I had a great experience with Kaya at Specsavers Park Place location. All the staff was super nice. Store owner Andrea was super sweet. Dr. Ederaro was very thorough and kind. Deb was a lovely optician and helped picking the right frame. Received really nice service. Would recommend everyone.

I had an amazing experience at Specsavers. The owners where very pleasant and helpful. They helped my wife find a pair of glasses and sun glasses for $350 combined! That is amazing. I have never got such good glasses for such a reasonable price. I would suggest everyone checks this place out.

Over the years we have gone to several different optical places in Lethbridge for eye exams and glasses and without a doubt the staff at Specsavers are the friendliest and most respectful people we have ever met. Andrea and all the staff that work there went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted in new glasses and the prices were absolutely amazing. Specsavers Lethbridge is the only place to go to get your glasses.

Went in for glasses after hearing their commercial on radio. Very fast and professional service. I was served as soon as walked in. They knew what I needed right away. Highly recommend it!

I went in for my yearly check up, I told the optometrist that I wear contacts and glasses equally during our appointment. When I went back to get glasses because my baby broke my current ones, I asked to get contacts and they informed me I would have to come back for another appointment because the optometrist did not get my contact prescription during my initial appointment. Not only won’t my insurance cover another appointment but I can’t afford to pay for one myself due to being on mat leave. When trying to get glasses I was constantly being pressured to get additional things to make them cost more. Initially I thought everyone was very friendly and helpful, but coming in a second time it seems they just want your money and are incompetent on purpose so you have to spend more.

I had my eye exam done at specsavers and it was a great experience. The store was clean and equipment was being sanitized in between uses. The doctor was very kind and took his time to do the check-up. He didn’t rush anything and was able to answer any concerns that I had. Their staff was super friendly and kind. They also have two staff members who speak different languages like Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. So, Indian/Pakistani patients could be easily accommodated if they need help with translation. I’d definitely return to this place for my next eye exam. And I absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Stopped in to look around and they employees were amazing! They even fixed my daughter's glasses for us from another place! Will be coming in t to get glasses from here, thanks everyone

The team in Park Place Mall, Lethbridge, Alberta were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered all of my questions, showed great patience and provided me with a pair of glasses that I love. I will definitely be back

Run as far from this place as possible. Six weeks to get one pair of glasses and to date they are still incorrect! Store owner solutions is to sweep me under the rug and make like the issue isn't real.

First pair, prescription put in wrong location on lenses and coatings were missed. Second pair same issue as first pair but coatings got on.

Second eye exam added +. 25 to each lense, apparently this was supposed to fix the issue! Nope vision is still not good. I don't how many times I said the prescription is not right!

Third pair of glasses still not correct, they are about 90% correct. I mean seriously who on earth wants to have 90% good vision each and every day.

I was offered a refund but only for the glasses. Nope I want a full refund for my eye exam, the drops that they sold me which was a marketing scheme and these glasses. In total I feel I am owed $373, not $249.

Owner only concerned that every time I sent them back it was costing her money!? !? !? Yikes, on top of all of this I was falsely accused of being rude to a staff member.

When I told her that she had me confused with someone else she became upset and told me she knew it was me. Funny cause when I went for my initial exam that woman was NO WHERE TO BE SEEN?

I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the fact that head office doesn't even want to step in is even ridiculous. I will put the word out as much as I can to stay away from this place.

They did a really good job helping my 10 year old pick her frames. They were really kind and helpful. Prices were really good too. We will certainly go back again.

I went to Specsavers in the mall to have an eye exam and ended up needing glasses. The staff were very professional and explained what was happening every step of the way. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions very clearly. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my experience at Specsavers. The environment is set up so customers can move around easily. There were lots of different frames to choose from. I really liked the deals they have and I was very impressed when I received my glasses. I needed my one pair to be re adjusted and was not a problem when I took them in. I highly recommend Specsavers to anyone who is looking for an amazing pair of glasses or sunglasses. I love both of my pairs, thank you!
