Calgary Train. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and quite flexible with schedule changes. Sandy is an amazing laser technician, and takes her time to do a very thorough and careful job. I would highly recommend this place!

Body scrub and wrap with Jabin was absolutely amazing. This facility caters to couples treatments which I love! I have many skin sensitivities and Jabin carefully reviewed ingredients before using each product.

Had a good service from manicure and pedicure. The salon advertised 20% off for services when we leave a feedback on Google. However the salon has refused to honour the advertisement in salon. Receptionist and manager did not allowed the 20% discount and had said that we could delete the feedback after we left but in that case it could happen even if it’s for the next service!

My mum had a massage and she broke out in rashes on her legs as the masseuse did not ask her about her allergies even though we had tick the document to say she’s allergic.

Overall disappointing experience for us due to the poor advertisement and not reacting better to the allergic issue and give better advised or help? !

Nice, calming atmosphere. Went in for a pedi and facial. I was very pleased with the kind staff and felt very pampered from start to finish.

Lidia and Rihanna are absolutely amazing. Will only ever be coming back to see them! This was the best experience I’ve ever had and it was largely because of them. Definitely book with them if you can!

The pedicure / manicure experience was wonderdul but I am very disappointed with the results. Not even 24 hrs after my appt.the polish on my finger nails started chipping away.

June 15 - I am changing this to 4* as I appreciate the quick response and the readiness to resolve. Unfortunately this was for a special occasion and I am out of town so not available to come in until after June 23 but look forward to seeing you in future. Thank you again for you time and great service!

So disappointed with the service. I called to book a laser appointment and explained to the admin that have already done half of my laser appointments at Londonderry location, so I don’t want to buy a new package. The price appeared to be 100$ more per 3 areas than in Londonderry.

I said that I’ll go to Londonderry instead, but then the admin ensured me that they’ll provide the same price as Londonderry. I agreed to come.

The day of the appointment another admin calls me to say they can’t provide the same price, so I would have a 100$ more. It’s a bit out of my budget so I refused.

However as this procedures require specific frequency to keep fighting the hair growth cycle I had to book in another location at a time that interrupts my work schedule.

Really inconvenient and frustrating!

I went with my family for a birthday and it was a great experience! Great service and very accommodating. I will definitely go again:)

Loved getting my hair done here. So much so that I nearly fell asleep getting my hair washed, it felt great. Love my hair style.
