Went to get my prescription glasses on a Sunday everything went smoothly and my salesperson was very nice definitely recommend sherwood park specsavers to anyone looking for their glasses.

100% reccomend checking out Specsavers Sherwood Park! They have an amazing selection, great pricing, but what made me so impressed was the staff! Right from the second you walk through the door, you get a warm greeting, the ete exam is very thorough and for the first time in many years I am dealing with no migranes due to having the right prescription. The staff that help you select your glasses really listen to what you like and know thier inventory, so they get you what you are looking for! The glasses are properly meatured and fit, and even double checked to make sure everything is correct. If you haven't checked them out, do so now!

Just want to shout out to really awesome service and great staff here! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses online and had concerns about them not feeling right, and I brought them with my old pair in and Michelle kindly checked the prescriptions on all of them for me. Turns out my old ones were only half as strong as what I thought they were so mystery solved. While I was waiting I was asked I'd been helped by at least 3 other friendly staff members. The glasses selection here is really amazing and I will likely be back soon to pick up a pair. Thanks again for the help Michelle!

This place if perfect! Went for eye exam, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable got help right away.never seen equipment like that, top tier! Highly suggesting this place.

I’ve worn glasses my whole life and this was a 10/10 experience! Extremely friendly workers and the store has a very modern feel to it, reminds me of an Apple Store but for glasses!

I would like to extend a huge thank you to the owner and the staff at Spec Savers Sherwood Park Mall. I am a first time glasses wearer, and their expertise and helpfulness made this, (what I would call a daunting task choosing glasses) a pleasant experience. They were able to guide me in a direction with what i was looking for in a frame and lens that I would be happy with for the long run. I would recommend anyone looking for quality service, product and affordable prices for their eye wear needs visit them.

Thorough eye exam $99, great glasses $69, too bad the anti glare coating was half the cost of the glasses so I will put up with the glare.

I’ve been wearing glasses for almost 3 decades, and this was by far my best experience! Great selection to choose from, and even better prices! The staff are very friendly and patient. It usually takes a number of adjustments for new frames to fit me just right, and the whole time the staff were patient and just wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new frames.

Also, if you’re not completely satisfied with a pair of glasses there’s no hassle selecting something different. Thank you!

First time going to Spec Savers, selection was fine and store is nice and bright with courteous staff. I found the prices to be good compared to the usual go to I have been using for many years. Sangita excells at her job and has to be one of the most helpful assistants I have had anywhere. I would say good selection, good prices and superb customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers. The Doctor is efficient, knowledgeable and client oriented. He did my detailed eye exam. His associate Sangita is awesome. I am satisfied with their service.

Honestly the best place to go for an eye exam and glasses. Miranda was an absolute gem, she was kind, corteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Even though my partner and I dealt with Miranda primarily, the optometrist and other staff were amazing too. Everyone there makes you feel welcome. They respect pronouns and ensure you feel comfortable. The prices are awesome and the frames we picked out were great. Definitely choosing spec savers for my go to checkup place. First of all, the quality of care I got during the eye exam portion of my visit felt the most thorough of any eye glass place that I've been to in at least the last decade or so.
Secondly, I was surprised at how much money I ended up saving with various promotions in store when it came to actually buying my glasses.

10/10 will absolutely come to get my glasses at this location again
