Special Event Rentals - Calgary

Special Event Rentals had a great selection of rental items, and their process from start to finish is well executed. Jamie was very helpful in person when we went to pick out our rentals, and over email. Their items are all very reasonably priced and for us it was ideal to rent and not worry about storage and selling items later.

They rent speaker systems as “plug in and play” that require multiple steps for set up with NO instructions and then blame you. Do not recommend them for weddings.

Everything was ready for pickup. The employees in the warehouse were friendly and helpful. The equipment we rented was perfect for our event.

Excellent customer service. I had never rented from them before, but they had pink highball glasses which I needed for a bridal shower. Prices were reasonable, all rentals were clean. I would suggest that they put pictures of the drink dispensers on the outside of the boxes so we know how they go together.

Have worked with Special Events for almost 10 years, when we need things we don’t have or clients need extra things they are always there to accommodate. Their front of house staff and warehouse staff are amazing. I would not use anyone else
