Dr. Lam was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain each step of the exam, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The expertise and attention to detail from the team were evident, and I left with a precise prescription that has greatly improved my vision. Went in with my mother in law and had a wonderful experience. I do not wear glasses myself so they explained everything to us so my mother in law could make the best decision with frame and lenses. Cheryl was so patient as my mother in law tried on frame after frame and gave great advice on how the frames fit and complimented her face. Joseph gave great insight on how she would do much better with 2 pairs of glasses instead of progressive lenses. Will be coming back if I ever need a pair myself!

I went to the mall and noticed the Grand opening 50% off for their frames so I stopped by to check them out. Joseph and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let me take my time and gave me really good feedback on frame selections. Love the selections! Very trendy and affordable!
I also decided to get a long overdue eye exam with Dr. Lam as a walk-in. He's very knowledgeable, very patient in answering all of my questions and explained things clearly to ensure that I understood my prescriptions.
