Specsavers Londonderry Mall

Went into Londonderry Spec Savers for the 1st time January 23rd. The service was fantastic. The selection in the more affordable lenses was reasonable. I would recommend this location. Thanks for a great experience.

This is our second time buying glasses from Specsavers, my husband and I highly recommend this place.

And other young man who helped us was absolutely amazing very good at his job, they do have nice waiting area with water to drink and books and colors that our 2 years old daughter love to play and color on while we are choosing our glasses and getting helped and all the staff are there to help and accommodate you.
100 % we are going back in the future

All the staff at the Londonderry branch are so nice-they're friendly, super patient with kids. The place has a nice ambiance and they even offer drinks while you wait. I also appreciate the little kiddie corner filled with activity books for little ones. Their eyewear selection is amazing and the wait times are pretty decent. My entire family came in for a routine check up and we weren't expecting to have a really nice experience. Highly recommend this place.

This branch in Londonderry, you will find a huge selection of frame styles that cater to a variety of tastes and budgets. They range from about $100-400.

The office itself is nice and has a welcoming vibe.

Booking an eye exam online or visiting their local store is easy and convenient, and their kind experts are always ready to assist you. However, there's still room for improvement to make the experience even better.

Awesome people and service, I know Specsavers from Australia when I was visiting there and I am really happy they are here in Edmonton, Evelin, Akita, Victoria“spelling might be wrong, I apologize ️” every one went extra mile to answer all questions and help my daughters with their needs, Thank you

Jared and Don were a super good help. Very knowledgeable and friendly! They helped us with the difficulties we were having and made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond regular service. Really appreciate them and everyone at Specsavers Londonderry! We'll definitely be going back there and telling friends and family about this place.

My husband and I recently went to the Londonderry Mall Specsavers for the first time, for my umpteenth eye exam and for my husband's very first eye exam ever, and we both agree that it was a super positive and all around fantastic experience. Acacia greeted us warmly and assisted us from start to finish. She surpassed all expectations of good customer service and really made the experience enjoyable - she was genuine, honest, and very helpful in making the right choice for your face. Dr. Toor's recommendation for the most beneficial glasses for both of us proved to be exactly what our eyes needed. The selection of glasses and sunglasses, along with the price are amazing! They are definitely worth a visit, the customer service compares to none:)

Dr. Toor was direct and so helpful and debunked ideas I had in my head about glasses and contacts. Jared was so personal and helpful with picking out new glasses and made the appointment so easy! Much thanks to both of you x

Definitely recommend this place. My son and I were in need of eye exam and glasses. Customer service was amazing and the beverage/snack service was a pleasant surprise! Eye exam was thorough and informative. Ethan was kind and helpful in picking out frames. Great experience. Will return again.

They went to great effort to make feel comfortable. However the end result was very disappointing. I felt the advertising was very deceptive.

Awesome customer service and great selection of men’s glasses. Evelyn was excellent to deal with and took her time from my initial purchase to the fitting of my glasses. I don’t usually give 5 Stars but I was “wowed” by her service.
