We wanted 6 railings done in Jatoba. They were able to accommodate us and one of them was a long spiral staircase. They did meticulous work, and we’re finished the job on time. Beautiful workmanship and very professional.

From sales to install, the staff make the experience a home run. The showroom and sales staff do a great job working with clients within their budget. Once the products get to site, the installers are true tradespeople and care about the entire scope pertaining to their job and not just installing stairs to collect a cheque. I'll continue to work with them and highly recommend this company.

Was parked on a residential street for approximately 1 hour solo, and was informed that the owner of the truck and trailer "Specialized stair and rail" had parked a quarter inch from my vehicle, and that it would be best to just to be bullied into moving my vehicle elsewhere even though I was not leaving for at least another 15 mins. The resident I was visiting stated everyone has a issue with the guy being aggressive and ignorant. This issue with where I parked prior to them is childish and pathetic. This is unacceptable behavior of a business owner and/or anyone purports to be a professional.

We were very happy and pleased with the work Specialized Stair and Rail did for us on rail project. Our railing looks amazing and so many friends have complimented the work. Specialized staff were very professional and helped us choose something and kept it within our budget. We highly recommend Specialized Stair and Railing.

Phone to discuss renovating stair case hand rail. Sales person was not interested in the project. Could only talk about how expensive project would be. Indicated I would send pictures, which she was not interested in. Very poor service.

My husband and I used Specialized Stair and Rail and are beyond pleased with the beauty and quality of our new staircase. The building process can seem daunting and when we first visited the Specialized Stair and Rail showroom we had no idea what we really wanted. Our sales person, Denise, was warm and welcoming. She listened closely as we described the vision we had for our home and she very efficiently made recommendations to bring our vision to life. Her expertise in design made the selection process easy and enjoyable. At every step of the way she was conscientious of our budget and provided ways we could save money yet still accomplish the overall look we wanted.
The craftsmanship of the staircase is second to none. As it was being built my husband and I were amazed with the skill level of the carpenter and how much the railings looked like fine pieces of furniture being assembled. There are always onsite decisions to be made and I could not be more satisfied with the keen artistic eye possessed by the craftsman. At every turn he added beauty, symmetry, and reason to each choice offered. He work diligently and continuously from start to finish maintaining our builders timeline.
We could not have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful result.

Specialized has been one of the very best contractors we have dealt with. We are building a home so we have had the opportunity to deal with many contractors, some very good and others not so good.

We dealt with Kevin and he was super knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions. We haven’t built before so we very much appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and learn how we could achieve the look we wanted with our stairs and railings and stay within our budget. Kevin provided a number of excellent suggestions.

When it came to delivering the final product Specialized blew us away with the look and quality of the stairs and railings! We were also incredibly impressed with the high level of service.
